Zachary Gray: This company was quite difficult to communicate with when first purchasing a home, but since they had the decent rates and it was referred, we gave them a shot, which was a mistake.Our mortgage's escrow was grossly underestimated, and our payment was just increased by an amazing 30%... yes 30%!!! So I decided that it would be best if I manage the escrow on my own.I made a call to see what criteria was needed to remove escrow and PMI, and was told an 80% LTV. So, I made a large payment so our mortgage would qualify. Now I'm being told that it isn't enough, and I have to make another additional payment to get to 79% LTV and there is no way to make any exception or override... all over a few thousand dollars...This has been an absolutely miserable experience for my first mortgage, and I would not wish this type of treatment on anyone.

Arun Gopal: I had very bad experience with Sistar mortgage. At the time of loan application they committed $$ amount, but they cheated at the time of closing. I had to pay around $3000 from my pocket. I could have went with different mortgage company. Couple of my friends also had the same experience. Luckily Couple of my other friends moved out of this company after starting the loan application by seeing my situation . They never respond to any calls. Looks like there is no communication between their teams and don’t care about customers. They only care about making money .not the customer satisfaction I would never recommend this mortgage company to anyone.
Danny Frawley: Rajeev Gandhi has ignored calls/texts/emails and dragged along a transaction for over two months just to deny the loan with no explanation.The level of communication and lack of care for the customer is embarrassing, especially from the "founder".Under no circumstances should you ever consider using this lender.

gattikoppula prasad: Please stay away from this guy, worse customer service. A lengthy process and all they care about is making money on point rather than satisfying a client they will push the date until the closing final date then you have to rush close they will change the closing cost as they wish. When I started my loan application they softly and nicely told me we will give a very good closing cost, but the reality is he will cheat me.I would never recommend this company to anyone to use. They never once offered to do anything nice for me due to all of my issues. They deserve this complaint and I hope it keeps others away from using them.

Alice Vasquez: Angela kakos, what can I say about her? She's lovely, down to earth, easy to talk to and goes the extra mile. For the past 3 months I have been working with her to get everything squared away for my home and the transition was so smooth. Whenever there was a miscommunication between me and her team all I had to do was get a hold of her, explain the situation and it was fixed immediately. I felt like she was always on my side through it all and I cant express how much I loved working with her. We all know buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do but Im So happy I went with her. I never felt uncomfortable talking with her. And she took her time explaining everything. Considering I was a first time home buyer I felt like I really understood everything. Anyway I highly recommend going with her. You never have to worry about weather she's going to be there for you. Because she is. 100 percent of the time.
Mike J: They will hit you with the bait and switch method. They will tell u the terms and numbers and at the day of closing you will be signing different terms! It doesn't make sense! If I knew I wouldn't have used this place for my mortgage. Don't bother working with them
