Renee Yaldo: I have been to this gas station many times and interacted with each and every staff member. Great service, but I have a comment to make on the person after me who posted that review about racism. When I got the patch done on my car it was also 20 dollars and I am a Caucasian person. It was an overall great gas station with great prices.
Eric Harris: Their main mechanic gave me a price on the phone of 15 for a patched tire. After I received the service he jumped the price to 20, Granted it was only 5 dollars he only switch the price in my belief because I was a black man. I caught it immediately because the guy who actually did my tire looked at him and was like it's only a patch! But he repeated himself and said 20.. beware of the sly racism here.

John Rusanchin: Usually the best gas price around. Great mechanic service: honest, fair, and fast.
Jumah Khan: Probably 85% of the time I've gone here, I've received lackadaisical customer service. I can't purchase a simple drink without at least spending 5 dollars because they uncharge you a fee for anything less. I usually just pay for my gas and don't bother for anything else.

Emily Love: Came in a little drunk one Saturday night. Next day my purse and wallet and everything in it was missing. Thought I left it there, being that I was drunk and it was my last stop before being dropped off at home. Panicking on Sunday, I returned. Kid working. Told me to come back Monday when the manager was there. Went back today and the man working was extremely helpful, kind and I could tell he was concerned. He listened even though there was a line of customers. Manger wasn’t in yet but he was going to call me when he arrived.Came home and found that my Gucci bag was safely in the cabinet above my refrigerator lol my boyfriend hid it there because we had company over and didn’t want it getting stolen.Anyways, thanks ZAZZ for being willing to go over tapes and make some calls on behalf of my stupidity. You’ve got a customer (and neighbor) for life. :)

When i called to let them know that there might be something wrong with their machine she continued to give an attitude and the only thing that came out was its not our responsibility to take care of what happens outside. So i continue calmly stating that i was just a concerned customer and that there may have been a hack in the system thats all ....and yet again got the same response. It started shaking like it was dying and that's when I saw oil leaking out the filter, it was so loose I could move it by hand, not happy, I hope my engine is not ruined

Madman1555: Super reliable guys here they do good work with good parts they don't jack up the prices of parts and every fix they make has been reliable if they come across an issue that they aren't confident or equipped to handle they will let you know and reccomend an alternative shop.They are my go to autoshop for many repairs from chassis steering, brakes,and engine service.

Also the guys fixed up my right front signal light in a few minutes and told me there was no charge! The prices are very reasonable. The location is great since I can go to a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts or shop around Big Lots while I am waiting. I would highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for somewhere to take your car, this is where you should go. I consistently get my oil changes done here and I just got my brakes done. They are honest, knowledgeable, kind, and an all around pleasure to do business with. I recommend them 10/10.

Marina: I got candy from here and i ate a piece and it was stale so i checked the expiration date and it expired last year and I tried calling and they won’t answer from now on check the expiration date before getting from here I know I will be doing that i just cant believe it I could get sick

Big Red: The station is always incredibly clean, even the bathroom looks spotless. The guys are always friendly, like you're family. It is a bit 'busy' looking because of all the different products they sell here, but overall the place is clean, bright, and inviting.

Jason Baumann: 24 hours lmao, most mornings its not even open. At least keep the pumps on so when the mornings shift sleeps in I can still get gas.
Bobbi Rupinski: Most of the time its closed in the mprnings and early afternoons. Sometimes the police get called to this location ive noticed. If they are open at times im told at the door by someone inside that theyre closed. In 3 months i think there was only 1 time i was actually able to get gas so i just dont bother anymore. Keep driving to next one down.

Lance Lucern: In the past this place was okay. However, the last time I was there I walked in and took my place in line behind some old lady who was being helped at the counter. The old lady handed her cell phone to the girl behind the counter who began having a long conversation with someone one who was apparently on the line. I waited and waited, but this conversation went on and on. In the meantime more customers came in and a new line was started for them at another part of the counter. NO one there waved me over to help me even though I had already been there waiting for a long time. New customers were just helped before me even though they just came in and I had been waiting. I just got fed up, walked out and went to another gas station. I will not be visiting this Shell on Ryan and 16 Mile again. Their service used to be good but now it's horrible! Poor management!

The Shell attendant Najy jump started my car while his colleague was manning the gas station. This allowed me to smoothly resume with my travels. I wanted to commend Najy on his helpfulness in such a situation! Kudos to Shell on employing such fantastic team members!
