Latrice: We purchased a headstone for my mother and father in law in 2020. My mother in law was deceased but my father in law was not. When purchasing the headstone we asked David how much it would be to add my father in law’s info when he passes and he told us “nothing” it’s included in the cost he also explained how it will be done. My father has passed we went back to request for the info to be added. David gave us a quote of $1,440.00. When we reminded him that he said it was included he said “the guy he has charges him”. So now after spending $2,734.00 he wants us to pay an extra $1440.00 that we don’t have and my father and mother in laws headstone is not complete. Not to mention when they did put the headstone down after purchase the picture was not on the headstone. It took them two weeks and several calls for them to come back out to place it. They did not complete the job that we paid for and I think it’s mean and unfair that they are preying on the bereaved. David also wanted to point out a clause on the invoice that doesn’t make any sense to justify why he’s making us pay for something we already paid for. Bad Business

Tonya: Customer service and professionalism is extremely lacking. You have to be very patient and forgiving if you want to do business with this company. Sylvia is extremely rude and very dismissive. On more than one occasion I made a request and she out right told me "Didn't need to know about that" or "Don't worry about that". Getting in touch with Keith is also a painstaking process. I resorted to email and texting him the same message each time I needed to communicate with him. This was not a smooth or pleasant process., I gave them 2 stars because my parents head stone turned out beautiful. Sylvia totally disrespected my best friend( Jane Adams) telling her she wasn't the only person that has lost a husband.Sylvia quote her a price of ($300) for the same Urn that is (60.00) on Amazon . She tried to patronized a Black own business. She was totally devastated and it truly set her back emotionally. Place of business such as Enduring Memories Monument Co. LLC should be more sympathy in the loss of a love one. Taking advantage of people at their weakest moment is unspeakable. How low can you go.

Kimberly Moner: Be warned, do not purchase a headstone from this place. Sylvia and her mother Elizabeth are the owners and they are super nice when they are trying to get your money and business however they do not stand behind their product( headstone). My father purchased a headstone from them and the picture that was submitted was very clear. Initially, the headstone work was great since then, the lithograph on the headstone has faded and the headstone was placed at the gravesite in November 2019. Sylvia and Elizabeth both indicated it should not have faded. The Lithograph started to fade in May 2019. Initially. Sylvia told me she would check on it and go out and take a look at it and then she would call me back. 4 weeks went by and had n to heard anything. I drove to her business several times on Morang at different times of the day and no one was there. I even followed up with several phone calls leaving messages and no one from this business returned my calls. I then reached out to a cousin of mine on July 8, 2020 and asked her if she could call their number in hopes to get someone. after only 3 rings, Sylvia answered and my cousin was able to make an appointment for the following day to discuss a headstone. We arrived there and my cousin was discussing my moms headstone and the issue with the lithograph. My cousin was asking questions such as should the headstone picture have faded so soon, what is their process, when would she follow up, and why was there no follow up with me even though I had made numerous questions. Sylvia did not like being questioned and was very abrupt, rude and attempting to speak us as though we were incompetent. Mind you, my cousin and I are both in education having a Masters' and a PhD. She told us she would get someone out to the cemetery the same day or at least by the following day and she would follow up with me. Today is, July 14, 2020 and by 1pm I had not heard any updates, so of course I called first and she did not answer my call. So I went to Gethsemane Cemetery even though her establishment on Morang says business hours from 10am until 5 pm but there is no one ever there during those times. Perhaps she is double dipping , working for Gethsemane and Enduring Memories at the same time. I arrive to Gethesemane to obtain an update. She told me " I told you I was going to follow up and my guy went the same day and he fixed it. I shared with her that it looked the same and asked what did he fix. She was rude and unprofessional and in the end she told me don't come back here to Gethesemane as I had no business being here and any other dealings to go to enduring Memories location. She told me there was nothing more she was going to do about it and what did I expect! Then she had her folks appear , security and her grounds people as though I was going to be difficult. I told her in the end, I was reporting her to the news as well as other avenues. You have been warned everyone. She is a shady business person and does not care about the customer! She deserves zero not even a one star.Kim
