Motor City MINI: what do users think?
Thab Ahm: Enjoyed my visit at this location. The fellow gentleman last name Qureshi from Guayana really helped me get my Mini! Really stand up guy and helped my daughter Areeba get tickets to her next show.Love my new Statesman! And hope this stud goes far in life.
Faryal Shaheen: Good place but way overpriced. I had the same replacement done with comolete part replacement from a local place in 1/3 of rhe price that motor city mini was charging me. Good for service but not for part replacement.
Lynn “Pencilmarks”: Was visiting from out of town. My 2014 Countryman broke down. Motor City Mini fit me in, diagnosed and made necessary repairs to my car in one day so i could get home. Service advisor, Jhin Hur, kept in touch via text and emailed me estimates and videos of what they had found. They were thorough and detailed, but didn't try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. Car was given back to me in top condition and much cleaner than when i dropped it off. When i finally decide to trade in, i will definitely have Motor City Mini at the top of my list.
Fernando Sagrero: Great experience when approaching this dealership! Nassim was amazing during all the acquisition process.
Mark Marino: I have taken my 2017 mini Cooper for repairs on several occasions and had no issues until the last time in which they failed to replace the correct tail light assembly and offered no apology, no correction...no considered resolution. Instead I received from the general service manager an additude that conveyed that they were the only dealership within 100's of miles and basically take it or leave it, they considered it my problem not theirs, so I would advise against doing any business with this joint, whatsoever!NO bueno!
Ryan “Sketch” G: Absolutely love this mini dealership. Great prices, huge Inventory, and they almost always have models with stick shift (if available). Their sales people are very knowledgeable and quite the mini-fanatics.Low pressure sales and great customer service.UPDATE 2/9/2023 - Still a great place to buy new and used cars. They have a great selection of minis and other foreign vehicles.Low pressure sales experience and the overall vibe inside the building is chill, chic and modern.
Michelle Hall: Received 5 STAR service recently at Motor City Mini with Nassim who responded immediately to our out of state inquiry about a new Mini that suddenly became available a couple of weeks ago. Nassim worked with my husband and I closely and diligently through the process of answering our questions and making the purchase our 2023 Mini JCW! We considered having our new Mini shipped to us in VA, but ultimately decided to make a quick trip of it and fly out to Detriot to pick it up personally then drive it back home. Nassim was kind enough to personally pick us up from the airport on a recent Saturday morning and bring us to the dealership where our new Mini was waiting, adorned with a big bow and note attached, welcoming us to the Mini family! From there, he spent additional time with us orienting us to our JCW and then we were on our way...and loved every mile driving it home!During the process, we also had the opportunity to speak at length with Jhin, Motor City Mini's business manager, over the phone, prior to our trip to the dealership, who reviewed our warranty options with us and patiently answered our questions. He too made himself available to greet us when we arrived for pick up - we are very happy with our dealings as well as our purchase and would highly recommend doing business with these friendly and knowledgeable professionals at Motor City Mini of Southfield, MI, whether you are local or out of state!Michelle H.
Sofi Byrum: Kind and knowledgeable during the purchasing process but after was an absolute mess. Purchased a car in the end of July. They LOST the almost $30,000 check and never cashed it Then (I am assuming when they did their inventory in January or something) we’re desperately calling me and would not leave me alone over the holidays trying to figure out “where the check went.” I had bought the car and given them a check almost 6 months prior!!!! They gave me a free detailing and oil change in exchange for the trouble- kind of them! I call to make an appointment for an oil change and wanted to wait in the lobby since an oil change takes maybe 15 minutes. They told me they can’t accommodate me for an appointment later than 4:00pm if I wanted to wait in the lobby. I would have to drop off for that! Im not sure how anyone with any sense of normal working hours (9-5) could be expected to make an appointment here without having someone else able to cart them around all day. I just wouldn’t recommend them based on these experiences I have had. Go somewhere else that is more on top of their stuff and more accommodating!
Celebrations Of Sound DJs (Chris Stanley): First-class dealership with a great staff that was so easy to work with. Alex my salesman couldn't have been more accommodating of the challenges that went with an out of state purchase (I'm in Ohio). They're very fair and totally transparent with their pricing. The car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up. I can't imagine a better buying experience. I absolutely recommend Alex Sanchez and the whole staff at Motor City MINI!
John: Received that most inappropriate text from a Google voice number after leaving a review. This is the text:Really appreciate the terrible survey you left last night that ruined our month. Thanks again for your business.Absolutely inappropriate. We will be contacting our lawyer
Sandra Schultz: Truly the friendliest and most informative staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I walked in I felt like a valued customer. I love my Mini and feel my decision to purchase my vehicle to be one of the best decision I have made . Thank you Motor City Mini. You are an asset to the company. Keep up the great work.
robert anderson: Avoid the guy in service. Last name Anderson. Gave me a price of $4600 for a clutch replacement and they don't do loaner cars anymore. I know they still do loaners and a clutch job is no more than $2600. I guess they don't want my business anymore. That's fine. See ya.
Kevin Parker: Cool people and good service. Takes awhile to get an appointment but it's like that everywhere with lack of personelle. But once in things go well. Nice facility
Indraneel Mondal: I love the place. People are awesome. I have been there multiple times and each time experience has been good.
Larry Smith: Service was outstandingThe best I ever received from any dealership
Cory Mansour: Very disappointed in my experience here as I was looking at a 2019 4Runner and had a very nice 2018 Infiniti Q50 to trade in. After speaking at length to the sales guy Alex here I was verbally promised that because I had a trade in I was first on the list of potential suitors for this vehicle. They even offered to drive it out to me and let me check it out before buying which was unexpected but very nice! However on the morning of the scheduled meet-up I had to send 7 messages all going unanswered before being told they had someone else come in and put a deposit down on it to reserve the vehicle. Very unfortunate set of circumstances and did not follow through with what was communicated to me - a very good once potential customer.
Julie Calboutin: Always super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Love visiting them.
Alexandra Mew: I've been taking my mini here for the past five years and always have a good experience. The staff are all professional and welcoming and service is usually pretty quick. Makes going to the dealership a good time.Edit:Melvin deserves a million dollar raise. He goes above and beyond. Very kind and professional.
Deepak D: Don’t think about selling your car with them. They offer a little bit more than other dealerships but they don’t honor their own terms. In my case they kept postponing with some silly reason for few days and finally said they were not interested.
Keristyn Harbin: I love owning and driving my mini -it’s a really cute car I have a lot of fun driving it. it’s unfortunate that this is the only mini dealership in the area because it is incredibly difficult to get my car serviced if something goes wrong. When I called to schedule appointments I am waiting 2+ months to get something done which means I am out of a car for 2+ months. I had a really great experience with Roland purchasing my first mini, but I got in a car accident so I had to then purchase another. My second mini has been a nightmare. It was owned by a previous employee. Before I even made it home there were lights that came on about my car needing to be serviced; many of the sensors were not properly adjusted / calibrated or whatever. Now I’m going on a year of owning this car and I’m still facing the same issues. Again I wish there was another dealership in the area because I would love to continue to drive my Mini it’s just become too much of a hassle at this point. Please excuse any typos I am using voice to text
Yvonne Holliday: Very professional and friendly.

Vyletel Volkswagen: what do users think?
Cameron Doane: Amazing group of people! They make the car buying process so easy and efficient. Be sure to ask for Mike!
rob bachula: Have bought last 3 cars from Mike Frank and he always does a great job.
Michael Marcil: I have been going here for about 5 years. I always have to go back after a service because a problem light goes off on my dashboard after I leave. Pretty disappointed that I always have to return a few days later to fix something they didn't fix right. They are pretty nice and fast but please do a better job ensuring everything is fixed before you send us on our way. I live an hour away and it's inconvenient. I've also gone there twice to change my tires but they didn't pull them from the warehouse so I had to reschedule. I hope my car is fixed without costing me extra money.
James Rogers: The people in service are always very cool. Thanks guys.
James Everett: Great service
Barb Stowe: Thanks Kevin for a great jobVYLetel VW. Never disappoints.
Randy B: Nice selection of vehicles, considering the current market
David Kendra: If you are in the market for a used car, I highly recommend you reach out to Gino C @ Vyletel in Sterling Heights.I honestly loathe the thought of buying any car as I have had way more bad experiences than good. And I really didn't want to buy a car in person from a dealership - I wanted to buy from one of the 'on-line only' dealers - but the price on the used truck at Vyletel was too good to pass up. So I was expecting another bad experience of pushy sales people, price changing, being held hostage, and no post sale support. My experience could not have been more the opposite with Gino. From start to finish Gino made the purchase process transparent, appropriately informative, and most importantly - he delivered on everything he said he would do.I feel like I found that incredible hole-in-the-wall restaurant that no one else knows about....and while it may seem I am doing HIM some favor by posting this review - which he rightfully earned and deserves - I am actually doing YOU the favor.Don't change Gino - you are the good person every car buyer is hoping to find when they walk on a lot! Thank you!
Adi: I made an appointment to replace all 4 tires and alignment, they just replaced my tires and I had to lose another day of my free time to go and do the alignment. And then when they gave me the paperwork at home, I saw that it was given to me by another person. And always something
Maria Payne: Bryan H was phenomenal! After going to several VW dealerships, Bryan was my saving grace! He was able to find the exact car I wanted for literally half the price of what I was quoted elsewhere. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car shopping experience I've had. Thanks Bryan!!
Thomas Murphy: Always great service!
Mary Cybulski: My service was addressed immediately by the service representative.
Liora: Great service !
Al Robotnik: Put scratches in my car would not fix thexcellent terrible service
Larry Cobb: Vyletel, has the best personnel. Mike Frank in sales has sold me and my family atleast five VW's. The best...Service manager, David, has always given my family the best service.
Jackie Ford: N/A
doug beaudin: Maintenance was done exactly when they quoted. All dealerships should perform at this level
Richard Schaffner: I chose this rating, because the service was great and even though my car was done and I had to wait a bit on the paperwork, the service team offered to comp my tire rotation for my waiting. I thought this was a very nice gesture, and appreciate it.
Freda Giblin: Fast service, we were able to use a service coupon, very nice waiting area. The lady at the checkout desk was so nice and friendly -- really made our visit so pleasant!
Andrea Lueders: Friendly, fast and easy. Thank you!
Yasma L: I didn't have to wait long, I was impressed.

Next Ride Motorsports: what do users think?
Brendan Blanchard - GRAG: Signed an agreement with this dealer to assist with marketing one of their vehicles. The owner changed his mind within 48 hours of signing a contract with us, and charged back all payments. Ongoing lawsuit with them currently - I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle sale or purchase.EDIT Oct 2022: He lost the chargeback request, and we were granted the win against his false claims.
Stanley Pendleton: I literally search the country for this specific Vanderhall Carmel GTS. No one had it in stock and there was a 4 month waiting period. Accidentally ran into Next Ride Motorsports online. Was told that one will be available in a week. Got the call that it had arrived but I needed a deposit to make the transaction. I was worried. Had never made a purchase out of town. Took a leap of faith and in less than 24 hrs the vehicle was being unloaded in my driveway by the owner of the dealership(talk about great sevice). The Crew was Profesional and Courteous.
Detroit Vinyl Graphics: We broke a windshield on a Vanderhall that we were putting vinyl graphics on. called them for a replacement they went above and beyond to get us the windshield that we needed for this vehicle would recommend them to anybody.
Haissam Chouman: Best place to eat
edward sims: Great customer service!! They found the exact vehicle I wanted within days. That’s how business gets !

Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights Used Car Super Center: what do users think?
Rebecca Back: I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from this place in February of 2022. Within 6 months the engine had to be replaced. It was under warranty but it took a month to get it done. I've had tire issues, had to get a wheel alignment, replace various bushings and control arms. Now the transmission has gone out and I've had a heck of a time trying to reach the Finance Department to check on my power train warranty. When they finally called me back I waited on hold for half an hour and got hung up on. I believe it's fair to say I bought a lemon. I just want to get out from under this car. It's the worst car I've ever had!
Brian H: I should have trusted my instinct not to purchase a used vehicle from a company that prides itself on "volume sales" at any cost. Had a costly issue that wasn't revealed to me until about a year after purchase - a headlight was literally glued into the socket and couldn't be replaced without the entire headlight assembly being replaced. There's absolutely no way I could have known this until after the headlight burned out. Was told hey, sorry man, maybe go to a junkyard for a replacement.Struts started going out after about a year of mild driving as well, oopsie doopsies guess that's on me too.On the positive side, I've been making payments faithfully, my credit score is way better, and I'm gonna trade this thing in soon for something better from elsewhere. Strongly recommend against buying from this dealership.
Rachael Wojta: Nope, nope, nope. I bought a Fiesta from them back in January that I have had nothing but issues with. I wasn’t going to say anything, but with the continuous disrepair that this car exhibits as time goes on (with 38k miles), I have to express my disappointment. I am paying over the average and fair cost of this car, under the assumption that it would function properly being a 2019. I hadn’t had the vehicle for two months and the defroster started to malfunction. They wanted $445 to repair it. Now, my sound system is going. Not only that, but they sold me an unprogrammed key which I was told would take about “10 minutes to fix”. Service said that “they don’t know why they said that” and I had to take my limited PTO to get the key programmed on a different day. Just has been overall an unenjoyable and inconvenient experience. The only silver lining has been Jason at service. What an awesome guy.
Rob D: Buyer Beware and don't make the mistake I did and buy a used car from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. Less then 2500 miles and it has been in the shop several times for over a month. Overpriced used car, defrost did not work, alignment was off, rear suspension clank and poping for a recall that was never done, bad front wheel bearing, leaking front axle seal, leaking rear main, leaking trans cooler lines, bad rear wheel bearing and that is so far. The cost to fix this overpriced car and the rental car I had to get so I could go to work should serve as a warning to you, don't make the mistake I did! Buyer Beware!
Mark Baker: Overall ’m very satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Staff was very nice the entire time. Everything went very smooth. My only issue I had was trying to contact my salesman after to ask a question he seemed to just disappear. So that was a bit of a disappointment.
Zackary Boston: A bait-and-switch the prices on you do not recommend. They will add about 1200 in fees from their listed price. Clearly a very shady shady dealership and the manager was an asshat
Bob: Buyer beware! Before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership be sure to Google the VIN number. You have a good chance of locating the auction it was purchased from, the price it sold for and if there was damage (most likely it was in an accident) to the vehicle. Don't get scammed.
Chris Walker: I got to give it to them! I was a customer from hell and they dealt with me 100% professional. 😂 They got me a better deal then I came with. Go See Hunter Hoppe, they took good care of me.
savannah schmidt: Please read entire review . I was a returning customer to this used lot . I was there in 2017 and purchased a vehicle everything was smooth .Unprofessional communication between hunter , and the financing managers.I went back to this dealership to purchase another vehicle and talk about a NIGHTMARE ! Let me explain .. So I inquired about a 2020 ford escape … I was original suppose to work with Isaiah ; but the day of driving all the way up there he had to leave early .. Ok so when I walked in I got greeted by hunter .. The car I was coming in to look at wasn’t even on the lot . It was down the street getting a new windshield , so I walked In and stated that I was already financed through my bank and because they were a preferred dealer through BOA all they had to do was pull my reference number to get my loan conditions and stuff .. Hunter and one of the finance manager mike were adamant that they can’t pull my loan through a reference number … LIES ! BOA said they could . Instead this dealership didn’t like the fact that I didn’t wanna do “in house financing” they ran a credit application to my bank without my consent and had numbers mixed up which caused my bank to flag me since I was already approved through them ! After back and fourth with hunter and the finance manager I had enough ! They kept asking for tax documents which was in correct since my bank had already did all that ! When I went in today January 13th one of the managers came to talk to me and his exact words were “you can’t walk into my establishment and expect a car without financing” I said sir I’m already financed !Needless to say I went across the street to Serra whelan Chevrolet who’s also a preferred dealership and guess what ? I walked off the lot with a 2019 Chevy blazer ! And guess what ? They were able to pull my loan through the reference number ! After suburban screwed up they had to call my bank and fix everything! I would not recommend this dealership !! Lost out on 25k because they wanted me to finance through them ! I highly recommend Serra whelan across the street ! Hands down ! Don’t waste your time here ! It’s gone down hill since 2017! Also when I asked for them to shred my paper work 📑 they through it in a locked box instead of actually shredding it ! Stay away ! Gladly took my business else where ! Here’s a pic of my new beauty that I got across the street
John Chalawich: Had a very good overall experience with the dealership. I worked with Hunter Hoppe as the sales rep. & Bryan as SM. At the end of the day we were happy we drove nearly an hour each way over 2 days. We wanted to make sure we did our due diligence and took our time doing research and made sure the vehicle we bought was right for us! At no point did we feel pressured or swindled as some of the other reviews said... They understood the first vehicle was not as good of a match as we wanted. Upon leaving the first day Bryan mentioned there was another vehicle that had become available as we were preparing to leave and it was simply a suggestion as we had a specific model and year we wanted... Only having a short window of time we took it for a quick drive and actually really enjoyed it but had no time to do research it to make sure it's history and safety logs checked out. After our brief 2nd vehicle test drive we had said we liked that car... But had no more time left as we had another appointment. The Manager said, no worries I totally understand we want you to be in a vehicle you are comfortable with and feel good about wether it is with us or not, take your time and we will hold the car, no deposit for you if you would be able to come back in the morning tomorrow? We of course said sure... There was an opportunity for me to do my research to make sure it was what we wanted and it was a good and safe purchase for my son as this was his first car! He saved up for 2 years and paid cash for it!! $8200 is a lot to pay for a used car but the actual value and price was spot on based on our research. They had replaced front brakes, major front end steering components and put new tires on as well... We felt comfortable with the vehicle that it was safe and was a worth while purchase!!! We were out the door after a couple of hours of paper work and detailing the vehicle and all the things that go with buying a vehicle now.... Listen, I read a lot of the reviews before I even made my initial trip out... We spent over 3.5 hours in just driving back and forth over 2 days and it was worth it! I feel a lot of individuals see dealerships as a negative experience or that they are out to get you..... I am sure things happen and no one is innocent of mistakes, but as long as a consumer takes their time, does their research, pays attention to what is actually going on and is a good stuard of the process things will be fine. You are buying a USED VEHICLE.... AS IS. It is really that simple. If you say yes why would they say no? It's up to the consumer at the end of they day to pay attention to what your doing and what your buying. The terms are laid out in plain sight..... You have to sign a form BEFORE you can even get the keys saying THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS WE OWE YOU NOTHING AND IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY.... This is about as simple as it gets y'all..... If you have an issue after you drive it off the lot it is now YOUR issue. I know that can sound harsh but I knew that going into this and understood the rules. If I wanted something different I could have spend 4x the price and bought new and then I could have expected a warranty and expected everything to be perfect. At the end of the day I am very happy with Hunter Hoppe and the team at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights (Used). I hope this helps anyone considering shopping here in the future.Cheers,John C.Fenton MI
Claire Myers: To start - as a business owner ourselves, we don’t typically like to leave reviews because we know there’s always two sides to every story. So, there’s something to be said that we’re taking the time to leave this review, based on such a poor customer service experience. To sum it all up - this is the type of dealership that calls you on pickup day and tells you that they already sold the car to someone else. They will ignore your ($500) deposit and sell the car for a higher price, since it works in their benefit. The communication between Sales Manager (James W.) and Salesperson (Shawn S.) is very poor & unprofessional. With the Sales Manager even blatantly blaming it on his 20-year-old Salesperson for not having communicated properly with his own boss.Very clear that they value money more than taking care of their customers. As mentioned, not only have they lost our business, but as someone who comes across hundreds of clients a week in our own business, we’ll make sure to share our experience with them - especially those in the market for cars. As James mentioned in our last phone call, “nothing personal, it’s all business”.
Kimberly McKnee: Needed help setting up Ford Pass on the car i had bought in September. The in-car screen indicated i had to contact the dealer. I drove there thinking it was a quick fix. Tom was the manager that evening-he was genuinely friendly and acted right away! He sent me across the street to service and called there asking them to look for me. It was almost closing but Jason Jackson greeted me, explained it probably needed an update that would take a few hours. Jason gave me his card and said to call him in the morning. We were able to set up a time for the next day and done! Great service all around. Thanks Tom and Jason!
Nassim Yono: Unrespect the customer and the bad service
Mark Nichols: Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership granted it was the used car section, had a 1:00 pm appointment sales man show’s up 20 minutes late the car we were Interested in had a check Engine lite on they were asking 9500.00 for it … he’s comment was we sell them as is… so bad!
Sean Kearns: Always great customer service and friendly staff. They always welcome me with a smile, and treat me with courtesy.
Glenda Padilla: Bad customer service. Had an appointment at 3 pm and we were told the salesperson was with someone else so he would be with us shortly. 45 minutes later we walked out instead because we still weren’t helped or at least told they were still busy. They also closed at 4 so when we’re they planning on helping us? Waste of time.
Betty Long: As long as they are with driveway, I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them. Driveway is a Rip Off and a Bunch of Liars ! My truck was nothing like the picture and wasn't inspected, it had Absolutely NO BACK BRAKES
Gary Ellis: Great service, awesome staff .Kind friendly and accommodating.
Denny Lynch: Great staff
Benjimin Donnelly: These people just seem to want to scam you as hard as they can no matter what you do this place will always take advantage of you.
RASUNtheGOD RASUNtheGOD: Mike B ..... GREAT SERVICE

MINI Windsor: what do users think?
NguyenHuu Nghia: The best Sales Woman I have dealt in whole life. Myself and my wife are very thrilled to have had Bozena helping us purchase the new Mini Cooper. I recommend Bozena to all my friends and whoever wants to purchase a vehicle. She is amazing to work with. When I get a BMW I’m going to her. My wife said Bozena is a lovely sales woman.
Shayne Byrne: My wife and I went and bought a Mini from Yasmine and dealt with Bill and they were both great. Friendly happy and easy to deal with.
Marianne Lamoureux: If I could give this dealership zero stars I would! Had my car in for service and was absolutely GOUGED! Started out with 3 error codes and agreed to fix them. 1) Thermostat 2) 4 new engine coils 3) new spark plugs. After a 10% discount it came to $2300! AFTER that work was completed they called to tell me I now need a new Radiator. New total $3495! $1100 for a radiator and labor? Then when I asked how much they would give me to buy my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman with 102,000 KMS with New tires, New Brakes and all the work I just had done they offered me $2,500- $3,000. I paid more in repairs than my car is worth??? This place definitely lived up to all the horrible things I've heard from other Mini Owners I've spoken with. I will never deal with your dealership again! The only positive thing going for this place is Adrianne, the amazing Service representative who was super professional and very knowledgeable.
Pat Fister: I had a great experience. Bozena was very helpful and great to deal with.
Karin Sonnenberg: I was charged an additional $18.55 on my Visa. I inquired about it and still have not received any information as to what this was for.
R S: The service was fabulous! I recommend the service to anyone owning a mini cooper.
Ian Campbell: Friendly staff
J. Shaw (Worms): Tried to book a time to come look at a specific car via the website. No one returned my email, tried calling four separate times - no one in sales picked up, and no one returned my message.
Ken Kapusniak: We were working with several lots looking at several vehicles. We chose Mini of Windsor (BMW) for our purchase as their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us on our timetable and availability. Perry P. and Bill M. were great. We recommend anyone looking for a higher-end vehicle to visit these guys first.
paul wyatt: Very helpful staff, friendly, knowledgeable
hu qian: Mileage is 40,000km, called reception to confirm if my oil change was due. And was told yes, so I sent the car this morning. I picked up my car this afternoon, and noticed they did not do the oil change. This is the second time they did this to me. I called and was told my next oil change is due 60,000KM. However, my last oil change mileage is 29,000km. 31,000KM during two oil changes? So I asked them to double check, then they said I have to do the oil change every 15,000 km or one year. So why the reception said my oil change is due? Is it funny I sent my car there for nothing? is it funny they told me my next oil change is 60,000? are they professional? And this is not happened for just one time. feel so bad!
Jessica Coe: Very friendly and helpful, great looking cars to choose from, and easy/convenient to book service appointments. I don't know why everyone doesn't drive a MINI 🤷🏼‍♀️
Linda Pennie: I love these mini coopers so adorable.
Philip Parent: Paid top dollar for a budget car, trade in value was just over half after just 15 monthsVery disappointed in BMW Mini Cooper resale valueSalesmen was good, this is no reflection on them
