Dr. Sudad L. Louis, MD: what do users think?
Nickol Best: Service has been getting progressively worse over the years. Expect a 2-3 month wait for a follow up appt and a 1.5 hour wait when you go in for your appt.
Mar J: Mariana the receptionist is very kind, respectful and always goes out of her way to make the patient appointment happen!!
Khaled Mahmood: If your appointment is 2 o clock, they will take you at 3 o clock or later. So what’s the points of an appointment when we have to wait more than hours. People have work to do and seems like they don’t are about it.
Sherry Thompson: Dr. Louis is a Five Star. The staff is polite and friendly and the facility is very clean and neat May the Lord bless this office
Tee: I was having headaches for a long time then started having issues with feeling inflammation in the back of the head and issues with vision. He wrote it off as if I was just stressed. He told me to YouTube neck exercises to help the pain in the back of my head. Turns out I have a tumor found by a different doctor by simply doing a blood test. DO NOT GO TO HIM PLEASE!!!!
Ms. Wheeler: He takes the time to listen, which is unheard of these days in the realm of doctors. He is also extremely intelligent and will read between the lines of what you say to help decipher exactly what you need. He is thorough and will not hesitate to accommodate and find the right medicine or care for you. Best neurologist you could ever find.
RANGER S: Never even got to the appointment making phase. Receptionist was not the brightest crayon in the box. Like she’s a few fries short of a good happy meal. She asked me to spell my name like four times. Even after that I’m pretty sure she was still spelling it wrong. She was trying to find my file in the Beaumont network. She then asked for my social security. I’ve never given any doctor office my social security number. So after unsuccessfully trying again for find me in the Beaumont network, I got this feeling that this doctor will not work for me.
Steven Toma: Best doctor ever! He cares too much about his patients . God bless you doctor Louis
Mohamed Dajani: Excellent Doctor.
Rana Zoma: Great .. taking care of his PTS.. takes time with his Patients .. highly recommend him
Jillian Robinson: Doesn’t listen to his patients, went to the ER because I knew I was in no condition to drive home after having two falls in less than an hour and a massive migraine that was distorting my vision, he made sure I was not seen at all. Was scared for my life driving home because he thought I was depressed and choose not to listen to me.

Dr. Bakulkumar M. Patel, MD: what do users think?
Ronald GT: This doctor told me he could work out my spinal issues. All Lies. At least he gave up when I questioned his education.
Supreet Singh: If I could I would give review in Negative. This Dr. just want you to come for visit and do nothing. I been a patient of Migrane for years... yet he will call me every 1 month and refuses to give me my medicine without visit. And everytime I go he says ya u can come after 6 months and then when u call for refill my prescription he refuses to fill...which forces me for another 1 month Visit.Their is no way he gonna speak with you over the phone.BUSINESS MAN... NOT A DOCTOR
Monica Potocki: Google should let you choose no stars because that's what I'd give dr patel! Didn't want anything to do with my mom since I didn't want her on all the medications he was prescribing her. Never felt worse about a physician before!
BeautifullyBroken: Im so grateful to have found a dr that listens to me. I have had a lot of trouble finding a dr who didn’t talk over me. I read the bad reviews and I didn’t know what to expect when I went in. It’s always hard when you’re trying to find a doctor and you have quite a detailed medical history. Although it was a rough start because of all my medical conditions he was able to put everything together and do some testing that I had not had done or even ever had offered to me. Those tests lead me to a better diagnosis that fit. I’m extremely happy and he is a really good doctor so if you’re looking at reviews please understand that I don’t review doctors unless I’m happy with them.
Mohammed Nilu: Worst doctor I have ever been to. He billed my insurance unnecessary items and required me to take unnecessary tests. Once he gets paid, he refuses to give you the time of day and tries his best to ignore you once you bring something up. I would never recommend him to anyone and avoid him at all costs if you can His treatment is worst too.
Box Human: I changed to Dr Patel about 6 months ago and very glad I did. I have complicated migraines so I’m picky about my care. And he’s refreshingly honest, straightforward, and listens to me. Getting them under control with his help!
Forward Progression: Never refills medications associates never call back he cares not for anyone.

Dr. R Sangal: what do users think?
Joey I: Dr. Sangal saved my life.
Larry: Dr. Sangal has been able to help me get past my sleep apnea and insomnia. Very nice sleep-study facilities and staff compared to what I have experienced in the past. Highly recommend.
Matthew Gagnon: Dr. Sangal and staff are awesome
Russell Yankovitch: Dr. R Sangal and staff, care a great deal about their patients and well being of others. If there is any issues/ problems they urge us as patients to talk with them so they can help in anyway that they can. to help out with whatever maybe at hand at that point an time.
Rich Womack: Dr. Sangal and staff are very experienced, friendly and helpful. My interactions for sleep apnea have been life changing!
Chuck DePerro: I’ve only been seeing Dr. Sangal for a couple months now but he is very professional, courteous and efficient. All my appointments were on time and I wasn’t kept waiting.
Victor Ma: I was diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea by Dr. Sangal. This doctor did not talk to me much and no useful information given, but insisted you have to come back to visit his office every three months in order to have your prescription updated with the medical supply store although it's not necessary. I feel like he just want to take easy money from patients. I used to see other doctor and I only see him once a year. Do not waste your time or money on this guy!
Jeff C: Unhappy with this doctor. Doesn't listen to his patients concerns or needs and insists on expensive repeat visits and sleep tests. Will not work with you to keep a prescription active to avoid charges from medical supply companies while you sort out timing and financials. I would find a different doctor that actually helps paitents through difficult times and challenging situations as opposed to putting their life in danger for his own profit. Zero stars if I could. Will never return to this doctor.
Andria Jones: I currently being treated for sleep apnea and have been since April 2021. My life has improved drastically now that I have my CPAP machine. More recently I requested testing for ADHD. As an adult I had been turned away from a psychiatrist like I was only after the medication. Dr. Sangal's testing was able to prove that I'd benefit from a stimulant medication. My life has improved double now that I am probably able to move through the day efficiently. It feels like a ton of appointments in the beginning and sure it sucks to pay the copay multiple times over the course of a month but once your treatment is steady, you are clear to be seen once a year for sleep apnea. I believe you have to been seen quarterly for adhd. Trust the process.
Caroon101: Dr. Sangal and his staff are excellent. Appointments happen on time, and I have never had a bad experience here.
Ric Freed: I was diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea by Dr. Sangal. Him and his staff are very rude. The doctor will insist that you come back for an office visit in order to have your prescription updated with the medical supply store although it's not necessary. I spoke with my insurance company and medical supply store and was told that there was no need to continue with my appointments but he tried to insist that I do and would charge a fortune everytime I walked in the door. Do not waste your time or money on this guy and his office, he will drain you.
Heather Karcher: Dr. Sangal and his staff has always been so professional and accomidatating. Melissa in particular is wonderful! She works very hard and always works with me! Dr. Sangal has provided me great care throughout the years I've been seeing him.
Keriann Griffin: Dr. Sangal and team addressed my attention concerns that I became very aware of as a professional working remote, and has affected my work/life for quite some time. His appointments are thorough and on-time. They take my opinions and concerns to heart, and ultimately want to be sure my treatment plan is satisfactory. I highly recommend if you are looking to address your attention concerns too.
Ben Sobanski: Been impossible to actually get an appointment. First time I called someone on the phone told me they were "too busy seeing patients to schedule an appointment for me and that they would call me back at 5pm" I never got a call. I have called back multiple times and filled out the online form. Still have no received a call back.
Nicole Erickson: Wow I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. He lacks respect and empathy towards patients. He was very rude and did not like being corrected regarding my own medical history. I am a healthcare worker and have never been more disappointed or cheated by the service provided by this doctor and his staff. Everyone was so incredibly unprofessional. Even when I called back to cancel my next appointments the staff was very rude and hung up on me.

Ranganathan Chakrapani MD: what do users think?
April Durecki: If your issue is not blatantly obvious- don't waste your time. This doctor does not do everything possible to help you figure out an issue you're having. Would not recommend.
Shobana R: Had sleeping issues and head ache, having consulted Dr. Ranganathan Chakrapani, he did thorough investigations and with his medicine, I am getting cured . He is the best Doctor who cares patients!
Stephanie Sheridan: Dr. Ranganathan will not give up until he finds the problem and how to help it. He has great bedside manner, and is genuinely kind and generous!
Fred Dogg: Great doctor......brilliant doctor and a very nice human being......did I mention that he is a brilliant doctor....best I have ever had.....wish more were like him....
Jennifer Parks: He researches until he has answers for you, no matter what!
Terry Young: Dr Ranganathan is an excellent physician he shows compassion and is very thorough with understanding each patient's medical history. He LISTENS to the patient. Great staff.
Shirl Hunger: I have been with Dr Ranganathan for a lot of years now. He is very thorough. He has a great bedside manner. And most importantly he really cares about his patients. I'm 61 years old and can't remember a better doctor in any field. I only wish he would take primary care patients. It would be great to have him or a doctor just like him to handle all my other needs

Dr. Elmoataz B. Ibrahim, MD: what do users think?
Kathy Sabo: I give this office staff a zero . I was never treated with such disrespect at a medical professional’s office in my life. The girl at the desk today, Monday, Oct. 4, at 2:30 was absolutely a troll. All I wanted was to know why the lab down the hall that Dr Ibriham me sent to for blood work the week before couldn’t do the blood same test that was supposed to be redone today. She was unbelievably rude and condescending saying “we don’t own Henry Ford’s Labs”!!!! You have to go to your own doctor to have it done!!! We’ll…they didn’t own it last week either!!!! Then she grabbed a piece of paper off of his desk that apparently was my file and said “LOOK….,.he wrote down that he told you that you needed this test!!!! YES HE DID!!! We’ll, he did say He would order me ANOTHER test, me assuming it was a re-test of the one from the week before that was measured as WAY off the charts high. He is only there 1 day a week, so he wasn’t there to help. Too bad he lets his staff kill his business!!! Never again. I stormed out with my blood boiling. Again…I have NEVER been talked to so rudely.
Chuck Malo: Dr. Elmoataz Ibrahim, a Neurologist, is the most thoughtful and thorough practitioner I have ever seen. He speaks clearly, in layman terms, explaining in great detail any procedures. He asks thoughtful questions about my health, has terrific ideas for new things to try,and is the most thoughtful doctor I have ever visited. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim if you need a highly qualified Neurologist. He's a good guy too!
Raed Razooqi: I wish there was a zero star rating to rate this office. It took them 7 days to send my prescription to the pharmacy for my high blood pressure medicine. The staff and the doctor were all very rude and unprofessional.

Tracey T. Morson, MD: what do users think?
Rebecca Bruce: Dr.. Morrison and her staff are the most wonderful people that I have had the pleasure to deal with. I have suffered with migraines for 40 plus years and hands down this is the best experience that I have had with a physician. Not only is she very kind but she is also very conscientious of her patients time and never keeps me waiting when I have an appointment. Any interaction that I have had with her and her staff has been wonderful. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great doctor who listens to your needs and cares about her patients.
Kenny Felder: Dr. Morson and Auburn are so nice and helpful. I went to dr. Morson for my frequent headaches. She helped me over the years to understand the triggers and prescribed a medication that has been helping. Now all my check in's, I feel like family! Thank you for everything!
mike rice: What a wonderful experience every time I see these caring loving family. They treat me as if I were family and They have helped me through some rough times. Thanks so much for what you do!!
Darrien Aguinaga: Dr Morrison is one of the greatest doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. I was referred for narcolepsy and she has gone above and beyond for my health care. She remembers things about my life that I have told her at previous appointments and she is very considerate about life situations while talking. She is kind, compassionate and so so so intelligent. I love her virtual hugs! Her office staff is amazing as well with great communication and coordination. They are also very kind and helpful for upcoming and prior appointments.I am blessed to have her as my neurologist.Darrien Aguinaga
John April: Don’t waste your time or money Find someplace that cares
Renee Buchanan: Does not know anything about epilepsy, if your Dr suspects you may have Epilepsy and need a neurologist, go else where, the staff here, they just hang up on you, if you're unvaccinated, don't bother with this office at all,
mr. Jas4th: Dont go see this doctorThe receptionist is very rude and the doctor is more concerened about sleep studies the treating my wife brain disorderThey are very very rude and very stuck up
Paula Vandenboom: Where do I start? Dr. Morson is the worst Dr I have ever seen in my life. I did not make a appointment for sleep apnea and that’s all she talked about.Dr. M is condescending, no personality and incompetent in my health report notes. Five items were inaccurate, which is a issue. Received a review in the portal and then received a packet in the mail of her evaluation. Telling me do this do that. She knows nothing of my other health issues enough to be preaching to me. No Dr should be preaching to a patient. ever. I have a wonderful team of Drs.that treat me like a human being with real feelings. The office help weren’t the friendliest either, but that could be overlooked if the Dr. is good. Actually no stars for this incompetent Dr.
madebyaprilanne: I find Dr. Morson and her team (especially Auburn) to be extremely thorough and straightforward. Dr. Morson explained everything well and gave options as well.
Sharon Sylvester: My review is VERY accurate. It seems your office continually denies responsiblity for any problems in your office. There are many more reviews that resonate our complaints. Your office might want to take some time and reflect on your patient care and treatment....we can't ALL be mistaken and writing false reviews! Stop blaming everyone else, a review is just that, our review of the experience we had with your office. Please do not ask people to remove their reviews to make your office "look" better. You are asking me to in essence lie and I won't do that!!
Kyle Sylvester: Dr Morson is a great neurologist. She changed my medical situation for the better and fixed a problem I didn't know was going on. Office "manager Autumn is rude and blames the pts, who pay her wage", for any problem that arrives. What I mean by this is I had an appointment with Dr Morson. I agreed to change the time of my appt due to Dr Morson having something to take care of during my original appt time. When my appt time came I was at work. I work emergency medicine and was on a cpr call, unable to get to my phone at time of appt. When I logged into tele health, 3 minutes after my appt time, Dr Morson was no longer there. I called and autumn told me it's my fault I did not get my appt. I asked to reschedule with autumn stating I need to pay a no show fee for 3 minutes late to appt before a second appt can be scheduled. I stated why I was late with autumn saying I should not be at work when I have a appt with Dr Morson. She told me I need to set my priority for the appt. I stated I wasn't expecting a cpr but I run emergency calls with it out of my control. Autumn stated it's my responsibility to make it to my appt on time. However I changed my time for Dr Morson when it wasn't the most convenient for me. I then stated I am not paying a $35 no show fee for missing the appt by 3 minutes. I now keep getting statements for the fee. I like Dr Morson but I do not care for how rude and disrespectful her daughter is. I will not be back. I hope autumn learns how to talk with the pts who pay her salary.
Linda Martin: This is my husband’s neurologist and he likes her very much and I think she treats him really well. But her phone answering system is difficult to navigate. Also, Autumn, her staff member is very difficult to deal with too. She often turns a problem you may be having into an issue you have to fix yourself. She is more of a road block to anyone trying to get a question answered!
John Cramer: A amazing doctor, very personal she likes to take her time and be thorough.
Megan Miller: unprofessional office. I do not like how they run their business. I should have been more aware based on other bad reviews.
Mike Thiel: If you need quick paperwork AVOID.If you need to pick up or have paperwork mailed. Avoid. If you want an inperson appointment AVOID.If you need a doctor who is in the county, with short appointment times. AvoidOver 20 years with her. Going downhill since covid.
Tony DiPiazza: Worst experience in over 50 years. Several unanswered calls/months to get an appointment. First visit Dr. Morson was friendly, humorous, bashing me a bit based on a previous conversation with my wife, which I was ok with. Thought we found a good doctor. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Over 90 days, wife's study never completed. Equipment didn't work, but still billed, not rescheduled after several calls to office, no response. My study completed, equipment ordered, didn't hear from anyone so called, and called, over a month no response from office. Shared this with Dr. Morson, she argued that they record, return all calls. Then asked me to call to set up a follow-up appt, asked to setup on our call, said she doesn't make appts. I said "Tracy" after my poor experience reaching your office can we please schedule now? She told me "We are not friends, don't call me Tracy, it's unprofessional" and hung up on me, called my wife and cancelled her account. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!
Joseph G.: I have been very impressed with Dr. Morson and her staff. Dr. Morson was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She makes sure patients are aware of the COVID pandemic and addresses any vaccination concerns, which I think is wonderful and shows a true caring for the community and her patients. I honestly don’t understand any negative comments on here about her or her staff. My guess is the patients who have negative things to say were the ones with the problem and would have issues with any provider. Highly recommend Dr. Morson and her staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Gary Ullrich: Kind hearted down to earth professional that wants what is best for everyone. Pays attention to detail and encourages a healthy lifestyle. Very knowledgeable, always learning and a great role model. Highly recommended.
Rio Razo: Please go somewhere else these people are in it for themselves not their patients. 0 stars will never return and will always let people know not to come here.
Debbie Speagle: Rude and so is the staff and she does berate you on not knowing. Even when ur problem is seizures. Unprofessional and lucky if you get to see her 2 times a year even before covid.

Macomb Neurology Associates: what do users think?
Patricia Riley: This is a teaching office, you see a resident, they confer and come back. I received a through exam and all my questions were answered
ASM Sidik: Doesn't matter your appointment time you will be waiting at least an hour even when there is no-one else before you. Then another 30 to an hour after being inside. If you need some prescription after seing the doctor add another 30 min in the waiting room after your appointment to get the prescription. I have been to the place more than 5 times and it always get worse. 👏🏾👏🏾
Alexa Skiba: My aunt is legally blind, they refused to help her fill out her paperwork or let me come inside the building to help her. Absolutely disgusting people with nothing but hatred in their hearts avoid this place at all costs, it’s not worth it.
r louis: Everytime I have been here the wait to even go in the back is ridiculous. What's the point of a 3 pm appointment and not even going back until 430?? Complete hack of a place to go. Will not be back. Have given them to many chances. Would give zero stars if that was an option
Natasha: I have never felt so good leaving a docotor appointment before. Dr. Ranganathan is phenomenal. He listened to my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. He was honest, genuine and supportive in ensuring that together we make the best medical decisions for my health and well-being. It's not common to find a physician willing to put you at the forefront of your own health decisions. Highly, highly recommend !
