Kerry Doyle: I went in without knowing exactly what service they provide. They tried to sell me inserts for $1,300 that gave me a little relief when I was in the store, but I wasn't convinced that they would help me long-term. When I said that I wanted to think about it, I got the hard sell. That same day, I bought some inserts and a foot stretching device from Amazon - total around $50. My feet have been great since then. I saved $1,250. I'm not saying that their inserts won't help others, but please try other options first.After reading some reviews that there are NO RETURNS, I have to mention that the owner/salesperson kept repeating to me "the good news is that YOU GET TO TRY BEFORE YOU BUY", which is apparently NOT TRUE.One last thing - I made an appointment on their website. A little while later, I got a call from them saying that they would be in their other store all day and asked if I could come in toward the end of the day. That was a small inconvenience, but with today's technology, they shouldn't have allowed me to make an appointment on their website when nobody was going to be there. What's the point of being able to schedule an appointment online if it doesn't work?

Nicholas Logan: Very poor customer service, outrageous prices no return policy once you are unsatisfied with their products. They give you 90 days to try them out and they will give you a resize, I personally went through 3 different pairs and they make my condition worse. When I went for my last resize for two styles of inserts he didn’t even have the correct size in stock, and contacted the owner no help whatsoever. He said he would have his salesman contact me never happened. So I’m stuck paying (Hundreds Of Dollars) for something I will probably never use and did not FIX MY FEET!!! IN FACT MADE THEM WORSE

Kelly Chambers: I have had issues with my feet for years. I paid $300 for a pair of orthotics inserts from an orthopedic podiatrist that didn't help my feet. I live over an hour from the store it was a last resort and trying to find a place that sells shoes that may not hurt my feet. From the moment I walked in Joe was extremely helpful. He measured my feet ,observed the problem areas of my feet ,discussed with me any pain issues I was having in my feet ,and watched me walk to observe my gate. Within minutes he helped me by suggesting a pair of shoes that may work. After only a week of wearing the shoes he suggested 90% of my pain went away. Within a month my feet are almost pain free. I will definitely be visiting the store again. The price of the shoes are definitely worth the value of having someone who cares help you.

Samuel Connors: I was curious about the services offered and visited the Rochester Hills location for the free consultation. I had not visited my foot doctor prior to my visit, so I was not going to be making a decision about their service. While the individual giving the consultation was knowledgeable, they could not (unlike my doctor) tell me the issue with my feet. Additionally, the cost of 399 (special price, regular 650) seemed exceedingly high for what is especially a piece of plastic. After my doctor appointment I was informed of my medical condition and how custom orthotics could help. My insurance did not cover any expenses other than the visit to the doctor and the appointment for moldings. It would cost me out of pocket only 350 for the custom orthotics. Therefore, if you have insurance that will cover them or not, I still recommend seeing a foot doctor and getting the custom ones that will fit better and work better. Additionally you are only allowed one pair from Fix My Feet. If your issue is not major, you can get a pair from any store likely that are much cheaper. While I thought the idea of changing whenever you want was nice, the cost and inability to know if it will help you or not after you buy (according to some reviews, it is nonrefundable) makes spending the large amount, in my opinion counter productive without guidance from a doctor. I have not used the products beyond the consultation. And some people have praised the product. However the large sum seems futile given the cost of custom orthotics.

He did an analysis of my fee and the stress points and recommended an insert to help me.I gradually started using inserts more and more each day to get used to them and also to allow time for the inflammation in my feet to subside from the original problem.It has really worked well for me and you just have to be patient and follow the protocols they recommend. I highly recommend Fix My Feet with Tom and the Owner Greg who is also very informative and supportive.

Carole Allen: Very nice salesman however the very expensive insoles did not help my plantar fasciitis and in fact they made it more painful. I did return a couple of times for refitting with no success.I failed to read the small print and my salesman omitted the disclosure that they were non- refundable. I sadly have now used up my entire Work Heath Savings account and will need to pay for some expensive dental work out- of -pocket. I am so disappointed.

Matthew Rzepnicki: I don't ever leave reviews but, I needed to leave one for Fix My Feet. I met them at a show we were doing and they fitted me right then and there. I had chronic back pain for years and my feet were killing me from standing on concreate for 12 hours a day. When I first put them in my shoes they were a little unconfutable but after a week I didn't even notice them anymore. What else I didn't realize was my back pain was completely gone. After wearing them for about 2 years I got a new pair of shoes and didn't transfer them. After about a month I was in serious pain again so I looked for my insoles and realized my dog ate one. They were quick to get me in and replace the eaten insert. Now I am pain free again and will never go without them in my shoes ever again.
