Mike Settle: The wife needs a knee brace. Would not give her the brace without chart notes.Our Dr said chart notes sent. Wright & Filippis sent notes back to be signed by her Dr. Our Dr. Called us and said all set.The wife went to get the overpriced brace (not covered by insurance ? )They still would not release the brace ?Had to get the prescription back and start over somewhere else. What a waste of time. They did not care about my wife's need for the brace. Very poor experience. Go anywhere else and save yourself aggrevation. Zero stars.
Brian S: Front desk staff today needed a lesson in friendliness. Super curt and just not a delight to talk to.Same thing when I called this morning. Unhelpful and didn't recommend setting an appointment. So when I walked in they were busy and that's when she mentioned an appointment.The store on Woodward is much better from a customer service perspective. Had to go here because of their hours.

Cindy Piper: We see Lea and Becca at Wright and Fillippis. We have received amazing service and they are very professional. My daughter has had several braces for her legs made by Lea. She also had a helmet made by Becca. They do a great job! Lea treats you like you are friend. I love her. We have used Lee since my daughter was born. My daughter has Spina Bifida and Lee goes the clinic at Detroit. We are so grateful for her. Becca did a good job also. We only used her for my daughter's helmet that she wore for almost a year. My daughter will have braces for her ankle and legs for the rest of her life.
Gary Sweetapple: Best prosthetics firm in the business! Staff is customer focused, processes are simple and straightforward. Greg who fitted me was the first person ever - in the course of 53 years! - to fit me properly on the first trip making additional visits for “adjustments” unnecessary. Great work, Greg!

Incognito Foodie_JC: I cannot say enough positive things about Mike and the in house teams at this location. Unfortunately, the billing department is a hot mess and you get loads of excuses, poor communication, snotty attitudes, and really just poor service.Our insurance information was to the billing department the first of December. 2 weeks no communication I call the office and I am told that if they get in our device by end of year it is covered. If not...sorry I’ll have a charge because it will be a new year so deductible. It was pushed through. But strike number one.We had another run issue with the snotty biller so I called the consumer line to discuss my issue. I received a whole lot of excuses. I finally told them exactly why I will no longer do business. Guess what? Returned to my previous supplier and it has been handled. No drama. Done.
clara bailey: Went to this place with a Prescription for two pairs of stockings which my doctor write a prescription for me to have two pairs of stockings 24 hour wear and The description of how long I supposed to wear them and my diagnose to have those stockings that office gave me hell and my doctor office hail far as me getting my stockings filled, Sharon their supervisor was very rude and kind of mean gave me a hard time I think she’s racist and I’ll never go there again the office staff have Real bad attitude towards African-Americans I would not referred his office To anyone I’m going to go over her head because I don’t want anyone to have to go through the frustration I had to go through at this office very poor people skills rude attitude and its sad because they supposed to help people no matter what color or race you are just a horrible place to go if you’re not white i’ve seen them treat their race better I’m gonna pray for Sharon and her staff for their behavior 🙁🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏽🤦🏽♀️

J L: My daughter had an appointment to get a new scoliosis brace. Over 3 weeks went by and I called for status. They said the order was just put in that day and it will take another 2 weeks for insurance company approval. My daughter is in pain with a brace that is too small.

The waiting room has almost like 2 areas one is a playroom and the other area is just outside of that. My kids enjoyed the waiting room. Rachel was great with my kids. The helmet for my daughter came quickly and was fitted nicely and I was given great instructions for proper wear and care of her helmet.

Amanda Bijansky: Our daughter needed a helmet to correct some flatness on the side of her head. Like most parents, I was nervous but Crystal was amazing throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and made what could have been a stressful situation so much more manageable. Chinna in the office was wonderful to deal with also. Not enough great things to say about this location. Highly recommend!
Cassandra Yankee: Cannot say enough great things about this clinic. My husband shattered his pelvis after being crushed between a truck and a wall. He was prescribed an AFO for the nerve damage and drop foot. Coming to hangar was a breath of fresh air. They gave us hope. They are incredibly knowledgeable, genuine and caring. We are so grateful for all the staff at Hangar!!

It’s been an enlightening experience and we would recommend the Hanger Clinic to anyone who asks.

We are so completely happy with the end result for the helmet our son had to wear for 12 weeks starting at 4 months old. Hayley Poli: We have been visiting Hanger Clinic for a few months now. Our preemie is receiving care and helmet therapy to treat his head. I cannot say enough kind things about the team here. They are so friendly, incredibly patient and very thorough. This experience is new for us and they've put any concerns or hesitations at rest because they're wonderful about explaining everything and answering all the questions we've had- even ones that seem silly. I feel like the whole staff is genuinely invested in helping my son, and with our visits being so regular they've come to feel like friends! Dr. Crystal is so kind! I highly recommend this location for your baby helmet needs, but would bet they'd be just as wonderful for any therapy/ prosthetics needs.

They have an attention to detail that’s second to none!….my guy is Brian, who is super patient and even more knowledgeable with all my leg issues than any other Prothesis I’ve encountered. Charles & Tamara Johns: My Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Meehan, recommended the Hanger clinic for orthopedic inserts. The process of setting up my appointment was simple, and the person I spoke with was very nice. Upon arrival, the office was clean and quiet. I didn't wait long before seeing Bryon. I found out that my insurance wasn't going to pay for the inserts, and Bryon and his team were excellent in explaining this to me and the next steps. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for good customer service from people who care.

MJA Eternity: Becker should open a patient care office in Florida. FL is lacking when it comes to quality O&P offices. Guarantee a Becker office in FL would set the bar for all other fly by night offices located there.Becker patient offices are fantastic. They have top notch practitioners who work diligently with their prosthetic patients. Very knowledgeable and attentive.
Karin Indig: Adam is very involved in care! He started seeing my brother in the hospital. Adam developed a care plan for him and continued to check the wound in Rehab. He also attended the surgery appointments to keep the Surgeon up to date on his care. Very impressed!
