Charles Schwartz: Went for the first time to the Sterling Heights address and the staff was very friendly and professional. My eye exam was very thorough and explained to me. Good frame selection and I received my glasses within a week. Never again will I go back to the chain stores that offer deals on your health (glasses).
Suzanne Johnson: Couple of weeks ago I fell on concrete and got my glasses bent way out of shape. The next morning I went to Miller Optical and asked if I could pay them to make my glasses so I can wear them again. They refused to be paid but they did fix my glasses for which I'm extremely grateful. Actually this happened a couple years ago also. Same situation. Friendly helpful staff

Eric Dunn: I took my family of 5 and we where in and out in about an hour and half, very efficient and nice, I will not go to anyone else just Fraser Optical for my family.

Aiman Chatle: The doctors have been fine but the front desk is atrocious. Very unprofessional seems like no vetting what so ever as to who they put up there to deal with customers. I called to make an appointment after getting their appointment reminder and called during the posted pandemic hours and the phone just rang and rang...no voicemail no pickup nothing. A week or so later I’m in the area so I decide to just walk in and just book the appointment in person. The two ladies seemed confused so I said it again slowly I would like to make an appointment. One started to make her way to her computer then decided to just give me a business card and to use the number to make the appointment because they are about to close. I told them I tried that route but no one picks up over here. At that point I decided to just walk away only to be given a snarky “have a nice day’. Will never use that place again, I have an appointment somewhere else thank god.

Kathy Young: Had one of the best experiences with the eye doc here. I've been in glasses my whole life. I've seen hundreds of eye doctors. I'm always nervous going to the eye doc just from past experiences where I had a doctor yell at me because I told him that there was no difference in the two lenses. The warm service makes selecting eyeglasses very convenient. They are always ready to help, for free, whether it’s to do small repairs or give out freebies. My whole family come here for eyeglasses. I love this place.
Pankaj Parikh: It was nice experience, good measures for COVID-19 protection. People were courteous and friendly.Just want to comment I went for prescription glass they charge without insurance $109 but with insurance they charge $364 and collected $70 from me.Very silly practice.

Sat in my car for 15 minutes no one came I called and they said come on I then they tell me I’m late for my appointment and have to reschedule well I was in my car waiting for them! Never will go back I was the only car in parking lot!
