Looks like Sundays are busy and it affects everything else. The table next to us sent food back and I heard them complaining too. On the table there was an empty container of chili sauce & half empty fish sauce, they were nasty, full finger prints & sticky from the previous people that dined in. I asked 4 some water the other waiter pointed 2 small bottled waters that were sitting next 2 us that was warm in the window ledge & it was a warm day & no ice was offered. The bathroom was nasty as we noticed upon leaving. I would h8 to see what the kitchen looks like. It was near closing for all resturants in the area. I just prayed we didn't get sick. The owner should focus more on the cleaniness of the resturant instead of stopping @ tables 2 talk loudly & laugh with his friends that visit. The pho was also bland, no flavor

kao nou kue: Took my family here for lunch and the waitress took our order and later brought our foods out and we had to ask for some pepper oil, fish sauce and black pepper for our pho. She gave it us some in a small dipping sauce bowl and after that she never came check on us and no refill on water. She checked on her other 2 booths and she never even came check on us and we never got our tab. So I had to go up and pay and she never asked if everything was okay. She's rude and this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant. I live 5 mins away and I rather drive to all those other Vietnamese restaurants in Madison Heights because their customer service is way better, food taste better and price is better. Never coming back and now I know why they aren't that busy.

This was our first time eating here so we went with a few different dishes to see what we'd like. The pho hiccup wasn't a hit for me but my girlfriend loved it. But, the fried rice, H3. Hu tieu bo kho, and bulgogi beef were all phenomenal!! Their popcorn chicken is also next level. And the sauces, whatever they were, delicious. *Chef's kisses* They were unfortunately out of a decent amount of their teas but we ended up getting their galaxy tea (strawberry with boba and strawberry mango with lychee jellies) and it was also bomb. We will be back 100% and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The broth warmed my soul, a tad bit too much meat for me but an Ok problem to have. I loved the tripe very tender. OverallI recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a soul touching soup like phò. The spring rolls were also wonderful and the Thai teas were on point.

I’ve tried all the Vietnamese restaurants and Que Hong is the best pho restaurant in Michigan. It’s a small dine in but well worth the wait. I recommend the Pho Special, number 35, a side of pork chop, summer rolls, and a ban mhi sandwich and avocado shake to go.

Anum Ahmad: I really want to give it 4 stars but some things were a big miss at this place. First of all the ambiance its white florescent lights, it took away from the experience in my opinion. I ordered a pho #6 portion size was good, but it lacked some depth in flavour that ive tasted at other restaurants, it was on a sweeter side for me. They didnt have jalapeños when i asked but the waiter brought me some ither mild chilies which didnt really go with it.The waiter brought some tea that was delicious but I dont think ill come back.

Tien H: Nope.Ordered the "pho mix with short rib". A big bowl of disappointment.Broth was cloudy and lacking in both flavor and aroma. Pho aroma is VERY faint. Tasted sweet...not natural bone broth sweet...but like lots of rock sugar sweet. The broth was hot but there's no warmth.Here's the breakdown of what is in the bowl:Very thinly cut slices of beef ball - which I'm pretty sure makes up one singular meat ball. A little odd that they chose to thinly slice it. Aesthetically unpleasing. Usually, these are served cut in half.Overdone beef rounds - these were under the broth and short rib. There were 3 slices and they were very tough.1 slice of brisket1 small piece of tendon2 pieces of tripes1 huge short ribOverdone noodles and lots of it...they were so soft that they disintegrated and fell apart.They served pre-plucked Thai basil leaves (interesting, but whatever), bean sprouts, sliced jalapeños, and lime, on the side.A huge RAMEN SPOON was given for the pho...which, in comparison to the short, flimsy, disposable chopsticks, looked absolutely ridiculous. Chopsticks were too short for the large bowl. Spoon was too big and pretty awkward to use.All together, this gets a 1/10.There were 9 people in the restaurant, including myself. Service was SLOW. I got there after 6 other people...they seemed to have been there for a while, but one one had food yet.I sat there for a while before they gave me a drinks menu. I was given the food menu before hand. Not sure why they weren't given at the same time. I was ready to order, but the waitress kept disappearing. A woman from another table actually got up to look for her and tell her that they were ready to order.They also have a robot delivering the food. But it did not make the process faster or more efficient.Judging from the pho that I received, which is just a combination of the other pho variations that you can get...I'm highly confident that they are all bad.I have no desire to try anything else, considering that they couldn't execute the dish of their namesake.

Nora Gutierrez: We’re originally from California and thus are used to having access to authentic food from all across the globe fairly easily, which is not always the case here in Michigan so places like Pho-Shi are a jewel that must be treasured at all costs. We’ve done take-out and dine-in a few times now and nothing has disappointed, everything has been cooked to perfection and we simply cannot get enough of this place. In addition to the amazing food, the service is beyond wonderful! It’s a family run establishment and they’re so welcoming and take great pride in their business, which as a patron, is greatly appreciated. To top off the experience, they have a robot that assists in bringing out food to the tables, my son always gets a kick in seeing this which is the cherry on-top. In other words, highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu which is always a major plus! They also have smoothies that my son finds absolutely delicious! As mentioned in my review, they have a robot that assists in bringing food to the tables and my son always gets a kick out of witnessing this!Parking: Parking is located in the back and shared amongst the neighboring businesses, we tend to come during dinner time and we have had no issues in finding parking.

Trisha Farmer: The service was ok, the guy was trying to rush us in the middle of the day when there was only one other table. I thought it was kind of rude to ask us for our order after looking for 2 minutes, then I said we needed sometime to look at the menu and he came back only a minute later. If you don’t want people to take there time to look at the menu, maybe have a smaller one. Food was generous and there was a lot of meat, but everything was too salty, and with that much salt it covers the true umami and flavor. Som tam didn’t have enough fish sauce so that was kind of disappointing, but the papaya was fresh.

It’s always an issue with our bill (being overcharged) but the last time we were there was absolutely ridiculous. They claimed the last time we visited, which was almost 3 weeks ago, that we left without paying for one of our meals. We paid the amount of the check and everything was correct because we ALWAYS look at the bill before paying. So this visit, we were charged for our meals PLUS the meal they claimed we didn’t pay for 3 weeks ago! To avoid causing a scene, we paid the bill. But how does that make sense?? We shouldn’t have had to pay extra for a mistake they obviously made and didn’t catch!

I called and ordered 1 lunch for myself with an appetizer, and a tea. When I got there, the dish I usually get was completely different! Very WEIRD and sketchy experience. The first red flag was when they said they had to take my credit card payment over the phone and without telling me my total! I was shocked when I arrived to pick it up that it was $30.They overcharged me by $8-$10. I asked them why. They said I had an old menu and that their prices keep going up and up...but their prices online are also different than what they charge inside their restaurant as I read their table menu! I went home, ate half of my dry dinner that had no sauce gravy as it always did before. When I called them to speak with a manager, they didn't answer. Their phone just rang and rang. They must've seen the caller ID and saw that I was their most recent customer that placed an order over the phone that they had just scammed.

maru s: Less than mediocre restaurant. Food was so bad and service was incredibly lacking. Every single thing was overpriced for what you get. I forced myself to finish some of my dish because I felt bad for wasting so much money but my friend couldn’t even finish his. There’s so many better places in that area for better price and better taste, like que huong and pho tai. Don’t waste time and money going here. You’ll leave incredibly disappointed, hungry, and sad for wasting so much money.

Came by for dinner with a table of 4, the bill was added gratuity without anyone telling us/ any signs inform about the surcharge. Bad service and irritated attitude of the servers would destroy my experience and I’ll never come back.

MsMoua01: My husband and I waited for our food for almost an hr. They didn't even bother to come and check up on us. We had to wave them down. We never went back. The pho isn't that great compare to pho tai which is down the street. It's also very uncomfortable because the waitress will just stand there looking at you eat. I ordered Bun Bo Hue and thought it was okay. It needed more seasoning even after i added more seasoning to it. They also updated the restuarant. Catering is super expensive! Chicken satay is close to $200 for half tray when I can go to satay house for a way better deal.
