Brian Curry: Service Department was prompt. When reviewing my service with the advisor, I didn't agree with by brake assessment. Vehicle has 5,500 miles and the rear were at 6 and front at 9. Hmm, I thought front pads wear faster than rear. Also recomendation of replacing engine air filter.
Samir Jaward: This dealer inconvenienced me to the max. I drove quite a distance to purchase a BMW 5 series, and loved the vehicle, regardless of the “check engine” light being on. Got approved at my best rate after numerous credit submissions. All the sudden dealer wanted to have the reason for the light being on. At first, was told it was just bad fuel mix as the diagnosis revealed. So, out of curiosity I asked them for the code. The salesman got back to me that he got bad news; that the issue was more than just fuel mix, and as a result, Todd, the Sales Manager decided on not selling me the vehicle. I pleaded with the salesman, Luigi, that I would accept the vehicle “as-is”, which was how they were selling it any way. Todd refused, and promised to call me to discuss shortly; never did, even after numerous calls to him, and messages left.Very bad practice! If the cars were being sold “as-is” and they wanted to find out why the light was on and whether that would bring them to a decision of selling or not selling, I think they should have got it checked before listing it. I’ve a feeling the reason for not selling me the vehicle was more than just what I was told. And they never gave me the opportunity to fully understand when the Manager all of the sudden would stop answering his calls, or return my messages.I would never again deal with them if they were the last dealership left standing in Michigan!

Raza Malik: I got my oil changed at Nissan Jeffrey and when I got home and checked few days later, the oil was dirty. which means they charged me for the new oil but never changed the oil, the brake fluid, steering fluid, wind shield fluid was not checked or filled in. They told me that they topped off the fluid but everything was low. Not only that they did now checked the fluids but told me that everything was good. I am super disappointed in the service received.

st4rgirl: horrible business! the people that work here are not professionals at all. they think since I’m a young girl they can upcharge me for simple, quick services. First the total they want to charge me is $2200! They want to charge me $800 for a brake job (only on the rear),I may not be able to change the pads and rotors myself but i know how much they cost. They said it would cost $500 for a transmission flush, maximum that should cost $120. Also they said a coolant flush would be $280, I literally have done this myself before. There should be no reason these mechanics want to charge this much at all! This is honestly disgusting and extremely disrespectful. They do not deserve to try and take advantage of anyone regardless of their age or gender.

James Wall III: This is the best Nissan dealership in Michigan. The service department is impeccable because they are concerned about what you're concerned about with your vehicle. I have been purchasing and having my vehicles serviced here since 2016. The salesmen and women are definitely professional and courteous. They are also very knowledgeable in great detail about the vehicles that they sell. Along with the vehicle I drive I was also encouraged to take a look at their comprehensive bumper to bumper and computer coverage with unlimited miles. I am so pleased that this very important and valuable package was suggested to me by my salesman Mr. Jermaine Phill. This unlimited miles coverage package is definitely worth the money especially for under $200.00 per month. I've had to use this extended coverage and it has already saved me thousands of dollars that I did not have for my vehicle and it is still running like a brand new vehicle. The service department is very thorough in advising what needs to be done and gives you the exact amount to be paid for services rendered with no extra surprise fees.

guy aprik: I came in just for a diagnosis of 3 dashboard lights (abs, vdc, slip), was told it was because the left rear wheel bearing, paid $190+ dollars for a false diagnosis, paid over $200 for the wheel bearing that I did not even need, paid more for labor putting it in. When my personal mechanic put the wheel bearing in, he was able to find the REAL problem.After calling the dealership to explain what had happened and to receive a refund or any compensation, besides knocking a few $ off the REAL part that I actually needed, they were reluctant to do anything towards actually helping me and the supervisor hung up on me. Long story short, I ended up paying almost $600 for something that didn't need to be fixed.
sarah vogt: This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I put a deposit down on a Saturday and called on Monday for an update and was told they were transitioning to a new system. I called the next TWO DAYS and was not able to get in touch with anyone. I finally went in on Wednesday for an update. They gave me a new sales rep as the one I previously was working with was no longer working there. After telling me I was approved they tried telling me Thursday morning that I needed a down payment or co-signer. After FINALLY signing documents they told me my deposit would be mailed since it was done with the previous system. Over a MONTH later STILL have not received my deposit and I can’t get in touch with anyone. On top of not sending the deposit back, about a week after I signed documents, I found out my taillight is out due to an electrical issue. Never going back!!

Chris Watkins: I was approved for a vehicle. I was told the monthly payment and term and they asked for a parcial deposit on the car. Next I heard nothing. Emailed their customer service after numerous phone calls weren’t returned. In hopes of a follow up I decided to visit the store. Once there a new salesperson tells me that I needed an extra $1000 down. This is after I already purchased insurance for the car I was approved for. I declined paying the additional $1000 and asked for my $500 partial deposit back. That was 4 weeks ago. My phone calls are never answered or returned. I came back to the store today and waited almost 30 minutes before having to leave for work and still haven’t received a return on my deposit. I use to work for Suburban in garden city 3 years ago and would never thought that the staff would treat a customer and former employee this way. I know David Fischer Jr would not appreciate that from his staff, especially here at the Troy motor mall.Oh and they just recently lowered the price of the car $1000The worst service I’ve ever received in my life

I was having trouble getting insurance due to an accident within the past year and he provided me with several phone numbers of insurance companies to try to ensure I was able to leave the lot with a vehicle. He was extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure the leasing process went smoothly and I was satisfied with the vehicle. Clips/caps were left unscrewed on my driver side floorboard. I had to go back inside to inquire why those clips weren’t put back in. The carelessness makes me question the quality of their work and what else was not done 100% correctly.

Kammie B: Since I can’t find a manager or get one to answer the phone, I’ll express my chagrin here… On a public platform… Just as I did when I praised my Salesperson Des who’s no longer here… I bought my vehicle in for a routine oil change… Can’t do a tire rotation because at 16,800 my 2021 Nissan Rogue needs new tires (yes all maintenance/rotations are UTD - Nissan & Mitsubishi have numerous complaints for the same issue.)The Service Advisor (the text said Robert but I’m not sure if that’s who dis my intake) entered my information handed me the write up and a pen to give consent for service. The cost was listed as $54 and some change. Cool, right? He then verbally tells me as I’m literally dotting the “I” in my name that it’s $84 and some change. I asked why when the estimate I’m signing has a much lower amount… He then took the form from me, crossed out the price in red sharpie then initialed in blue ink and said “We have a new system and that price isn’t correct.” I said “but you’re telling me this AFTER I’ve signed a consent that has a different price?? How is this even possible or policy?” He then said “I don’t know what to tell you, do you want the service or not?”Not only is this the WORST vehicle I’ve ever owned, the service here is now TERRIBLE! Rest assured I will NOT be back & I’m dumping this POS the first chance I get! Buyer BEWARE!

marcus dallacqua: I recently took my 2023 Nissan Rogue to the dealership's service department due to a concerning issue of a strong gasoline smell in the vehicle. While I appreciate the convenience of the dealership providing pick-up and drop-off services for my car, I was disappointed with their determination regarding the issue. The service department stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that they could solve and that the car is currently 'under engineering review.' I find this response to be unsatisfactory, especially considering the severity of the situation. The presence of gasoline fumes in and around the vehicle poses both health and safety risks to me and my passengers. As a customer, I expected a more proactive approach to addressing such a critical issue, and I am left concerned for our safety.
