Lauren Whitlock: Horrible customer service via phone. 1st & 2nd call - never even picked up, automatically placed on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up. 3rd & 4th call - got in touch with main desk, asked to be directed to gun desk, never answered over there, so it automatically went back to the main desk, and when they tried directing me back over to the gun desk, the call was dropped. 5th call - tried gun desk again, they picked up and went to check on what I asked for, and after being on hold for 45 minuets, they ended the call. Suffice to say I’m buying all my guns somewhere else now. Ridiculous.

Michael Laplante: Went in to get a quote on my gun they "made a mistake" and put it in their system with the ATF causing me to have to do a check to get my own gun back basically strong armed me into selling my gun to them got put on delay so I couldn't get My gun back now can't even get them to answer the phone!
