Bill R: This location had the best crew I've seen at a Valvoline! The manager, she was on top of things to say the least. She went around to every customer and made sure everything was being done correctly and completely. The techs, they did everything they were supposed to and explained everything on any issues. The tech that worked on my vehicle even had the common sense to bring over another tech to look at a problem with my lower ball joint bleeding out grease. I just had this brand new lower ball joint put on at Belle Tire this year and have had Belle Tire do two oil changes since, and never had their techs at Belle Tire say anything about a problem. These techs at Valvoline took the time to double check things and had me get out of my truck to show me the problem, so I could know what I was talking about when I go back to Belle Tire to address their defective part. Also happy they were open on a Sunday, which is the only day I have time to go. Wish I would tried this location years ago!Service:Oil change

I paid for 4 new tires and the same day I left I got a msg on my dash saying "TPMS ERROR " that wasn't there before. They claim my sensor guage is bad (but it wasn't prior to me taking my car to them) Their fix for it was me spending more money at their shop. I of course refused.
