They read the message but never respond. If they can't give a simple call back to answer some questions then I surely wouldn't count on you to perform any work for myself or place of business.

Michael Richmond: Poor Experience - No follow thru - Waste of my timeWe had quoted 4 company's and Selected Mr. Sealcoat as we wanted additional Hot patch and a trowel on crack fill to revive our drive on a recent home purchase.We committed to Mr. Sealcoat Aug 8 and were given a 2 week ETA -Initial follow up communications to Sales Rep @ approx. 4 weeks ended with my drive way being sprayed with orange paint and I assumed work would begin in days ....Another week passed so I contacted Dave the owner and got the fast talk and an assurance to begin the work the next week.The next week I again followed up with Dave and when asking for a firm date the he told me to call someone else and hung up 8 weeks of wasted time and empty promises. - My first call was to BBB !!Complete waste of time and unprofessionalSlogan should be over commit and under deliver !!!!!
