Went with Best buy instead of Amazon because website advertised it could be picked up the same day and amazon not until next morning. But for whatever reason order could not be fulfilled. Best buy was blaming bank but bank said was all good on their side. After alot of back and forth son's suprize was ruined and he was sad and disappointed I just reordered through Amazon. Long story short I would not recommend ever ordering anything from them if you want same day pick up. And the customer service over the phone is wack and needs to learn how a customer service representative is supposed to do their job

Mike Ross: Kyle the store manager was very rude to me, I asked him for help and he said he’s going to go get someone, then he walks over to his employee and started chitchatting and laughing. I had to walk up to him and ask if he’s going to help me or not, then he told that employee to help me and he was super rude how he did it. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was the manager. Bestbuy really need to step up their game man can’t run a multimillion dollar company with dudes like Kyle working in your store.

Jasen J: This placed if filled with magic. There are screens flat and thin, like a painting or a piece of paper, and colors that were incredibly vibrant and realistic. The images seemed to move and change as if they were alive, almost like magic. I could see every strand of hair on a person's head or the individual blades of grass in a field. Images were so clear and sharp that they looked more real than anything I had ever seen before. The people on the screens moved and spoke as if they were right there in front of me, and sound came from all around me as if I was standing right there. A marvel beyond my understanding. These Best Buys are wonderous yet so mysterious places. I shall return to exclaim more of the bountiful things to beholden in this strange and exciting world.
