Wati and Darnell: Whoa ever they have answering the phone is soooo rude!So I called the dentist and started by stating my reason for calling. The first thing the person on the other end says, “MA’AM I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE!”Right…cause you didn’t ask me. I’ve worked at the front desk of a medical institution before. You’re supposed to ask “First and last name!” Or “what’s your phone number” or “what’s your client ID?” Even if I called and said “my name is so and so!” You would still need more info. 😤Who is hiring these people!?

Antonio Scott: One appointment I waited 30 minutes to be seen. My last appointment I arrived 5 minutes late and I had to reschedule because they obviously put someone in my spot. They always try to make you pay extra unnecessary fees.

Mysha Uddin: My experience with this place was horrible, considering the fact they try to force you to try and get treatments that you may not want or want at the moment. They did not give me the treatment for which I originally made the appointment and said I had to come back for a filling and they will then give me the treatment on that day because supposedly they did not have enough time or the equipment. I asked them to just give a separate appointment but they refused. They demanded that I get fillings or else they won’t give me an appointment to get the other treatment which I needed. They were taking advantage of the fact that I needed a simple treatment and now was being forced to get a bigger treatment. I tried to talk to the front desk and the woman had a very nasty attitude and was very arrogant. I had other family members who also had horrible experiences with great expressions in general and was charged for treatments they did not even receive and had to switch to another dental care. This place is a scam and will do whatever to get their money.

Mr. Ouagadougou: I went to see Dr. Palmer because of malocclusion, meaning my teeth don’t all touch when my mouth is closed. This causes an imbalance in the muscles of my face and jaw and tongue and is very uncomfortable to me.My goal in seeing Dr. Palmer was to learn more about what the problem is and how we can fix it.He and his staff are incredibly friendly and follow all the precautionary measures associated with the pandemic. More importantly he was able to identify a slipped articular disk on the right side of my face as the likely cause of imbalance.We recently met to discuss treatment options and he will be making me a custom fit mouth-thingy (my words) in the months to come and I’m totally geeked.Im grateful to have found Dr. Palmer and look forward to what we’ll do together to improve my dental and overall health!#GetMyTeethDone

Lian Kollin: My kids and I have been see doctor Palmer since 2009. Doctor Palmer is very experienced and made very fair suggestion with each of my children. Doctor Palmer made good suggestions with my oldest son when I bought my son to his office for a consultation for brace ( my son’s tooth had larger space in between when he was 10 years old). Doctor Palmer call that” ugly ducking tooth stage” and said he will grow out it.I had my braces done with doctor Palmer, the office stuff is very kind, skilled. They will fit me in anytime time I need to an adjustment with the wires. I lost my retainers while I was at overseas for 2 months. When I came back doctor Palmer and staff saw me right way and come up with a new solutions away. He put the wire back on my tooth for few more months didn’t charge me for it. Now, I got new retainers.My daughter had her braces done 4 years ago. It was easy for her and she has beautiful smile. Thanks to doctor Palmer and his office staff, they are kind and very skilled. They delivered the best results for me and my family kids.

alexis daizi: dr.palmer and his other workers are highly good at their job. before i got my braces, my teeth were so out of order and i had a complete overbite. after having them for about 4 years, my teeth are as straight as possible. i’ve had my top ones for 2 years and a half and my bottom ones for the 4 years. i even had an expander on the top of my mouth since my top teeth were even worse. although, his service deserves 5 stars. nothing less than that.

Vee Shyti: Dr palmer is one of the absolute best orthodontist there is! Before my neighbor recommend me to him I saw 3 orthodontist that just quoted me prices to throw on some braces and take my money. Not palmer he took xrays and found out i had a tooth impacted in my bone and extra teeth that needed to be removed before braces. He makes everyone feel so comfortable and im never embarrassed to ask any questions because I know he cares! Dr palmer and all his staff are the best.

Lena Tots: Dr. Palmer is very rude to his patients. He convinced me that my TMJ could be treated by straightening my teeth. 2 years later, after chipping several of my teeth during bracket removal, I still had TMJ and half my bottom lip is forever numb because one of the brackets caused severe damage and I had to get surgery. I’ve heard him make fun of several kids, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I called brightside and I had an appointment the following Monday. I usually do not like going to the dentist but all I can say about bright side and Sterling Heights is wow! Charlyn Allesa: Will not be coming back. Been here for years now and recently been pushed for x-rays. I know insurance covers for it but I was concerned about radiation exposure so I refused it when i was pregnant. I also remember my last experience when the tech had to redo an x-ray when they didn't have the plate positioned right in your mouth or the angle was off. The hygienist Sandy got very pushy without asking for my concerns. Neither did she explain the specific reason why I needed x-rays. I have been told my gums are healthy each time I come for cleaning. Each person that took care of me said my teeth looked good (unless they all lied). From my last appointment I remember the dentist telling me it isn't necessary to get frequent x-rays unless they have concerns. Now without even being seen by a dentist, her tone became more "you either get x-rays done or I don't provide the service because it is our policy to have it done yearly". I didn't know a hygienist could flat out refuse a patient service just like that without even bringing it to a denstist's attention. BUT I GUESS THEY ALREADY RUN THAT PLACE. I pretty much wasted my time there and had to leave without treatment. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be coming back. I would rather take my insurance somewhere else and pay the $35 that they charge per person for our records to be transferred somewhere to find better service. Besides, each time I have gone I have been seeing different dentists and hygienist. It is always a new face each time. Not going back to this place.

A google search led me to this place with amazing ratings and 40+ years servicing the community.Went in for a cleaning, I have been terrified to try a new place as the last couple I tried weren't the greatest. Absolutely loved the hygienist which immediately put my fears of a new place at ease. Staff was also very friendly. I was back in the chair within 5 minutes. Learned there are various different Dentists and hygienists in this office and probably won't see the same ones. I was a bit disappointed dentist didn't introduce herself a bit more was in and out. Hopefully I'll get to know them better on my next visit and will feel confident introducing the rest of my family here.

The two receptions actually reminded me of Grace and Frankie they both were very welcoming and funny. The Dental Assistant John was Really Nice and Reassuring he helped me to feel comfortable and calmed my nervous. He was there every step of the way. Last but not least Dr Lipton was Awesome. He was time efficient and wanted to make sure I was ok every step of the way. He's very Friendly and up front about what's going on with your teeth. Also, The wait time was only about 30minutes if that. It was great!

He takes his time with each and every patient (I heard him) to explain to them what he's doing, his findings and the best solution and alternatives. Re P: i woke up with a really bad tooth pain, googled the nearest dentist near me. saw the good reviews. called them and they took me in the same day. had my bottom left first molar extracted. the staff was super nice. dr hindi was super nice. everything was straightforward, pricing and recommended procedures. they took good care of me. it was a blessing to have gone there. paid $380 for the extraction and around $600 for bone graft.

She makes sure that you understand what to/not to do in order to maintain the best oral health. I've never had anyone to explain the mistakes that I was making that contributed to the discomfort I was experiencing the way she did. I listened and my issues were resolved. Don't look any further... this is the dentist for you. Your teeth will love you for it!!!

Aphrodite: I came here after a years worth of bad experiences at Great Expressions. They had a 5 star rating which was the reason I booked an appt at this location. I was so happy to be able to get my appointments here within a week for every procedure. I had a root canal done at a location they recommended in Royal oak and I was so happy with the results. I was able to get a temporary crown for the tooth within a week and have an appointment in 2 weeks for the permanent crown. The tooth looks great and they pretty much saved me from losing a front tooth. Staff…..they are sooo polite and sweet! At great expressions they rarely would answer calls and when they did they always had a nasty attitude so this place is a breathe of fresh air, you could tell everyone there loves what they do. Dr Hindi is amazing and very professional and gentle. These guys actually care about your dental hygiene. They’re not just dentists they’re saints.
