First and foremost, it appears to be hired marketing/sales, and don’t really have an interest in my opinion as purported. They offered refreshments prior to participating in the study. I enjoyed the opportunity to share my thoughts and opinion related to the subject.

Josh W.: The way I was treated here was deplorable. I was placed to do a survey with them on 02/06/18. Sounds great right? Wrong! I showed up on the agreed time to take the survey only to find the location empty. After a call I was immediately accused of showing up on the wrong date. They told me my appointment was on 02/08/18. The problem with that is I had text messages with their employee(Kathy) that specifically said my appointment was on 02/06/18. it was only after I had to prove to her that she told me my appointment was on 02/06/18 that she apologized. She gave me the wrong date and refused to acknowledge her mistake until I proved her wrong. I think that is appalling that their initial reaction was that it could not possibly be their fault and all the blame was immediately put on me. I ended up taking the survey on another day because they said they were short on people to take the survey and needed my help, but the entire experience makes me want to never deal with them again.

They recently tried to bully another company in their building which did not share the conservative opinions this company tries to sale to the public. Do your research people!!! I have participated in several different studies on a variety of topics. COVID precautions are followed so the safety of participants and staff are a high priority. The location of Cypher Research is convienintly located right off of I96 and Farmington Rd. Be cautious when entering or exiting the parking lot as the grading is extremely steep closest to I96.
