Ayman S: Vrry nice Doctor with excellent knowledge and bedside manners, he has a good way of explaining things.Good staff and well organized office, I recommend paying him a visit to ask his opinion about your condition.I only have no personal experience with surgery with him though!
Eddie Hermez: I’m A person i make sure when come to surgery to be 100 percent comfortable with Doctor, let go back little bit I have problems with my back L4 &5 for almost 20 years suffering hurt my side of my legs I can’t stand I can’t walk i can’t sleep I was in big pain I said that’s over for me. I went to chiropractors. For three months I went to therapy. Three month I went to private therapy they didn’t help I visited four different doctors before I wasn’t feeling comfortable with them but since I vist the office of dr. Matthew Dashnaw he came to me in person in waiting room introduce himself and took me to his office explain everything about he’s gonna take care of me. I don’t have to worry about nothing that I like I never heard that before from other doctors . Now my surgery is done I’m happy very nice person plus his office staff very friendlyBest of luck and God bless him.

Majdi Twal: I have a severe case of cervical stenosis and have consulted 5 Neurosurgeons in the last two months. Dr. Mathew Dashnaw, was recommended by my dear friend and family physician. Due to my job circumstances overseas and the need to use the short time I have , Dr. Dashnaw took me in at a short notice. He examined me throughly and explained the MRI images. Listened attentively and answered all my questions and concerns and is willing to accommodate my further needs and tight schedule. Knowledgeable , however, very down to earth. A man or principles and compassion. Whoever said angels are only found in heaven is wrong ! If you’re fortunate and blessed you will get to meet them here on earth. We congratulate Beaumont Hospital for such affiliation and for looking after such talents. God Bless him. I would recommend him as the best human and patient oriented Neurosurgeon in Michigan.

Marina Gabraeil: I could have not had a better surgeon and team working on me. My situation was pretty difficult and had to have 3 brain surgeries done. All of them was performed by Dr. Dashnaw. Not once did he get Lazy on me or tried to make his job easier. He is a very busy man and when I couldn’t get to him during my stay at the hospital Genevieve, Stephanie, Erin, and Christian ( his beautiful team) always had time to come and check up on me. Prude Storhok: This Dr. Dashnaw did my surgery for trigiminal neurology and it changed my life. Off the Oxcarbapazine which messed with my judgement. The surgery was quick and easy for me. He is exceptionally thorough and explains everything so you can understand. If (or when) I have breakthrough pain, he will definitely be the one to repeat the surgery. erica d: Dr. Dashnaw and his team at the Sterling Heights office are all very impressive. Not only is Dr. Dashnaw extremely knowledgeable, but he also has amazing bedside manner. He really took his time and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything he was saying/suggesting and made sure I had no other questions before leaving. He also made sure to understand what I was most concerned about and my ideal way of getting it taken care of. Most impressive person I have met working in this field by far. Paige, who works the front desk, was also very pleasant. Definitely a relief when you find someone you trust and are comfortable with when dealing with any type of health-related issues.

Kimberly Alastair Hunter: Dr. Mobita was assigned to my case, after an MRI revealed 90% compression at my L5-S1 disk. I was admitted to the hospital later in the evening after a long day in the ER. Shortly after I was brought up to my room, my phone rang. It was Dr. Mobita. She wanted to take the opportunity to introduce herself, to explain the findings of my M.R.I. and to explain the surgery I would need. She also made sure she gave me time to ask any questions or address any concerns I might have had. She told me she would be by in the morning, and I would be her first case.Morning came and Dr. Mobita was there, again she was extremely through in explaining things and again gave me the opportunity to ask any questions and address concerns. Her bedside manner is outstanding. She made me feel comfortable with the fact that I was letting someone cut into my back. My mom is a nurse at the hospital where the surgery was done. Dr. Mobita took the time before my surgery to go meet my Mom and gave my mom her personal cell number. She also called my Mom several times during the surgery to update her. After the surgery was done, she again took the time to go talk to my Mom.Her follow-up after surgery was outstanding. Just a genuinely nice woman. I feel blessed to have Dr. Mobita as the surgeon who operated on me.
carol salsbery: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mubita. She is caring and kind.I would recommend her to anyone. Even showed off my scar because it was so nice, I had neck surgery (in the back of my neck) and you could hardly see it.
jeanette McWilliams: Dr. Mubita did a lamenectomy on my back in January. By the time March hit, I was doing everything and anything I wanted to do. The scar from the surgery is flawless and all of the pain that my injury was causing is completely gone.. She is a master at her craft. I would recommend her to anyone who needs back surgery. I cannot say enough about how well she did. Also her bedside manner and personable service she gives leading up to surgery. She is just absolutely wonderful. She also Hasan amazing right hand assistant named Noni. 5 stars isn't enough for this surgeon., ❤️

Nickol Best: Service has been getting progressively worse over the years. Expect a 2-3 month wait for a follow up appt and a 1.5 hour wait when you go in for your appt.

Tee: I was having headaches for a long time then started having issues with feeling inflammation in the back of the head and issues with vision. He wrote it off as if I was just stressed. He told me to YouTube neck exercises to help the pain in the back of my head. Turns out I have a tumor found by a different doctor by simply doing a blood test. DO NOT GO TO HIM PLEASE!!!!
Ms. Wheeler: He takes the time to listen, which is unheard of these days in the realm of doctors. He is also extremely intelligent and will read between the lines of what you say to help decipher exactly what you need. He is thorough and will not hesitate to accommodate and find the right medicine or care for you. Best neurologist you could ever find.
RANGER S: Never even got to the appointment making phase. Receptionist was not the brightest crayon in the box. Like she’s a few fries short of a good happy meal. She asked me to spell my name like four times. Even after that I’m pretty sure she was still spelling it wrong. She was trying to find my file in the Beaumont network. She then asked for my social security. I’ve never given any doctor office my social security number. So after unsuccessfully trying again for find me in the Beaumont network, I got this feeling that this doctor will not work for me.

BeautifullyBroken: Im so grateful to have found a dr that listens to me. I have had a lot of trouble finding a dr who didn’t talk over me. I read the bad reviews and I didn’t know what to expect when I went in. It’s always hard when you’re trying to find a doctor and you have quite a detailed medical history. Although it was a rough start because of all my medical conditions he was able to put everything together and do some testing that I had not had done or even ever had offered to me. Those tests lead me to a better diagnosis that fit. I’m extremely happy and he is a really good doctor so if you’re looking at reviews please understand that I don’t review doctors unless I’m happy with them.
Mohammed Nilu: Worst doctor I have ever been to. He billed my insurance unnecessary items and required me to take unnecessary tests. Once he gets paid, he refuses to give you the time of day and tries his best to ignore you once you bring something up. I would never recommend him to anyone and avoid him at all costs if you can His treatment is worst too.
Box Human: I changed to Dr Patel about 6 months ago and very glad I did. I have complicated migraines so I’m picky about my care. And he’s refreshingly honest, straightforward, and listens to me. Getting them under control with his help!
