Andrew Poler: Absolutely fantastic service! We were at the Solo and Ensemble festival at Rochester high school, where they had a table set up in the hallway. I asked if these guys might be able to re-attach a pinky finger hook on my son’s trumpet. They took care of it right then and there! Clearly, they take joy in going above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend, and we will certainly be back whenever we have instrument repair needs.

Kevin R.: After having bad luck with the local guitar shops and their "guitar techs" i finally sought out a luthier who really knows their stuff. Chris is the real deal, he builds and repairs guitars and he does it right. He rescued my Kramer after i filed the wood down to low under the nut and then he went over the entire guitar so it now plays perfectly. The fret work alone is stunning, it actually stays in tune when you use the whammy bar, and its intonated beautifully. Hes already working on setting up my next guitar as i was so happy with this one. If you are looking for someone to do anything more involved than a simple string change i recommend skipping Huber, GC, or whatever little shop is around. They will do a rush job and you will not be happy. I learned the hard way. Do yourself a favor and bring it to someone who actually cares and will take the time to do it right.

Kimberly Schauer: Asked to fix a cosmetic damage on a guitar I had dropped, they returned guitar as unfixable (understandable) but with the aux Jack torn apart so now I also can’t plug it into an amp; until I get someone who can fix a guitar to do it.

Erin Lenzini: I’ve been taking guitar lessons at Music Maker with Peter for about 2 and a half years and vocal lessons with Jillian for about a year and a half. They’re so patient and kind and I’ve learned a lot in a relatively short period of time. What’s also awesome about Music Maker is the master class shows where the students play songs based on a theme (i.e. the 70s). If you’re even slightly interested in learning how to sing or play an instrument, I would definitely recommend Music Maker. 👍🏻
Lisa DeVoogd: This is the best place for lessons!! They have great teachers! The students are invited to perform at the many fundraisers for in our community. It gives the students a chance to perform on stage at these different events. To say the people we have met thru Music Maker are family is an understatement.
