It stated off “OK” until Mimi performed the Hot stone massage! I was burned not once but SEVERAL times as she applied the hot stone to my body! I jumped and said “Hot, hot that burn” several times!! Mimi just passively giggle and apologize however, I didn’t find anything funny!! I couldn’t even enjoying my massage because my back was burning and sore from the hot stone!The atmosphere turned from calm and relaxing to just Loud! I can hear customers coming in/ checking in! Walls so thin that I can even hear guest unpacking/undressing! Hearing their entire conversations among themselves!!This by far was thee WORST massage experienced ever!! On top of everything, I still tipped her! PLEASE do not allow Mimi to give you an “hot stone” massage! I literally got burn scars on my back right now! WILL NOT RETURN BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!! To be honest I’m a little particular but I don’t say anything I like to let the masseuse do their thing & see how it goes. Shes a rockstar! She found all my trouble areas without me telling her. She worked them out pretty well. I didn’t ask for extras but when she noticed I needed a little TLC she brought out the hot stones and it was so soothing. She’s also very knowledgeable about the body and did different stretches with me. I got back pain relief because when I went in I was definitely sore and I left feeling better. I did get stress relief for that hour as well very relaxing massage yet just what I needed for my aches and pains. Would schedule again with this particular masseuse.

The owner raves about professionalism, but yet the two giving us massages were talking to each other during the massage, and we could hear everything happening outside of the room, the room was freezing and to make matters worse, we tipped a decent amount and the owner had the audacity to ask us to pay them more. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Won’t be back.

The therapist knew what she was doing. Walked out feeling like Jell-O.

My rule of thumb for a good massage is that I should be walking out at least slightly sore and that was not the case with this massage. These 5 star reviews must be from couples who have never received a massage in the past.When I made my appointment the gentlemen on the phone boasted about professionalism. Yet, I tipped both masseuses and they had the audacity to ask for more…. And they were quite blunt saying “give more money?” I followed up with “no that’s your tip” and they followed up with “but you give more money.” It was as if they weren’t even gracious of receiving a tip in the first place. My tip reflects the quality of the massage and the quality was quite poor. It would have been a 2 star review if they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable asking me for more money.

L F: BEWARE of false advertising on gift cards. Clearly printed on my gift card, it says "1 Hour Full Body Massage." Today, I went there, and they told me I owe an additional $10. Apparently, it is their corporate policy to charge you more for a massage if they increase their prices between the time you purchase a gift card and when you use it. I called corporate headquarters and mentioned this is false advertising. They told me it wasn't and then hung up on me. This place is WAY overpriced, and you can get a higher quality massage from elsewhere. I will be contacting the Michigan Better Business Bureau and the local news problem solvers to get my $10 back. Massage Green is not a reputable place. I suggest you go elsewhere.Also, I called to get a massage and asked the receptionist to recommend someone who didn't go to school at Irene's. She said she had no way of telling that, and I should book a massage and ask the therapist myself. So I told her if she went to Irene's, I would have to cancel, and her response was she would have to charge for the full massage. I told her that wasn't going to work for me, so she said her manager would call me. It's been 4 days now, and I haven't heard anything back.

The front when you walk in is very calming, open, smells amazing and is very inviting.The sauna definitely exceeded my expectations. The massage was great as well.The only downside is the walls are thin, so I could hear everything. Vacuuming, conversations, lawn mowing, the train.But everything else is great. Recommend you check this location out.

That’s like going to Louis Vuitton complaint that they don’t have sales or have printed coupons .It’s to many people in this world want a certain lifestyle & accommodations at low ball prices , you can’t sit in first class on a plane , stay in a 5 star hotel suite , a Luxury car , Limousine service , eat at 5 star restaurants or go to 5 star hair salons & not expect to pay for those accommodations or try to low ball amenities to brag to someone else how you saved so much money for any luxury service , but it’s some people in this world wants something for nothing .I feel people take advantage of reviews to sabotage businesses rating because throwing a tantrum didn’t workout to well for them , so instead they use their imagination to create a false perception with a agenda to hurt a business that they would have never gone to unless ; it was free, had a sale going or get a great deal on group on . If you can’t afford a luxury service look into something else to save you money in the long run .People can invest in a jacuzzi, Massage chair , hand held massagers or maybe practice massage techniques with your partner at stay home , light some candles & massage each other in the privacy of your own home & you will save plenty . I believe it isn’t right to go into a business to find something negative to say in order to get your money back after services or look for additional accommodations beyond of what you paid for , if you don’t like the service don’t return that speaks volumes .If it’s more satisfied customers than dissatisfied customers and the ratio isn’t 50/50 than the question is something went wrong and sometimes it can very well be the customer & not the customer services . I realize rating & reviews are important but sometimes it don’t matter because some negative reviews just come from someone with a Malice intent & it’s very sad especially when it’s all made up in the customer head .So I stand as I recommend people to have their own opinion & check out these services to gain your own experience & opinion because some people are too opinionated & look for others to follow behind them & their views , I encourage everyone to judge for themselves & not always go by what someone said because you might just be missing out . BMX BOYS: Purchased on Groupon a 1 hour massage and paid extra for 15 min scalp massage. Appointment was @7. By the time they take your vitals let’s say it started at 7:15. Ended at 7:40. That’s hardly a half hour let alone an 1:15. The massage itself was nice but clearly not what we had paid for.

The only negative I would say is that the headrest on the massage table is very uncomfortable and put a lot of pressure on my head when face down on it.
