Jessica Blackshear: I will never ever in my life come get any work done. I went in for one thing ended up with 5,000 worth of work to be done. The communication was horrible. Kelsey on the side to rent cars has the worst attitude ever not sure if she likes her job or not but definitely she consider something where she doesn't have to deal with people. Everything was fine until the day I had to pick my car up. I literally came on thinking I was going to be getting my car nope I didn't know about the work that got performed on my car also never talked about a oil change being done I had already had it changed a week before deciding to let them work on my car, never received paperwork until today when I picked my car up. I will never recommend anyone to this establishment try somewhere else and make sure they can explain everything that's being done to your car.

Other downside is the customer service is awful takes way to long waited like 45 min when one other person was in front of me. When another guy was right there that could of helped me instead I had to wait for the guy that I called. Treated me like a kid when I asked questions in what they do. Showed up for my appointment on time and was told it would take three days to get it in to look at it and I had to leave it there. I was not told this when I set the appointment. This is very frustrating because I hadn't made any plans on leaving my car there for 3 days.

I realize there is a pandemic, but I did not get to sit home and collect $900 a week. I asked them to make an exception for me because I work Monday thru Friday. They said absolutely not, nor would they come in a little early. I also could not wait for my vehicle, I had to find someone to drive me to work and pick me back up. I called Crest Ford and they HOOKED ME UP. 8 am appointment and I was allowed to wait. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. Guess who has a new customer for life?

Mike Haller: Got a brake job and had exhaust leaking into the car(exhaust leak). The crew there evaluated and gave me options for the exhaust leak. An inexpensive one(and understandably not guaranteed) and the "correct" fix. I went with the correct one. Much more expensive, but I did want it done right. I appreciated at least being given an option for a less expensive option. Nice to see they didn't automatically try to take every penny. I felt the labor rates were fair for the whole job, and they got it all done same day. They are busy however, so make an appointment!

I made a mistake telling them what kind of tire I needed and was never treated like I was stupid (even though my mistake was pretty stupid lol), which is kind of hard to come by being a young female at an auto place. I’m a car enthusiast so making a mistake like that hurt my pride a little bit.. but nonetheless they got me set up and taken care of within 24 hours and for a good price. ICS: Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

I took it to Auto clinic and the diagnostic fee was $75.00 . Will not be returning to Sterling car care.

KRISSY: Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.
