Danielle Taylor: I had a slip and fall that happened back on 7/28/21 at Dollar Tree. I know this is hard case to win due to the Engler law, however Bill Boyer Jr took my case after sending him great supporting evidence. Make a long story very short on Oct 6, 2022 I was advised he would not be filing a lawsuit on my behalf as a result of my accident at the dollar store which occurred on the above date. He didn't think that we would be successful in bringing such a claim. I felt completely blind sided. He left me worse off than when I started. My concern is one why he didn't call me with this update I had to call him. My major concern is why it took so long to believe in his opinion that I didn't have a case. Max it should have taken 3 months as advised by another attorney. I am left with medical bills, work loss, and pain and suffering. What makes matters even worse he advised me not to speak with there insurance company last year because I had a lawyer. I am left in the negative because of this situation. How does a lawyer keep your case for over year and now we are not going to file? If you think I believe his law firm did all this work on a charity basis he must think I am not competent. I would suggest if you have a case take it elsewhere because you can get false intent or false hope from this law firm and left worse off than you started. I didn't want to even to give them 1 stars but to post you have to have at least one. I did work with a wonderful rep name Suha but she no longer works there which was out the blue as well. Last time we spoke was in August 2022 via email. I had to find out on a call that I made to them that she no longer works there but she was great! I am sharing my tragedy in hopes that I can prevent this from happening to anyone else. He should have never strung me along for this long and definitely should not have taking my case if he didn't think he could win it. We all know a lawyer won't take a case if they don't believe they can win it. If they do take it and realize they can't win it, it does not take over a year. I don't have to worry about my situation because I am child of God and he always got my back!

Lioness of Judah: I am very disappointed in this law firm. I have spoken with a couple of different attorney's about Social Security or Disability benefits. I was referred to this law firm and was thoroughly given the run around. The individual I spoke with whose first name begins with "A" was not personable, and lacked compassion. When discussing the necessary requirements I was not given a compassionate nor thorough explanation about options for another path I could take. The tone was condescending instead of helpful. There MAY have been some other options he could have provided me with (he alluded to that in our conversation) but he continued to repeat the qualifications for my current situation, when asked for clarification, he only repeated what he said. To top off this disaster of an experience I got "have a nice day." WT@??? I couldn't believe it. Mind you those other attorneys I've spoken to actual said there is a chance for me to receive benefits, so what was he talking about? I'd proceed with caution, we are talking about people's livelihood here. Last time I checked most people do not want to be disabled.

Turns out..that call was my saving grace, my case was accepted and my file given over to Ms. Klemmer who was admirable in shepherding me through a complicated and often confusing process.Her kindness and empathy in restoring my self confidence and preparing me to face the ALJ a second time cannot be understated.Furthermore when SSI/SSDI wasn't processing my back pay she slid her iron fist into a velvet glove and firmly but respectfully prodded the system into releasing my funds. Gina Faino: In 2019 my husband underwent thoracic surgery to remove a large abscess from his chest. Infection had already spread into his bloodstream and he was in critical condition. After 40 days in the hospital, he was sent home to recover with a wound vac, visiting nurse, and a long, powerful round of intravenous antibiotics. Our hopes of a smooth recovery were dashed when his chest once again festered and swelled with infection. It was soon discovered that a retained wound vac sponge was left inside of his chest causing further infection to his clavicle and rib bone. This negligence resulted in subsequent surgeries in which large pieces of bone were sawed into and removed. My husband was left with chronic pain, the inability to fully use his shoulder/arm, and after a long career as a residential home builder and contractor, was forced to go on disability.
