Joseph Fouladbash: You will wait at least 1 1/2 hours after your appointment time. I asked one of the nice nurses if this is common and she said it’s just the way they schedule. This is the ONLY doctor appointment I’ve ever made that has kept me waiting this long. Not sure if other MIUs are like this, but this place is definitely comparable to Cedar Point wait times!Definitely NO logic or brains in scheduling here! Perhaps just a ‘cash grab mentality!?!
Steffan Demetropoulos: This place is terrible. Over an hour to wait past the appointment time. The receptionist is extremely rude. They don't seem to care much about the patient at all. I cannot believe this establishment even exists. Then they don't even do their job so you have to go back for the same appointment that you already had because they messed up. AWFUL! DO NOT GO HERE!

Alyssa Zimnickas: Very disappointed in this office and Dr Nelson. First my husband was scheduled on a Saturday morning at an office that was not open on a Saturdays. Then he gets rescheduled and the doctor is rude and making rude/unnecessary comments in front of his office staff. My husband and I are mortified as his staff is laughing with him. We will never return to this office.If I could give negative stars I would.

Michael Zollner: My appointment was for 3:40 PM. I arrived punctually at 3:18. I did not get to see the doctor until 5:20. Consequently the doctor did not even have time to answer all of my questions. He said that if I had further questions to make another appointment. Additionally, I had another appointment of a personal nature, one half mile away, at 5:00, and of course that I had to cancel.

Cindy Jackson: The staff from check in to check out were the nicest people. I heard the doctor talking to some one and say she didn'r want anymore new patients - she added she did want new patients but I guess it depends on what the patient is having problem with. Seemed to me that she may have been refering to me. That dicussion should have bern held behind closed doors. I"m not she that she is interestes wit my problem.
Anthony Peters: Care was excellent , the wait for a 20 min procedure was longer than should be. Nurses were outstanding and very compassionate. Doctor was very thorough, and explained everything to my wife.
Barb Brower: Very satisfying, Nurse practitioner was very helpful & Informative with Info about foods ect that interact with my therapy. Very patient and don't rush you.
5645100: Dr. Nelson was great, very professional Had surgery and went as he said it would. His staff was great too. I had a concern got an appointment the next day. The only problem I have had was when I called it took over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Otherwise a great experience. Would recommend dr. Nelson and his staff to everyone.
debra cone: Too busy…took too long to see the doctor, over an hour before I was taken back. Waited another 20 minutes to see the doctor. He was so swamped that he barely had time to talk, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Should have just called me with the lab test results. I don’t know why I had to come in. I had driven for an hour, waited over an hour to be told what I could have been told on the phone.
David Eschenburg: I have had back & side pains along with a nauseated stomach since Jan. 3. I went to a clinic on Friday and it was confirmed after an x-Ray and CT scan that I had an 8 mm kidney stone. They made an appointment at MIU on the following Monday which I attended. After all the paperwork was done, I saw the doctor and he said there was not much he could do for me at that instant so he was going to have his girls check with his colleagues to see if one of them could do the surgery in the near future. That was 24 hours ago and I still don’t have a date to get this stone out of me. Other than that, the doctor said to call if I needed any pain medication.
