Manager was straight arrogant and angry. I've been coming here for a long time but never again. Stay away from this place!

Terri K: Stopped in for a test drive on an Outlander & it went ok. Back to showroom to discuss purchase with sales rep. Charley K. He proceeded to ask personal questions about a lady I was with. Inquiries regarding how we knew each other, and length if time. Inquired about nature of our relationship. I was absolutely dumbfounded with his line of questioning. What does any of that have to do with the lease or purchase of a car ? Charley was vague on pricing questions from me and left me sitting 2x to speak to the sales manager Gary. Along comes Gary, whom is also vague, indirect and arrogant. Clearly these boys have issues dealing with women asking direct questions. I buy or lease a new car every couple years and have NEVER been treated with such overt sexism. I'm a widow with excellent credit and knowledge of car negotiations. These people at Glassman are beyond pathetic and judgemental. I am giving thought to making contact to the media to advise of the treatment. Unprofessional, sleazy, rude & judgemental was the tone at this dealership yesterday. They don't deserve my business or yours. Find another dealership to give your business to. Bozos all.

Perry Sedlar: Hadn't even considered the 2023 Outlander PHEV but they are the only PHEV available. We are glad we checked out Glassman Misubishi. They had several white PHEVs in stock so my wife could pick the interior color! We have a level 2 charger in our garage and it works perfectly with the Oultlander. Will charge from empty to full in about 6 hours while we sleep. The Outlander SEL is loaded with features. Very happy
