Kristen Dietz: I had to go into ER last night (friday) which Ianticipated a huge wait time but was pleasantly surprised!! The BEST and the Most friendly and caring staff all around I've ever had in an extremely long time!! I'm a former ER R.N. and I can tell you the staff here gives me hope bc it was the 1st time I came across such AMAZING people from the front door to radiology to nurses to dr.s and EVERYONE in between... THANK YOU TO EVERONE!!!

David Krajenke: I had a thyroid biopsy performed in the radiology department yesterday. The whole staff from reception to the nurses, radiologist snd doctor were absolutely awesome. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Thanks to the whole staff for the work you all do.

Skender Musaka: I broke my foot been waiting in the ER waiting room room for about 5 hours now
Michael Davis: I’m a very optimistic person but this hospital failed me twice for the same problem. First time I waited in the waiting room for 4 hours before I decided to check out. Second time, I thought I would be smart and show up the next day at 4am. To my surprise, I got right into a room and waited 5 hours for a surgeon to come in. Oh and yes I’m still here waiting. Very very poor service.
Shannon Rospond: Don’t bother using their lab!! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous!! I waited over an hour to pee in a cup. I would NOT recommend!!
Tammy Johnston: Gave 1 star only because I had to. My husband was just discharged today. They don't give him his meds or insulin. He got no breakfast or lunch. His sugar dropped to 40 last night and the walked in gave him 2 small things of orange juice that he's not supposed to have and left his room. He called me in the middle of the night because he was still feeling very bad. I had to call them and tell at them until his rude nurse went back in to check on him. He could hardly talk..
Judy Cummings: My Drs. Are the best. Dr. Eddie El Yussif, and David Slapyznski P.A. I just had a total knee replacement. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very kind.
Mariam Almaree: The worst hospital when asking questions they didn’t give answers they keep at the hospital wondering you asked they don’t know and the doctor takes forever to come and explain. My mom she is patient there they didn’t help her she is waiting and waiting and there no answer for her about what is going on. And I come before and here as aPatient and I was suffering from UTI and they didn’t do anything to help me with that even the game couple times before

Sidnee Sayers: NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. DRIVE THE EXTRA 10MIN TO BEAUMONT TROYUpdate 4yrs later: I was forced to go to the ER (should have convinced the driver to take me to Beaumont) and had yet another horrendous experience. The ER nurse accused me of faking my symptoms for meds and security left me with over 30 bruises on my body.There needs to be a 0 option. Doctors dont care about you. I had one of my biggest panic attacks in front of the nursing station and not 1 moved while they watched me. Another patient commented they heard me and finally got someone.I was there for a grand mal seizure and was treated like I was there for a tiny cut.
Melissa Majewski: I took my husband in at 9:20am didn't leave the hospital untill 4pm. For a MRI for neck and spine. Previously had a cat scan done 2days ago at 15and Ryan Heneryford only there for 2hours. You decide what one had better service. to find out the same thing not happy.
GGs.bangers: I walk in with an issue and walked out feeling worse no help I just got seen then sent home I was there for 4 hours. And still got no help

Lidia Saroki: They don’t deserve one star. We couldn’t make an appointment for an MRI until we spoke to the pricing department since we were paying out of pocket. After waiting a month for this appointment, we were asked if we would sign a financial waiver the night before the procedure. We told the rep we had already received pricing, she then told us that wasn’t all that was going to be charged! What was the point of calling the pricing department if they didn’t give a detail of what we would be charged until THE NIGHT BEFORE. You want a waiver signed so that you can charge an obscene amount of money. These hospitals are nothing but crooks!!
Mary Therese: Jennifer R from the ER department goes above and beyond for each patient. She allowed both me and Dad to come in to the ER and she had a lot of experience and great bedside manner. She is an angel. She is the epitome of what everybody in the medical field should strive for!!! She was really understanding, and honestly made everything so much more comfortable for us!
