Sarah Clare: Workers in this store just don't care about guest or anything. Meet guy was being lazy and self check out walked away for a few minutes when 4 red lights was going off. If I could I won't give any stars at all. Got employees and out there picking their weeds. You need to get a lot of service over there to do that.

mimickey43: I shop at Meijer very early in the morning. I appreciate the selection and variety of items, but most importantly, helpful and friendly employees. They don't force you to use self-checkout; there's always at least one or more cashiers to ring up your purchases.

Mitchell Adray: I can’t believe anyone would give this place over 3 stars, under staffed and over picked. Always out of popular items, bacon, never have Texas toast. I can keep going guess it is what it is.

Get the reminder email the day before reminding me to pick it up. Get a call about 15 minutes before the pickup time that they are running behind and it will be ready about an hour after the pickup time. get there to pick it up at the new time and they have no record of the order and don't have it ready.

James B: This is a prime example of badly managed store. It is peak hours right now 5:30pm march 31st and over half of the cashiers are closed. With only one of the 2 self checkouts open. It’s just pathetically stupid to force customers to wait to checkout.

Other Kroger stores are much much cleaner. Come on Kroger clean the place up. And it's not about staffing it's about Management. I challenge you to tirn it around within 30 days

Carolyn C: I have been visiting this store for nearly 7 years since I live nearby and it's not getting any better. I have noticed even before the pandemic on how dirty the floors are, the smell in the bottle return and the lack of stock on the shelves. The final straw for me was a sweet onion that I purchased, it was starting to rot in the inside. Had to throw it away. The lack of cashiers and encouraging people to use the self scans. Oh, you have to go to the parking lot to get a cart. Just not the friendly grocery store feel that it had years ago. It's a shame that you have to wipe your feet to step outside to your car. I have been shopping at Target nearby. I may pay a few cents more, but they have cashiers and most everything I need. Overall disappointed on how fast it's really gone down.
Vincent Zanardelli: Very poor service, had three employees standing around talking behind the customer service desk and proceeded to tell me it was closed because they "dident have the people to operate it" this kroger has some of the worst employees I have ever seen at a grocery store would give no stars if it were possible.

How about share the wealth , pay a living wage then you won’t have staffing issues. They’re the biggest grocery store, making tons of money and can’t even pay their staff enough to shop there. They don’t have enough cashiers but will have someone at the cheese counter, really? No common sense. This store is a joke.

Aaron Grauert: This Kroger has gone downhill fast. They are out of a lot of grocery, the place is dirty, most of the people are rude, their carts are awful, and they usually have only 2 lines open. I went in today at 9am for lunch meat. There were 4 people behind the counter, and I was told they weren't open yet. I said are you joking, and they said sorry, we're understaffed. That was the final straw for me. Will not be back.

Carolynne Stupecki: Who ever worked at 9pm on Saturday October 15, ate all my KFC that a dasher accidentally dropped off. Instead of telling him they didn't order it, they ate it all. Working for door dash I would expect you not to steal from a doordash customers. What kind of terrible human eats 60 dollars worth of KFC they didn't even order. I hope you guys get fired. You work for doordash use your brain if you didn't order food and someone tries to drop some off don't accept it, it's clearly a mistake. Door dash must just let anyone work there.

There’s been multiple times they’ve handed me someone else’s order and I have to sit there and wait for the right one ! Why should I confirm something that I don’t know belongs to my customer !!! Get new employees asap! They don’t know how to treat people and definitely don’t know what they’re doing!
