arianna davis: the lady that answered the phone for me so that i could get a mental health assessment was extremely rude and unhelpful. ended up just hanging up because she was so rude she made me cry

S. G.: Macomb County seems to be THE ONLY county in the ENTIRE state of Michigan who does not do autism evaluations. Instead, I spent 45 minutes on the phone through their "access" line, answering a bunch of questions only to find out that they were absolutely irrelevant considering the service I needed for my son, they don't provide! So why waste my time?! I was referred to Easter Seals, which ended up being a joke in iteself. With my other two children, obtaining their autism diagnoses was painless and easy IN MONROE COUNTY. Here? Good luck getting ANY useful help!!!
Sylvia Warner: This place deserves a higher rating, they have been life savers. My doctor, therapist, peer counselor and groups are all awesome. Even people I don't work directly with are very helpful.
Eric's Weather Forecasts: Staff are responsible and able help you with any concerns you may have. They a great center to go to Macomb County for additional services you may need etc., I give 5 stars every week
beth womenhater town: can not wait. these people constantly ridicule women. non stop rage and hate. workers are lazy do not do their job. also do not do their job. workers sit and do nothing while women are attacked by crazy school workers. workers force women to set up appointment during day time work hours so that they have to miss work. I lost at least 5 jobs thanks to miss jk she is a nasty rude person who insults women. has a husband to support her. just stay home chick.

Keshauna Lee: Terrible place to go for care they do not actually treat you just set you with a bunch of appointments. The over the phone appointments are no good they can’t even make a proper diagnosis or prescribe the correct meds. Steer clear of this place
faisal mujalli: Zero star for Dr. Haitham Safo who I believe has a fake degree in this field. I paid 120$ for my mother, who is 82 years old, for FaceTime counseling. My mother has Alzheimer and this fake doctor said that he will not accept her as a patient because she looks younger than her age. What is the age got to do with the disease? The worst part about this is that he said this to us in the second appointment after paying 120$ for the first one. I am going to report this fake doctor to the authorities to stop scamming.

Jakayla Anderson: I used to be a patient here but when my old therapist left things went down hill I had to wait months to get a new therapist when I finally did get one it seem as if they were pressuring me to schedule times and days I wasn’t available. I don’t recommend this place. The receptionist also is not professional she hung on me a week ago and I called back and she didn’t answer. Please hire professional people who are respectful to clients.
oop oop: I called to make an appointment, told the receptionist my reason for said appointment, then got told "no" and hung up on.
ryan hardin: Dr. Tynise for Psychiatric Care is AWESOME.My Primary Therapist Linda is Cool, too!Other Drs Just wanted to CONTINUOUSLY throw multiple diff meds at me; here we actually focus on 1 med at a time; try different dosage strengths and DISCUSS my mental well being. VS Others I've seen they'll throw you 7 diff pills then schedule u 4 months out for follow up... Tynise meets MONTHLY!Linda and I meet 2 to 3 times monthly.Also as of now they're taking covid-19 precautions so all appointments are via video chat. Which honestly is a huge convenience. Keep up the good work guys, I don't plan on Switching anywhere else anytime soon. Thank you for helping me get my mental health back on track.

ray e: Very bad service in very long procedure to see the doctor did the three interviews over the phone and what's up I took almost one month and I haven't seen a doctor they told me I have to go through some procedures which is take forever until I see the doctor!!Why I have to do all that only to see a doctor I called him because I need him on that time what's the point in waiting? if I was going through some problems I called them back and cancel everything going somewhere else which is they Care better.

Rana S k: This center provides excellent service and care for their clients. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and kind . She goes above and Beyond to try to help you and work around your schedule. I highly recommend this place. Very professional and respectful. Love her smile
Ashlyn Jarbo: CTC therapy is one of the best therapy office I have ever been to. All the staff are nice and friendly and make you feel so comfortable right when you walk through the door. I especially noticed how amazing the front receptionist was! She provided me with amazing information and a warm welcome and answered any questions I had that she knew about. Overall, the office and staff was amazing! I will definitely continue going to this location and recommending it to friends and family that come across.
Khristine Kokochak: The front desk receptionist is extremely rude! She has a very very bad temper and has no issues hanging up on clients. Giving this establishment a bad look unfortunately.
