Sue Williams: The staff is extremely prejudice of the patients. If they don’t like a patient for any reason whatsoever, they will go out of their way to destroy them. Be careful. They are very unethical, biased, and this place reeks of favoritism at its finest!

This place is clean, staff is great, friendly and personable. From the front desk, the security, the nurse, and therapists... They're all great and treat you with respect! Nita Nizzle: First and foremost, the staff is amazing! Well organized, well informed, exceedingly kind and patient. They've exceeded any and all expectations in my personal care from helping arrange rides to my appointments, reaching out to my primary care to arrange appointments, sending reminders of scheduled appointments to genuinely caring about my well being, both physically and mentally.Aside from the wonderful staff, this location provides sterile equipment, an experienced masseuse, hydrating station equipped with snacks and ample parking that includes plenty of handicap parking. I enjoy the dichotomy of having treatment in private rooms on days where I'm not feeling my best or utilizing a table in an open area where I'm able to engage with other patients going through similar therapies. It's been very beneficial in my recovery seeing the progress of others and hearing their positive journeys here at this establishment.The hours of operation are perfect for my work schedule. Two nights per week, they are open until 7pm, which is perfect for people like me that need to squeeze in appointments after normal business hours. Walk in appointments have saved me many times and I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate my ever changing schedule.I highly recommend to any and all ages that seek physical therapy. You won't be disappointed and you'll definitely leave in a better place than you arrived.

denean dees: US Rehabilitation Sterling Heights location is a greatest place on earth to go when you are in need of physical therapy, the staff there is full of amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable people that will definitely get you on the right track toward your recovery & healing. Jim: This is a close-knit staff! They are very dedicated to not only their jobs as physical therapists but also their patients. I go in to their office in pain and feeling under the weather and come out of their office feeling much better because they help me doo the excersizes I need to do to get relief from all the pain my body is in. You will understand what I mean when you go, but 1. these employees have little to no experience, they are just hired because they are either Muslim or had some kind of experience to get them in the door. It is like everyone there is entry-level. 2. this affects the level of professionalism.Whoever is in charge needs to instill professionalism into the culture at Access, entry level or not the company has the resources to be great, but just doesn't take the care or discipline to be.and to defend my comment in the first paragraph, it was not a racist comment, entry level hotel receptionsists are more professional than the front desk people at this establishment. Many of them only understand the bare minimum of checking people in and aswering the phone. Management needs to monitor their performance.unprofessional, unprofessional, unprofessional. doctors, nurses, social workers, everyone. Being cool is one thing, but there is a fine line with being cool and being too cool. They are too cool to the point where you just get unprofessional. Sorry, I know i smile in your faces and make you feel like your doing a good job, but your not. :P

Veronica Hayes (Vera): Excellent organization with dedicated staff providing medical and harm reduction services as well as referrals for mental health and substance abuse treatment. They also give away food (including perishables, unlike many places) on Wednesdays between 1pm-3pm. They also have a van that will deliver harm reduction supplies free of charge.

Helen: Best wic office services ever!

Lindsey Parton: Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We love their syringe service program, they do a fantastic job of helping folks that no one wants to help and need it perhaps the most. They are good for our community.

Bradley Greene: Toxic management has chased away (or fired) all the people that made this place great. I just found out Marna has left so I’m definitely cancelling my appointment and finding a different office.It’s a shame, I’d been going there since they opened.

Candice Luks: MY 1st experience of this place was not good at all!! I changed my primary doctor to the Dr. at access like I was told to do. I asked the guy that took me in the room I'm gonna see the Doctor today? He left the room came back & said YES.(later found out he's a social worker) I thought he was a nurse. When me & that guy were done I was sent back to the front waiting area. I literally sat there for 1&1/2hr to 1hr & 45mins. I kept asking the nurses up front how much longer til I saw the Doctor & I was told 10-15 mins at most. The office was closing & I was still waiting to see the Doctor!! Now I was getting upset cuz I WAS IN ALOT OF PAIN bc my teeth, my feet,toes, calf's and ankles all swollen i had other issues going on too Which I had told everyone that I talked to there so they knew that I needed to be seen by the doctor about more than just one thing. In the end I was told I wasn't seeing the Dr. & I had to go get blood drawn at this place that was literally a 30min drive which makes no sense bc there had to be one closer. And I had to wait 2 weeks to see the Doctor too.But I called this girl I met throught Acess's Mobile Health Van Abt what happened & she had the Social Worker from Access contact me right away. He did everything to help get me into see the Doctor whixh I really appreciated. He also apologized & said this doesn't normally happened & thanked me for be Soo patient. I said he all make mistakes. He also is helping find a dentist so I can get my teeth pulled bc my teeth is causing alot of my issues I think. So since Access apologized & I got an appt the first week in August so I'm happy Abt that. I'll post another one updated once I go again so then I'll know if they are good.
