Hopefully this review will help others. (Thank you for reaching out, Sir.)The customer service was not as it should have been on Saturday, no excuses were made for that.However, I did not realize that this store closes at 3p.m. until I was already in the car. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Closing a bad time to come in with Amazon returns, because the store has to have the Amazon returns processed and ready to go out the door promptly at closing (that's when the truck arrives), and Amazon runs a tight schedule. I'm sure it's a huge endeavor at the end of each day, especially if it's been busy all day.Having said that, Amazon return customers are better off going earlier in the day when possible. *This would be the case for all UPS Store locations💡Even my long-time favorite waitress can be brisk, even edgy while serving me, if I go in during rush her hour.

Brittany Vance: I would actually give them zero stars after my encounter tonight.I just dropped off a package on 10/25/22 at 6:12pm and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. I had information where it said all I had to do is drop off the items and they would be packed and shipped. The lady got mad I tried to use the same package to avoid an argument and she proceeded to say “if you opened it right this wouldn’t be an issue” I was not aware that there were a specific way to open a package that’s been taped up. Then she proceeded to say that she didn’t have time to be doing this. She was very unprofessional and made me decide to use fedex moving forward. I know this probably will fall on deaf ears but needed to at least get it out there how terrible your staff is.She clearly wasn’t raised right.

There were two young gentlemen Joshua Johnson and John Tebenske who were very polite, considerate and professional. I have never met so polite and helpful young people as these two ones. I went home so happy and satisfied with the services they offered and I had this feeling of being valuable because this two young gentlemen treated me with so much respect. T Ross: I come here all the time and to my surprise today the manager was quite rude because he needed to put a piece of tape on a package for me to ship back to Amazon? This is the first time I've every heard of the packages going back to Amazon needing to be taped. I'm really disappointed at the poor customer service and attitude of a person in a leadership position. The franchise owner definitely needs to implement some coaching.
James McIvor: Howard printed our funeral program and did a beautiful job! I recommend coming here for any printing you need to have done. Howard will walk you through the process if needed and keep you updated. I can’t say enough about the kindness and service offered.
Carina: Lady here has an issue every single time she tries charging for additional packaging whereas other locations have ZERO ISSUE with how i packaged my returns! It's 100% personal at this point and Lisa needs to be retrained on treating cutomers equally and even asked if i moved because i stopped coming to this location but I specifically switched locations OUT OF MY WAY because of being discriminated against over and over!!!To the reply... AGAIN all the other UPS stores do NOT charge for scan and go amazon packages that do not require label. I even BOXED the scan and go package so I would not have an issue but you are so money hungry that you have to lie and say I needed to purchase a $3 bag which is committing fraud for a few bucks. Reading other reviews this is a very common practice at this UPS store and corporate will be notified for your poor business practices. Robbing people you should be ashamed of yourself!
Lexee Brown: Avoid this store at all cost!I frequent this location often, but not anymore.My initial visit was to have my passport photo taken. I then later completed my passport application to find out my photo was a hair to big for submission. I then had to retake my photo while submitting my application at USPS.I visited the store on 6/15/2022 at 9:13am and was provided poor assistance by employee ID 120984. This woman has a very nasty attitude and poor customer service. She decided it was in her best interest to argue with me about the passport photo their store provided that was too big. She then told me the store does not issue refunds that she could retake the photo. I reminded her that I stated I already completed my passport application and retook the photo so there is no need for a retake with UPS. The employee wanted me to engage in an argument with her, but it wasn’t until a line of 3 formed and she then decided to issue a refund.My dad also frequents this store as it is a convenient location for him, but I will let him know we will no longer be patrons of this establishment.I’ve worked in customer service and a store not offering a refund when then error was on their end is just unheard of.

I've done numerous returns at other UPS stores and they had no problem scanning off my phone. This is just a way to make an extra $1 from an Amazon customer. I will not use this store again. Hopefully Amazon puts a stop in this.Response to owner:Absolutely ridiculous response. Other UPS stores are able to scan this. Too many excuses from this store. It seems they particularly have major issues with amazon returns.They are just trying to make an extra $1.00. Take your business elsewhere. Use the hall road store. Super friendly and doesn't try to scam you out of extra cash.

K P: Very disappointing interaction. It was shameful that the customer service person gave me hand signals to be waited on, instead of being a professional and actually acknowledging me with a "hello or thank you. I greeted him and said thank you. I was told that the address I gave him didn't exist in the system, when actually he put it in wrong. He wasn't listening and barely looked up at me. It was clear that he didn't want to wait on me. The entire interaction was forced and it would have been nice to hear about other shipping options. Last year imy experience was similar. I won't be back.

kathy lyle: I was in need of a passport photo to renew my expiring passport. My brother in North Carolina suggested UPS. He went to his local store had his picture taken and mailed his application feeling confident it was in good hands.I went to this location Monday morning February 6th. I asked the young man if I could get my picture taken for a passport. He said “ we dont do that” I said oh your website indicated that you did. He said “ you have to go to Walgreens or CVS”. Bewildered I asked well can I mail it here. He told me yes. No apologies or reasons that the website indicated they provided that service. After some running around I finally found a Walgreens who had a functioning camera. Several apologies from Walgreens employees. Came back to UPS…same young man i said can you help me i had my picture so he put a roll of tape on the counter and stepped back. Then he told me you cant mail that here you have to go to the Post Office because the address is a PO Box I questioned , you cant mail it? Finally he said you can do high priority but it will cost you 18 dollars. I no longer cared but he says you’ll have to wait I dont have a computer. So I waited in line. No apologies. I worked for over 30 years in management in the financial industry and would never be so abrupt and short with a customer. It is rare I provide feedback but I will share my experience with friends, family and neighbors and will not return to this location. By the way the gentleman who finally waited on did not engage in conversation or thank me or apologize. Sad! I would suggest the website be altered to remove passport photos as one of the services provided. As indicated at the beginning there are UPS stores that do provide that service

I had 26 copies and it came to $6.89, I remarked "I thought copies were 13 cents? He said that was for black and white, I replied and I got black and white. Tall guy with beard then said that was for that machine because it was cheaper to run. I was not pleased. The guy with the beard said that's OK don't worry about paying, we don't need your money. Really! I explained I don't mind paying my bill it's the principle of what I was told.I don't mind paying for my services but when I'm told .13 then charged .25 per page is not right.. He could of handled it much better.It is good you don't need my business because I won't be back. I'll do my future notaries, printing, mailings elsewhere.
Foodie Foodie: My UPS driver is pure joy. He knows my name and my dogs. He is always on time or early. And he is very gracious and kind enough to understand that I am disabled, and sometimes take a minute to get to the door. He always greets me and asks about my day. This wonderful man is pure joy. His positive bubbly outlook is so contagious, I just love when he is delivering.
