Lori Ruiz: Today was my first visit here and I was extremely nervous. A 2 hour MRI and I'm very claustrophobic. Sandra and Jackie treated me with so much care and compassion. I made it thru the whole exam because of them. They reassured me and made me feel safe. These gals went out of their way for me and I am so thankful.If you're looking for an MRI office that will treat you like gold, this is your place!!

Lauren Pirrone: My experience at basha was great. They got me checked in and back quickly. The ct tech was very kind and understanding of my anxiety. Unfortunately I had a strong painful reaction when I got home from the barium drink. Immediately called basha and they sent me straight through to Dr. Basha. He quickly changed my ct order to stat and called me quickly with an update on the results. Even though my experience was painful after, they really made sure to call me quickly and check in and offer advice. Very kind and very helpful.

TV TOYZ: I went there for an MRI. They told me it will cost me $350 out-of-pocket and my insurance will pay the rest . after I got the MRI done they sent me a bill for $160. When I called them they told me my insurance did not cover all of it and I will have to pay $160 additional to the $350 that I paid.stay away from these clowns

Johnna Smith: The staff was very friendly and professional. I was told in advance to pay a deductible, but they only take debit or credit and that was the only thing I didn't like because I was prepared to write a check. Olga made me feel comfortable and was great at her job.

Chris Stasinski: VERY shady billing practices. I made an appointment to have a test done about a month in advance. The day before the appointment, they called me and demanded a $150 in advance to cover the copay. Insurance companies will tell you to NEVER pay copays in advance. They are supposed to bill your insurance company first THEN bill you what is your responsibility. I speak from experience that this greatly confuses things if you are paying with an FSA account and could cost you more money than necessary. I cancelled my appointment and will NEVER be back. Going back to Beaumont to have the test done, I never had this problem with them nor have they EVER asked me to pay a copay in advance.

Heather: Been coming to Basha for years& today had to bring my 13yr old son for a CT. The staff& technicians are all very kind and professional. They made him feel extremely comfortable, as he was a bit nervous. We both had exams done today and was in/out within a hour. Would never go anywhere else!!! Basha Diagnostics is truly one of the best facilities I’ve ever stepped foot in. Thank you!!!

ehababdelhamid: They are good as far as medical service is concerned. However, they demanded a payment amount upfront, then took them too long to reimburse me for overpayment. Their billing office is not so pleasant to speak too either.

Cheryl Bailey: I went to Basha yesterday in Sterling Heights for the very 1st tike. Great experience all around. I was pleasantly greeted, and then I technician I was lucky enough to get - Stephanie Vanoverbeke was simply awesome. Very efficient and knowledgeable in her job, but at the same time a caring person, who explained things, and made what could of been an anxious experience as pleasant and stress free as she could. Was very helpful as well on assisting me ( have a bad hip and arthritis ) getting on and off the table , etc. . I cannot say enough about this wonderful person

Chris Kirsch: My second interaction with Basha Diagnostics this year. First time was the Royal Oak location and today was the 19 Mile office. Both visits resulted in tremendously kind/courteous office staff followed by exemplary technicians being smart, professional and kind. Prompt service both times. Clean offices throughout. It is November and I was at the Sterling office again today. Lisa and Zamira were once again pleasant, polite and expedient. Lauren, the x-ray technician, was also, again, proficient in taking 10 different X-rays of three different issues with exemplary speed and courtesy. Cannot say enough about the people at this establishment.

Mary Doll: How are x-rays correctly read when the entire table shakes as the x-rays are taken? Pics and the table are in a storage room. Unacceptable!

Kristin Amormino: In reading the other 1 Star reviews listed here, I can see that I am not alone in my complaints. Patient BEWARE - they WILL charge you more than you are quoted for if they can. This place is clearly full of swindlers who will penny pinch you for any random charge they can think of. I waited an additional 4 weeks for my MRI to have a Saturday appointment which I was told would save me $30. What they failed to tell me was that $30 credit does not apply if you pay through your insurance. They encouraged me to bill through my insurance (I saw other reviews with this same issue) which ended up costing me more than if I payed out of pocket. When I called the billing department to discuss the missing $30 Saturday appointment credit I was transferred to a very rude man who clearly had no respect for women as he spent the whole time on the phone yelling at me and calling me "LADY". They said that they would review my account to remove the $30 Saturday credit, but what they did was send my account to collections. Shame on them, completely unprofessional and unethical. I repeat, PATIENT BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RUNNING A RESPECTABLE AND HONEST BUSINESS*EDIT to respond to the reply made on my review*My complaint is not baseless. Baseless means without foundation in fact. Here are some FACTS regarding my experienceFACT: Basha scheduled me for a weekend appointment knowing that I had insurance under the guise that it would be cheaper for me. That is the reason that I decided to wait several extra weeks to have my testing doneFACT: I did call the billing department to discuss my issue. I was met by an incredibly rude man who after speaking to me with disrespect, told me that I would receive an adjusted bill to reflect the weekend discounted rate.FACT: The next communication that I received was from a collection agency for the full amount, not the weekend discounted rate.FACT: I am not even close to the only person to have made practically identical complaints/reviews for this company.OPINION: This company has no regard for their patients and have low integrity as shown by their numerous 1 star reviews from other patients who have shared the same experience as I have. This is also clear in Basha's response to my review. Rather than taking a look at what the problem may be internally (educating their employees to fully inform patients of what their overall cost will be), they would take the low road and blame the dissatisfied customer.I hope my review will help motivate other potential patients do their research and make sure they fully understand what kind of people they will be working with if they choose Basha Diagnostics.

Rich Spina: Excellent service and personnel . Needed an emergency ultrasound done and they fit me in the schedule. Also went above and beyond to get insurance approval and provided results asap. Greatly appreciated how kind and understanding they all were!

girlytoads: The waiting room is very warm and stuffy. There were no magazines to read on the tables. The kind staff are reluctant to wear their masks around visitors 😷 and only put them on when you stare at them. Please ask them to slow down their speech so the hearing impaired can understand. (They speak fast and unintelligibly)

Chris Shanks: My appointment was at 9:30 pm. Jasmina immediately greeted me, and assisted me with emailing my script over because I forgot to bring it. As I was handing my phone to her so she could process the email, it slipped out of my hand and spilt her coffee all over her. She immediately cleaned my phone, before worrying about herself. On a more positive note, she's polite, professional and a pleasant to deal with. Her smile goes a long way too. If I owned a business, I would definitely steal her from you no matter what the costs!

Jenifer Sheppard: I was told that there imaging center was open until 5:00 PM. The hospital personnel I was speaking to told me to be there by 4:30 PM. I left work early and checked in at 4:25 PM. At 4:55 PM I was told that the techs were gone and the imaging center was closed. She handed me my script back and said I'm really sorry. LAZY - LAZY - UNPROSFESSIONAL.
