swish jumpman: the reviews are bogus... people on here are only keeping it "respectable" for professionalism.you will end up working days on end with no day off, management allows elementary level behavior and you will be enslaved and taken advantage of. no raises, no incentives.... dead end "career" opportunity if you want that
Tim Strickland: been working here for 11 years, started at plant 2 on 3rd shift production, then moved to plant 3 north on 3rd shift, moved to 1st shift went from production to expiditer to my current position of MCC (shipping and receiving). This place has always treated me good and as long as you show up and do your job you'll have a job with good pay and plenty of opportunities to advance. My coworkers are good people some will be life long friends, I'm glad this place hired me all those years ago and sure there's things that could be different but not enough to complain about.

Darkseid Rules: Very bad experience. This place should be shut down immediately. Toxic workplace and unorganized management.
JASON P: I didn't like my experience here. They don't teach you how to run the machine well and when the machine breaks down they blame the worker. It's very Toxic, John Conway & Carolyn Czech are Racist
JUGGERNAUT Unstoppable: They continue to run all the temp workers away. They're rude to all temp workers and come up with stupid little petty rules to boss you around for no reason. Management is lazy and always trying to fire or bully you. They can't keep any new workers at all. Their attitude is toxic and ruin's the workplace.
DC Comics: Bad place to work. Management is lazy and always bullying. They complain about everything. Puddles of water just sit uncleaned that's a Safty hazard.
Kurt Miller: The team at Induction Services have been great to work with. They have been responsive to our requests for quote for services and worked to complete our parts to meet our delivery needs. Further, they have provided guidance to meet our customers' heat treatment requirements and offered solutions to ensure parts meet specifications. Induction Services is becoming an important part of our supply chain and we greatly appreciate their support.
Bill Hubar: Very good company to work with. They are knowledgeable and competitive.
Javon Jones: Very bad experience! Company management team is unorganized and almost every job they do has problems the employees doesn't care for the equipment and nobody follows safety rules surprised they haven't been shut down hopefully this post/warning helps future customers
