Ed's Great Step Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Ashley Rettell: Awesome. Had a pair of boots where the zipper wasn't working properly. I called, he told me to stop by, he fixed them in less than 5 minutes, showed me what was wrong, and didn't even charge me. Sweet and kind man - you need anything fixed I'm sure he can do it!
Colleen Kramer: Did a great job!
Scott Soucy: Great customer service, old world craftsmanship and fair prices. I will definitely be returning!
Dennis Gentz: Does a great job
Srikanth V: Good place and good service
Tara Quist: Went in for an estimate on my shoes to be cleaned. $65?!! They are white sneakers that are suede they have a little bit of dust on him dudes out of his mind, dont bother going there!
Mike Goldinger: Had to some extra padding in my work boat .Great work
Rami Kseri: Great Service. Highly Recommend
JoeTheAnimal71: I brought him a ripped suitcase to fix. He got it done much sooner than he estimated, and with double zipper slides. Very reasonably priced. Remember, though: cash only.
Cody Bacon: I brought in some dress shoes to have some scuffs repaired and the results were great for a fair price. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the bizarre customer experience I had when picking them up. The man at the counter had me come to the back to find my shoes which took me a few minutes. Then once I finally did find them, I was informed the business was cash only, which I was not told when I brought the shoes in a few days prior. This resulted in an awkward situation where I was forced to use cash that was given to me for a different purpose. Given the other positive reviews for this place I'm assuming I must be an outlier, since the man who helped me seemed unsure of how things worked. That said, I'm very happy with how my shoes came out so I do have to give credit for that.
Kevin Hagadorn: Great place for repair work, the owner does a fantastic job
Kathy Anderson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI bright Ed a pair of hiking shoes that the seam was coming apart. He fixed the go $10 and 10 minutes. He actually reinforced both shoes for the price. Super reasonable and fast. I highly recommend Ed’ Great Step Shoe Repair.
Tanya A: The man here was so nice and explained to me how he was going to fix my shoes. He had my shoes done exactly when he said he would. I will be going back for any shoe repairs! Very satisfied customer
Keegan McCallum: Eddie gave me a wealth of knowledge!
Greg Tchorz: Excellent customer service, great advise, and an amazing final product. I couldn't ask for more from a cobbler.
Shannon Worsham: I had the pleasure of working with Ed when he helped me realize a dream of custom equestrian boots despite my hugely wide claves. I can in with a pair of Dehners I inherited from a friend’s passing. They were tall and big enough in the foot but I no way big enough in the calf. So Ed went about a strategy to get them to fit. I visited eight time over the summer as Ed measured, cut, refitted, redesigned, stretched and kept working. While there I saw people come out happy with simple leather shoe repairs and dyes he easily and reasonably did. My project was bigger and it was one I could not find anyone else willing to do: recraft boots for near scratch. In the end he had stretched, lined, added a zipper, re-carved the foot, dyed, polished and waterproofed these boots for a very reasonable price. The results are strong, as new to the looks as you can get and I ride in them regularly; they fit perfectly.I cannot stress how much I would recommend Ed. Be patient on big projects as he is a craftsman and is going to take the time to do things right but not only is he great at what he does, reasonable and practiced, he is a gentleman too.
carlene lindsay-jones: Positive:Quality,Value
Devon Elise: Great work!
katrina hall: Great work
Dorlynda Graham: Always does a great job & your items are ready when he promises.
Lambergiinnii: Positive:Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMy zippers broke on my tall Doc Martens. I took them to Eds. Not only did he fix the zippers, he spruced them up. For an extremely affordable price. And they were ready quickly! Very happy with his work. Highly recommend.

Clinton Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Peggy Johnson: Very friendly there!
Ginger Dee: Fixed my sandals the next day for a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service and will definitely return
Keith Turner: I took in a pair of expensive Ariat Boots that were very uncomfortable. He hammered down the seam on the side the boot and it split open... he offered no remedy and blamed it all on Ariat. Said he could do nothing to fix it, he tried gluing it but...My experience with this guy cost me a couple of hundred dollars.
Gail McAlpine: Was very accommodating as I needed the shoes asap. Nice job!!
Bill Fisher Google guide level seven: Needed my boot shined for a party and didn't get it done but the last minute I went in and he had no problem with doing it right then and there and then you get to play with the dog at the same time great guy nice place most people would have said you got to come back but he did not thank you
Edwin Feys Jr: This guy is solid!
F C: I dropped off a sandal to have the elastic repaired and went to pick it up the next day. The buckle was scratched up and I mentioned to the lady at the counter that I did not recall it like that when I dropped it off. She went to speak with the man who did the repair and he came to the counter. He looked at me and said “How the hell would I have done that? I used my two hands”. I was taken aback as to how he talked to me. I reiterated that I did not think it was all scratched up like that. Then he offered to spray it and said he would spray the other shoe buckle because it is probably scratched as well. He sprayed the shoe with a black paint and I left. Went to my car and brought in the other shoe to show that it was not scratched at all. Would never go back to this business. A customer asks a question and you are swore at. Rude behavior by this man. Shame on him .
Denise Beebe: The guy who runs this place is the best
Michael Davis: Awesome! What a helpful guy, He fixed my belt for free! Thanks again....
Nick Plaskon: Fixed a zipper on my leather jacket without replacing the whole thing. Works great now.
Nancy Destefanis: Great job fixing my Coach purse, much cheaper than using the Coach store .
Michael Colburn: Very efficient and friendly service
Diane B: He really needs to trust someone to help him at the store, so he can rest up and get healthy enough for his booster dose.Once you get boosted, your symptoms are usually very mild, or hopefully non-existent. Take a break, and rest up! Breathe some CLEAN air sometimes. We need you around for a long time. You're my favorite cobbler!!😊PS: Take Frankie somewhere warm and sunny & as private as possible. Play together. At least Frankie needs a fun vacay with his dad!
anna weir: Great repair and fast
Trevor Fillmore: Super great at his job bag looks amazing with the new zipper!!!!!
Denise Goldsmith: There aren't very many places that repair shoes any more. I have had shoes and purses repaired here he does an awesome job.
dave brown: Very kind know the work they doing I'll give you five stars
Frankie B: Rip off. They have no idea what they're doing. My shoes looked worse when I picked them up. And they said it was one price and when I picked them up it was a different price blaming someone else for misquoted it. Awful workmanship and dishonest.
Theresa Cogwell: Love love love the service.
Brian & Cameron: Brought in a $800 pair of Gucci sneakers that had a small rip in the leather. Owner of the shop said he could fix it no problem and clean the shoe up. Came back a week later to get them and they look worse then when I dropped them off. Glue was all over the sneaker and I couldn’t get it off personally and the torn leather looked absolutely ridiculous. Not only was it a waste of $15, but now the shoes are unwearable now. Thanks
Frank D Davis: They do very hood work.

Sam's Shoe Service: what do users think?
Allegra Pitera, Inactive account: Friendly, quality work, easy to park, repairs finished on time.
Sevana S: Unprofessional and rude. Not sure how this man is still in business with his attitude.
Larry Otis: Awesome place
George Clay: The representative is very professional. He listens well and gives you the pros and cons of the repair that is needed to fix your item(s).
James Meeuws: Please do not support this business. Dropped off my belongings for cleaning the end of September, did not receive them back till the end of December. When I finally got them back they had been shrunk. They told me they would pay for them and when they saw the price for each (3 Hats) they decided not to. The person I was dealing with for the entire time also said I would get a full refund for the cleaning which was $220, then had somebody else offered store credit. Why would I expect store credit when you ruined my belongings. Long story short BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS $1500 worth of hats that I can’t even wear anymore had them all less then a year
Jevita Anthony: Very disappointed with their UGG cleaning services. My son's red UGGs turned pink and they sprayed painted/dyed my daughter's black pair.
Marc Rosario: Terrible experience. Took a pair of limited edition Red Wing boots for new heels and the work I received was substandard. One of the boots even had visible nail heads sticking up where your heel rests inside. How this was missed is beyond me. I was so unhappy with the first encounter, I decided to bring my boots to Cobbler’s Corner in Northville (after much research) just so I wouldn’t have to deal with Sam’s. Cobbler’s Corner went above and beyond and they have a customer for life. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Zero stars and that’s being generous.
Cynthia Rogers: My former shoe service professional retired. I was referred to Sam’s by a jewelry representative. They cleaned and restored two sets of boots, 1 suede, 1 leather. They look brand new again! The consultant explained what needed to be done and why. Pricing just right for quality received. “I’m as happy as a rat in cheese factory.”Thank you Sam’s!
Sirena Jones: The best
Linda Daniels: Fast, quality shoe repair.
Aurelio Smith: Shoes
Shannon Jackson: Heels cut down on about 8 pairs of shoes
Krystal: The work that they do with your shoes are good however the customer service is horrible.
John Deluyck: Was quoted $110.00 to repair the soles of a pair of old work boots. Had the heels replaced on another pair of boots a couple of months ago....at $30.00.I think the estimate says that they didn't want to do the job.....obviously!
Thomas Glenn: It was horrible. I gave them 2 pairs of retro Jordans #4and #12. The Jordan #4 just needs cleaning the guy talk me into dying the shose the same color to brighten them up. So I agree to it. He dye the shoe but not the grip and around the air bubble. Never gave me back my shoe strings. The Jordan #12 grip was coming loose on the side. I asked the guy to repair it. When I got my shose back it had a lot of dryed up access glue on the sides and bottom I could see gaps between the shose and grip. The shose was completely ruined.I was told they can not do anything for me.
Matt Reece: They do a decent job
issa qaqish: The best shoes on the market hands down
David Manning: Me and Sam remarried for business after a 2 year divorce. I can't deny the impeccable styles of shoes provided by this business. I truly missed my time away from doing business with them. Mike your the best in choosing the unique styles for your African American customers!!! One Luv Bro..
Dr. Ridley: Great shoe service shop and much more! Sam is very friendly. You will feel like you are receiving personalized service.
50 Year Old Fat Girl On A Treadmill: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueThis place should be out of business. TERRIBLE service, bad quality, rude attitude. Their cleaning is AWFUL.
Mercades Benz: Very polite . I added clear rubber/plastic piece to the sole of my shoes. Came out perfect. Prices are amazing. Professional

Frank's Shoe Service: what do users think?
Rob Purgatori: I took 2 pairs of shoes to the shop over the last two weeks and he did an excellent job repairing and shining them. Frank is kind, professional, very talented and the services are very affordable.
Paul Toepp: The legend lives on with Frank Jr. They are far and away the best at what they do. Shoe shine or shoe repair they are the best in the business. Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall live on and prosper Frank.
Shawn Smith: Best shoe repair in the United States. Flawless repairs and creative repairs on items that no one else can fix...Frank Jr is a magician with shoes, boots, leather goods, expensive bags and luggage. The BEST of the Best! New location is awesome!
Ashley Lubis: So happy I stopped by the new location! They fixed an irritating problem I was having with the heel of my shoe in minutes!
Kevin Chen: Frank Sr is a very unpleasant man to work with and refuses to listen to customers.Brought in my bag to be repaired here prior to the shop being closed. My luggage has lifetime warranty so repair is free. Frank Sr. still charged me for the repair. Asked for an itemized receipt and it was like pulling teeth out.Luggage company did confirm that the store should not have charged for the repair and reimbursed me for the repair.
Walter Garff: Too had they closed. I brought items from FL for them to fix. The airlines used to send luggage here for repair...
TM E: Poor customer service over the years but quality at a high price.
Michael Hegyan: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMy Mother had been coming to Frank's as long as they have been opened. The only place go for top notch shoe repair.
Cheryl Bommarito: Brought in three brand new Italian Leather belts worth over $400 to have resized. Gave Frank Sr. an original belt to size for all three (38-in,95 cm). Frank asked about waist size. Told him 36-inch. Anyone in the professional belt industry knows you size them up to a 38-inch (even with a given belt to measure from). All three belts were cut to 36-inch with no extra length. Basically useless for a 36-inch waist and out alot of money. Frank Jr. very polite, however Sr. not very pleasant. No professionalism on making the error correct or refund. Will never recommend or go back.
Jake Harrison: I have never had worse customer service in my life. This old man not sure if he is Frank but he was extremely disrespectful and rude. The way he talked to me i have never had anyone disrespect me in such a way. He toldMe the show would be ready as early as tomorrow. I come to pick up the shoe, i didnt have the ticket number and he asked for a last name. I gave him two names and he asked “how many names do you have? I dont have time to look for three different names?” I said i have a married and maiden last name, i think thats normal. He says well without a ticket number i cant find your shoe. I said well I brought it in yesterday and if i cant find the ticket then i dont bave a shoe? Long story short he finds the shoe then says its not ready. I said why would you say it would be ready? He says do you not know how to read? And points at the sign which says it will be ready after 3 pm. No sir, this was my first time here and i did not see the sign. Im clearly educated enough to write this review and read. He was so Rude i proceeded to tell him that he is not a nice person and how could you treat customers this way? He said well i dont care because im closing down. I said “ohhhhhhhhh that makes sense” but it doesnt make sense to treat people that way regardless. He said he doesnt care if i leave a bad review and that i can take my shoe elsewhere so i took it.This man is a miserable human and hopefully he finds happiness in his life.I will pray for you to be a better human and spread love rather than hate. The world may be a better place with Franks shoe store closing.
Jaspreet Randhawa: Not a very nice man. Charged me $5 extra for losing the ticket as “finding fee”. He literally found my shoe in 2 seconds. Not coming back.
Carlo Chalhoub: One of my two favorite shoe service places in Birmingham. Good service.
Amanda Voges: I took my favorite shoes here in confidence that they would do a great job on repairing them. That did not happen, they ruined my shoes!!!! My $950 pair of shoes, RUINED! They refuse to refund me and they are not repairable. I am so upset and disgusted!! Think twice before you bring your shoes here.
Rachel White: Critical:QualityThis place RUINED my red bottoms. I was told I would have them in time for a wedding, didn’t & then realized they were ruined when I went to pick them up.
Lauren Murray: Critical:QualityI was treated so poorly by the owner of the shoe store for misplacing my ticket. They took weeks to do my shoes & I patiently waited then was yelled at when I didn’t have my ticket.
Tyler Murray: My 8 month pregnant wife was treated terribly by the owner after trying to pick up her Manolo’s. They couldn’t find her shoes and treated her awful because she misplaced her ticket. He screamed at her and told her she can wait until the line of people goes away so he can check for her shoes. She came out to the car crying. I will never support a business like this again.
scott allen: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessThey help me take care of my shoes and boots. Some of them are even better after service from this good shop. Good supply of shoelaces. Always a pleasant experience. I was a little boy when I first walked into this business. They excel at what they do.
Lindsey Scopel: I have been a Frank's customer for over 25 years. They fix my equestrian equipment, riding boots, high end shoes, handbags, etc. They are economical and their work is perfection. Old world craftsmanship right in Metro Detroit.
Ban Guizy: Great workmanship. Reasonably priced.
Jeffrey Reed: Quick and quality service. Decent price. I will definitely go back.
Marc Anthony: Outstanding service 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 .... One of the oldest and Greatest contributions to society 👟 👠👡👢👞. Highly recommended...

Harvard Row Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Johny Warra: The best service friendly
Joseph McGhee: Shoddy work. Dropped my shoes off for repair/cleaning. Was told it'll take two weeks but "Don't call me, I'll call you". First red flag. Two weeks go by. No call. Second red flag. So I show up. Shoes still aren't ready, haven't even been touched. Third red flag. Tells me to come back the next day. I come back the next day, shoes are "ready" but the work is SHODDY. Still dirt on the shoes in various spots. Was told he would clean the insoles, insoles still dirty. Still got the same hair and dirt that was on them before. So, it took you two weeks to do what again? BULLSH!T around? The "repair" job he did to the scuffs was terrible. Could clearly see where he plastered something over it. Not buffed or blended in. Looks like white out just laid on top of the marks. Paid half up front via card, and was told, the day I received my shoes, that the second half needed to be cash because of some processing fee. Never told me this beforehand, I offered to be up charged just so that I can cover the cost of the processing fee, EVEN AFTER THE SHODDY WORK, so that I can pay with my card. This guy is a clown.
Howard Whitney: Repairs were as described. In addition, shoes were beautifully polished! Good value!
Raven Thompson: Wish I’d known sooner about this treasured spot! Knowledgable, honest, and you can’t beat the prices. Great service and such a good person. I bring in vintage, well made items and he has taught me how to take well care of them. Thank you for the heel and bag repairs!! See you again!!
Debra Mcbain: I work with the owner, he is good at what he does. He is sweet, cares about people
Dj Double O Dolla: Sparo was quick with the repair of my shoes … quick and friendly service
Berne Esaw: He knows his stuff!
Gwen Thomas: Not overpriced. Great service.
Alexandra McArthur: I took in a suitcase and he was able to fix it while I waited. We had a great conversation while he worked away. Fantastic work!!
Angela Lenear: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueBeen going here for years. Dependable, affordable and his work is exceptional.
Larry Kaplan: Spero did a great job for me!! My trusted 22" carry-on bag had a part that I noticed had come loose during a recent trip. I fly frequently for business & am very dependent on this bag. When I got home from the trip, I took the bag to another repair shop I've gone to for many years & explained that I needed it back as soon as possible. I found out, only after the bag had been there for two weeks, that they hadn't even looked at it & refused to even give me any idea of when they would look it it, let alone fix it! I picked up the bag, called Harvard Row & Spero said come right in. He was able to fix it in ten minutes while I waited! What a relief!! Spero is knowledgeable, personable and a lifesaver. I highly recommend Harvard Row Shoe Repair!
Dave Johnson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueExcellent service!
Byron Vaughn: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueGreat service. Came in town on the last minute and he got me all the way together in less than a half hour.
Spero Elary: Positive:Professionalism
Bryan El-Ary: Excellent place to get your shoes fixed! I've been going here for 10 years.
Wanda Donald: Good cobblers! Repaired my shoes wonderfully
Sandra Mims: Too pricy
Sima Ballinger: The owner of the shoe repair shop has been around repairing shoes for decades. He can fix almost anything. He’s in the photo front row to your right seated. His shop is the first door when you enter on the side door of Harvard Row Mall.
Florence Piernas: Does good work..But will not honor issued punch card "after 8 repairs the 9th one free"....unethical...will Never go back there again !!!
Alanna Woolley: Brought a pair of Mary Jane shoes in for new heels and rubber soles. Wow, I wish I would've brought them in sooner. They looked like a new pair of shoes by the time I got them back and it was quite the deal. I will be back again.
Bryan Johnson: Great place to get your shoes fixed! I have been going here for years. Affordable, timely and great quality work.

Clawson Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Chiketa Palmore-Bryant: I've been going here for years even though it's 30 miles out of my way!
Jeff Podowski: Critical:Professionalism
Sevana S: My shoe angels!I have a 1 inch hight discrepancy because of a botched job from an awful surgeon. Clawson shoes repair has given me back quality of life. They've added an inch to my shoes, and now I'm pain free because of being leveled. Thank you so much!
Derek: fixed a defect on my shoe very quick and not expensive
Dan Pickelmann: My snowmobile boots were leaking and they put a new bead of glue on each and turned it around in 2 days before our trip. Feet stayed warm and dry for a 7 day trip.
Barb Bolton: Great place. Always get great repair work and customer service.
Patrick MacRae: amazing service; did an awesome job on three pairs of belgian shoes for me!
Shahid Bashir: Very courteous, efficient and competent person. Would strongly recommend this store.
Monique Dawood: Great results every time. Had multiple shoes stretched and repaired. All have been great.
Kitty Bea: Excellent craftsmanship. Excellent customer service. Excellent turn around time. This is truly an Oakland County Gem!!!
Bradley Erla: Knowledgeable staff, good prices, quick turnaround
Don Goergen: Great shoe repair store.
Cullen Willett: Would expect a slightly higher level of craftsmanship. Did preface with might be noticeable so I was warned. But seems like stating that “it [the fix] will be noticeable” is a cop out.
Aaron Goad: Amazing service at a very reasonable price. Would recommend
David Hyland: Fair and quick! Not only was the repair a quick turn around when they seemed quite busy, they also volunteered to give me a partial refund when the repair turned out to be less work than they anticipated. New lifelong customer.
Bashaar Shah: Needed to get stains lifted from leather boots, and they did a great job. Boots look good as new!
Samantha Ab: I heard great things about this place so I took a pair of old shoes and a worn out purse and even though they couldn't save my shoes (boooo) they fixed the worn out leather handles on my purse in 48 hours! Very nice guys highly recommend!
Chelsea Grossmann: Would not replace the sole of my boots, add a thicker sole or even piece in a welt (which is not what I asked for) because “it would be a lot of work,” wouldn’t even give me a price on it. I would have paid more than the value of the boots given the sentimental value, but wasn’t given the option. I gave them two stars so it would be a more neutral review as I can’t evaluate the work that they do.
Daryl Sturgill: Great ace for repairs fast and very reasonable!!
Linda Sarigiannis: Good service but pricey
Laura Gabriel: This place is a gem in our community. They provide excellent customer service, high quality craftsmanship and give solutions to keep the shoes you love. Bringing your shoes here for repair is a great way to save money. They also have a wide selection of products to maintain your shoes and keep your feet feeling great.

Bloomfield Plaza Shoe Services: what do users think?
Susan Darlington: Pleasant quick, and the big thing is honest – he could show me where two zippers were broken and he did not charge me and he did fix the other one beautifully. It’s a wonderful place to take things. She also fixed a nice piece of luggage for a very reasonable price it’s a nice place to enter. You can see all the respect and integrity here.
elizabeth smith: Nice customer service
Kimberly: This is the best location out of them all!
Erika Solomon: I received an older, used Louis Vuitton suitcase. It's in pretty bad shape, but definitely want to use it. The first place I thought of was Bloomfield Plaza Shoe Service. Emily was so nice and helpful and Matthew (I think the owner) was very upfront about what needed to be done. I can't wait to see how it turns out!!! Thank you!!!
Carrie Heisler: Great service. Helped restore some of my favorite work boots. Plus Matt and Em are the coolest, and kindest people. So cool to see the art of cobbling kept alive and amazing work.
Suzi I.: Amazing job reparing my boots that I thought were goners!! Wonderful craftsmanship. Thanks, Matthew!!!
Info Robinson: Critical:Quality,Responsiveness,ValueSorry, had to edit my review. The "great job" I thought Matthew did held for a total of 48 hours. It was hole in the Uggs and I paid him to fix it. But two days later, the fabric as peeking through the hole again. Matthew didn't even offer me a refund. So my money was wasted. Disappointing.
David R. Hough: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMatt is superior at shoe and boot care!!!
Dana Randall Books: Always great, professional service and quality repair jobs at Bloomfield Shoe Repair.
Brian Pollard: Very nice always willing to help. Matt is great at his craft.
Randy Combs: Great service
Jennifer Haisha: Positive:Professionalism,QualityLove this place ! There is not anything that Matthew cannot do !!! He is Amazing. Very Happy Client !!!
Mala D: I love Bloomfield Plaza Shoe Service (BPSS) and I use them all the time. Yes, it's more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for -- good, quality work. I take all my leather and shoe repairs to this store. I had a pair a brown suede boots that had sentimental value. I should of thrown them out but I didn't have the heart. I took them to BPSS I got them back looking as good as ever. Totally satisfied with all their work. Great place and worth the value.
Marlo S W: Bloomfield Shoe Repair does the Best work! All of the repairs this shop has done for me over the years have been of the Highest Quality. Repairs ranging from purses, zipper replacements, heel replacements, leather coat repairs & color restoration. Yes, owner is Honest if goods are not worth repairing. Quality is not cheap. Worth the Investment for the Long-term.
Lana: I have chanel bag in yellow python which I got from sommerset 2018. It got a stain from my clothes and became dark grey in back. I was devastated and I couldn’t find the receipt So Chanel refused to clean it. I searched and asked everyone for someone who can clean yellow python leather and found this place! Wow I have my bag!!! It’s bright yellow again I couldn’t believe it! I will give a before and after photo to this place. Again, thank you so much!
M S: guy told me to save my money because my boots could not be repaired in a way that would last. that honesty meant a lot to me and I'll be taking my next broken shoes there because i trust him.
Allise Wachs: I regularly take shoes and other leather products to this shop for repair, and the work has always been good. In addition, the shop stocks many leather products which I purchase, and they work well, too.The man who is usually there may not be effervescent, but he always answers my questions. This is a 5-star business.
Natasha Amin: Yeah it's way too expensive here, you're better off talking to someone at JoAnn's for your zipper needs. Cause I paid $20 (when in a rush) to get a single zipper pull replaced. Not worth it
Amie Lynn: Holy crap it's expensive! Just to get a zipper pull replaced it's $20 ! It takes literally a max of two minutes to do, and the part costs a maximum of $5.... such a ripoff.
Joe M: Not sure what other review is about, but I got outstanding service. Had my hockey skates repaired, took the time to look them over and explain what could be done. Completed ahead of promised date as well. Very reasonable price. Small repair but it was nice that they took the time to do it right and explain. Thnx!

Ashley Marie: The best repair place. I took a coat with a zipper issue there that everyone else said they couldn't repair. The service was amazing and the owner, repair person was nothing short of exceptional. It was under one hour and very inexpensive! Hidden gem and will be back.
Julie Jurmo: Reputable cobbler who does excellent work!
Carla Kincaid: Love this place they repair everything and do GREAT WORK
Joel Hamilton: Very professional and clean work. I took in a pair of boots that weren't even exactly in my right size they were a little bit too narrow for my feet, and he stitched a New Soul on them a little bit wider so that my toes fit better because they were a very expensive pair of boots that still had a lot of life in them. I am very impressed and will be using cobbler shoe for all of my shoe repair needs from now on. This is about a month and of wearing the boots and they are still phenomenal and holding up very well and feeling much more comfortable than anything I've worn in years. The men at cobbler shoe know what they are doing, simply tell them your needs and if it all feasible they will deliver thank you so much team at cobbler shoe. This is the first time I've felt relief in years.
Central asian shepherd Alabai: Good service!
Frank Horvat: Great job!
S. M. Momjian: Lost some weight so I have taken belts to cobblers for shortening. The charge for another belt at another cobbler was $7. Dropped off a belt at this cobbler assuming that the charge will be close to the one I shortened a months ago at the another cobbler. To my surprise he charged me $19. I could have bought a new one for $5 more. Disappointed that I was taken advantage of for not asking in advance the cost. I support my local businesses. Unfortunately, this will not be one of them.
Blake Stuart: I had them replace two tabs on my favorite leather purse and sew multiple patches on my leather vest. All was quality work.
Josh Gulecki: I was highly satisfied with my experience at Cobbler Shoe. I had a zipper break on my golf bag and the Cobbler was able to fix it at a fair price. All three staff members I interacted with were very friendly as well.Small thing, but before I dropped it off, the associate gave me a range of the estimated cost over the phone which I appreciate. I hate the, "Well, the price all depends on... so I can't really tell how much it will cost." Just give me some typical costs or a range!
Lori Timmons: They are great
sal vitale: Great job on my Ariat boots! They were starting to come apart from the sole. Also buffed and waterproofed them. Like new!
Lady “KTay” Taylor: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThe work completed was flawless!! Great people, affordable prices and excellent work. Highly recommend 💞
Marney Studaker-Cordner: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueLogan is great! I got stuck down at the store with car trouble. While I waited he told me about the business, listened about the event I was there to have my shoes fixed for and gave me a water. He clearly enjoys the business and it was phenomenal customer service! Thank you!
Brian Lang: Good work resoling boots. Slight delay in deliverable
Shon Lang: I stopped in to ask about getting the soles redone on my motorcycle boots. Service was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The employee behind the counter gave me some options to pick from. It will cost around $60. They will be ready in a week.I also walked into the other section of the store that sells and tailors leather jackets and vests. Candace was very helpful and had some great suggestions for what I was looking for.
kooky112: Price wasn't actually that bad considering how much money my shoes originally cost me. They were in need of some glue because they were falling off of the soles. My shoes look awesome! I owned these way back in the 90s, until my mom's dog ate them while I was in college in the early 2000s. I was so glad to find these shoes on ebay and then devastated they were slowly falling apart. The cobbler fixed them right up for me!!! Thank you so much!!! I actually rely on these shoes for work as well because they are comfortable for me to walk and stand hours on end without an issue.
Jan Uglis: Very pleasant staff and reasonable prices😊
