Abigail Harmala: Phone number is not correct on google. Must call a Beaumont hospital to transfer you to them. Can be difficult to get ahold of. The voice recording was not helpful when trying to access a form online. Went to the office to get some paperwork I needed that day. Suppose to take a few business days but they got it for me within minutes! Made my day! The staff is very nice!

The workers comp lady tracy is very rude she yelled at me over the phone for asking can I drop off a paper a day later. Then when I called her manager to tell her I heard Tracy talking abt it in the background with her coworker. Worse process of my life and I thought they were there to make it a little easier. Alli Cradit: Terrible terrible office. The word unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it. Not only did I have to wait an hour for an appointment that I had scheduled, no one told me they were running late. The majority of the staff I’ve dealt with are beyond rude, and do NOT seem educated. You would think the nurse practitioner would be kind, especially to fellow Beaumont employees, and also know her stuff, but nope. She might be the worst of them all!!!! I would rather pay for all of my services than go back here and have it payed for by Beaumont.

Not only would I never step foot in this place myself but I HIGHLY suggest anyone else considering it to think twice. There are several people in this lovely office that deserve to be fired. And don’t forget, there’s a such thing as pressing charges. You don’t even deserve to call yourself healthcare professionals and Beaumont should be ashamed to have hired such swill.
