Kat Loc: These doctors are not professional. Due to my insurance I have had to doctor with these three doctors. They said they didn't know what was wrong with me so they put my chart in the back of the file cabinet...in the mean time my breathing is worsening. The worst part..a test done 10 months ago with serious issues and they just decide to tell me. Now I may need emergency surgery. Not big enough people to stay I'm stumped..let's give you a referral to someone that may have the motivation to figure ot out. I recommend any other pulmonologist group but this one.

M J: If RBF could be a championship game, the world champion would be found sitting behind the front desk.This lady was absolutely worthless when it came to assisting me with appointments. She had an attitude when i walked up to the counter, short and impolite the whole time.Needless to she, why is she even allowed to work here. She is damaging the clinic’s reputation before the patient even has a chance to meet with the physician.Simply ridiculous!

Christine Marrocco: I have a relative who has been seen by this office in efforts to get a lung transplant for advanced COPD. My relative is not one to complain, but from what have seen, there is no sense of urgency from the providers at this office. I have seen my loved one cry, physically deteriorate (difficulty eating, ambulating and doing minor ADLs) and listened to them talk about how much they are suffering. I am not certain if they are adequately expressing this to their doctor, but what I will say is this - my relative wanted a transplant and was talked into testing for a less invasive procedure. It took this office 2 months to interpret a CT scan and give him the results, indicating he was not a candidate. It took them another month from there to tell him that the transplant he wanted in the first place was his only option. If you or a loved one are seeking a lung transplant, I would at the very least get a second opinion. I understand that it takes time to justify a procedure with an insurance company, but it couldn't hurt to talk to another physician.
