Dlua Chang: There wasn’t a long wait and everyone was really nice. Doctor John listened to what I was feeling like and was informative. I didn’t feel rushed either. It was a great experience.

George: My nephew was feeling under the weather. We went in less than an hour before they closed. They were incredibly patient and very kind. Emily did so well with him and we while we hope we never need to, we would gladly come back to her. The whole team was great and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and ease our anxiety.

Katherine Helmetag: Staff are good, but good luck getting care in a timely manner. I've had a few visits and most are at least 1 hr past appt time. For 9am appointments.
P Stokes: Wait time wasn’t long I was there for a drug test and staff was friendly, safe and productive. Friendly COVID safe environment.
Brandon Winter: Over two hours and the place is empty. More workers than patients I don’t even want this job anymore I’m sure this is why nobody can hire anyone

Workers attitude are ruthless, They made me drive in this horrible weather to check my “arm” and when i got here they told me that i have a appointment scheduled which they did NOT tell me and want me to to come tomorrow where the roads are even worse. wasting peoples time. They don’t deserve to have the name of a clinic.

I suffered a concussion and I kept telling them I still can’t take light or sound my headache is still at a 7 and they said you can go back to work. I can’t even drive or see straight. You sit in the waiting room for hours before getting seen.

Paint imagination: Takes forever to do a simple drug test, do not come to this location.
TannerBananr: Another 1 star reveiw for 3.5 hour wait for a simple DOT checkup. Wouldnt let me make an apt, walk in and wait 3 hours only. Go to the one on 12 mile instead its nearby and they let you make appointments for DOT checkup.
Trisha Ginn: Hope you love waiting if you come here. 2-3 hour wait to get a quick DOT recertification. Bring a book, patience and a prayer you don’t have a nervous breakdown in the waiting room. Horrible place!

Haley Gagne: Should probably update your business hours on google especially if you’re going to no longer be open on a day you were previously open. You would think as a medical facility you would want to make sure that your hours are up to date.
Rye Charms: Understaffed, which causes for extremely long wait times. Waiting 3hrs for a drug screen isn’t feasible nor good for the bladder.

Aaron Bledsoe: Lindsey at the front desk was amazing. She got me in just under the buzzer to get a drug screen I needed for work. I came all the way from the Allen Park location where I waited 2 and a half hours and Lindsey was so nice, polite, and understanding. She could've turned me away but allowed me to come in to get this done. Thank you so much Lindsey!!!!! I would greatly recommend this location for your urgent care and other needs.
Sukhpreet Sidhu: Google said it would be open until 4pm today. We drove 20 miles and it was closed. It was not even close to 4pm!
