With the new procedures in place, I felt very comfortable sending my child back to the center when they opened back up. And with my child's school doing a virtual program, Kindercare has stepped up to help facilitate her virtual schooling and even has their own curriculum to supplement what my daughter is learning in school. The teacher always keeps me updated on what my child is working on and you can tell all the teachers, directors and other staff truly care for our kids.

Stephanie&Johnny Davis: We started my daughter at a home daycare when she was 2 months, thinking it would be the best place for her to learn and grow, with someone who could give her individualized attention and care for her like family. She stayed at that daycare until it closed due to retirement when she was a year old, and we found an even better home daycare to move her to after that. She stayed there until she was just over 3, and that provider retired as well. We tried another home daycare that just wasn’t the right fit for her/us, and that’s when we decided to “bite the bullet” and pay the higher price for a center that would bridge her into the school realm, but we were sure couldn’t give her the love and attention we’d come to know. Boy, were we wrong! Moving her to KinderCare was the best decision of our lives, and we wish we had done it sooner! The entire staff—not only her specific teacher—took the time to get to know our daughter’s personality, likes, and dislikes. She graduated from preschool to pre-kindergarten, and the teachers cultivated her talents along the way with varying lesson plans and activities that have helped mold her into the kindergartener she is today. I’m glad we were able to enroll our son there when he was 4 months old, so he’ll have more time to learn and grow with the staff who has come to be like family to us and who take the time to get to know each and every child in their care. There’s no one I’d rather trust with the care of my children!

You can tell the teachers all care for children. I will even admit I was 100% against the idea of daycare. They have changed that as well. Jacquelyn Havlik: My daugther has a speech delay-not only did the school double check they could accommodate her before enrolling, they make a point to tell me when she gains a word at daycare, and are open to any tweaking she needs. They make sure she is comfortable and included. As a military family, I have had to use a lot of daycare providers but this Tutor Time by far is the best we have ever used.Also, Ms. Sasha is the best daycare teacher. She has helped Lillian so much in communicating. She has a special place in my and my daughter's heart

Marie Davis: First,this review is for a specific teacher at this school,her name is Miss Sasha,and my grandson is Tristan Davis. This teacher has the patience of any teacher I have ever met in a pre-school setting,to try to keep children's attention span from going all over the place,she keeps the kids active minds busy and fun. The kids love her,always special hugs for everyone and what I love is her attention to all details with the kids,her learning techniques and the ways they are implemented,I love how she has brought my grandson out of his shell,and how he thrives each day he is with Miss Sasha,he's eager to show us how much he learned on these days. My son and I are so thankful to her for all she does for Tristan and the rest of the kids in her class,Tutor Time,you are lucky to have this special teacher to teach young minds,it's too bad she can not be CLONED. David Bongiorno: Tutor time really is a great place. The people are so loving and friendly. They have cameras and an app that tells you about their day. Obviously you don't have 1 on 1 care but overall they do such a good job

Megan PH: My 18 month old has severe separation anxiety and I dread leaving her with anyone . I eventually had to get back to work and I picked this facility after touring many others. My child has been attending here for a month now and I could not be more pleased. They're highly attentive & keep you informed about your child all day long . I dont have a single worry while I'm working knowing my child is in good hands. Amber ( the director ) is especially helpful and works well with my situation. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. My daughter is well cared for and has a great time . Also I've noticed shes learning more . Probably from interacting with other children or possibly the staff. Either way my daughter is picking up healthy and new habits.

Brian Ohear: We have placed all three of our children in their care, since the first one was 3 years old to this date, at 9years old for summer camp. They have worked with us through illness, growth, and social handicaps. They separate ages into DIFFERENT rooms and have a strictly adhered to ratio of children to teachers (varying on age of class). It is bittersweet to watch them grow and move to new classrooms, as teachers become family. They are very patient and loving, even for those children with whom it might be a bit difficult to interact. It is a school and a day**CARE**.

I've been taking my kids through house sitters and other professinal sitting services and this is by far the best. Thanks Tutor Time and the staff at 14 Mile & Vandyke. They have made it very simple for my wife and I.

I've always been nervous to send my young children off to a stranger to care for them, but when my 18 month old is happy to arrive and literally runs to her teacher, it's quite obvious that she enjoys being there, the staff enjoys having her there and that she is safe and well cared for. Amanda York: We absolutely love the infant room staff at Tutor Time! It's so nice to know our baby is loved and cared for while we are apart during the day. The updates and photos we receive throughout the day are so nice and appreciated. The director is extremely helpful and always welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family.

Leah Cookie: This Tutor time is the best ever! They are caring and wonderful. Its a safe and secure environment for you kids. It's clean and most important you're children matter to them. I sent my twins from age 3 to 5 and will continue to take them in the summer for camp and school closing days.

Tina Kowitz: When I was pregnant with my first son 6 years ago, I must have went to at least a dozen daycare centers, and this is the one that we picked. For us, it's a bit of a drive. But soo worth it.First, this is so much more than a daycare. It's a family. Everyone there truly cares about the kids. We found out about my sons food allergies when he was 2 1/2, and they have been amazing. I feel he is safe when he is there, which any food allergy mom could tell you is HUGE.Second, this isn't just babysitting. They really work hard to teach the kids at all levels. My youngest is in preschool, and I am amazed with the curriculum Ms. Katie has planned. They also have plenty of time for play. My oldest is going into 1st grade now. Me. Melissa did an amazing job in the Pre K class, he was more than prepared.All the staff go above and beyond what is required of them. Great job!

Katie Glanc: Finding a daycare can be daunting. Here you are, passing your little bundle of sunshine off to people that you've just met. When we moved downstate in 2011, we looked around to find a place that would would challenge her academically, care for her development as much as we did, and - lets face it - fit in the budget - didn't seem like it would be easy. It was a struggle at first and we looked at quite a few options- everyplace offers something - but this Tutor Time really was the complete package.The teachers genuinely care about their students, and routinely go above and beyond for the little people whos pictures adorn their walls, and whos artwork is proudly displayed. The focus on learning, welcoming staff, open communication won us over - the ease of online bill pay was like a bow on the top of a present. Best choice, hands down.I refer everyone I know looking for a daycare to Tutor Time.

Ashlee Reighard: I absolutely love this daycare. My son has been going here since he was around 6 months. The nursery workers Melissa and Nicole are the most amazing workers and they really care about your infant. My son is now with Mrs. Philly & Mrs.Diane in the toddler room and they are both amazing with my son. Its pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. I know when I drop my son off he is in a safe and loving environment. The center is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this daycare! Oh and my son is in love with the directors Shannon & Sue. hehe!

Katie Kaz: My oldest son has been attending this Tutor Time for 4 years. At one point when he was an infant we took him somewhere else because it was cheaper. We eventually came back because the level of care was so much better at Tutor Time. You get what you pay for. Ultimately, no one will care for your child the way you can as a parent, but they come pretty close. The caretakers are wonderful and always make the child and parent feel special. My son has developed wonderful relationships with his friends and teachers that I hope will last a very long time, even after he moves on to school.I now have my 4 month old son in the infant room here as well and it's been the best experience. He is happy, fed, loved and cared for and it shows.Also, this center has a very low turnover rate. The director, assistant director and most of the staff have been the same since we started there. When staff leaves it's usually only because they have completed their degrees and go on to other teaching opportunities.

Alexa White: My daughter is 1 and I started her here when she was 7 months old. I couldn’t have made a better choice! The team, directors and company are phenomenal. I was so nervous to start my girl after everything going on in the world, but they made my transition smooth and comfortable.I was pleasantly surprised with how many activities they do with my child to help her learn and grow. Her development is ahead of CDC guidelines! She loves getting dropped off in the morning, seeing her teachers and all of her little friends!The staff is professional and very communicative. They are very positive and informative. And I love getting pictures and updates in my KinderCare app all day. I feel like I'm doing everything I can to ensure my precious baby boy is starting off to a good future with all of the things that he's learning throughout the day. KinderCare is by far the best learning center that I've had him in. Your skills and objectivity in working with young children is next to none that I've experienced. I know that my daughter and son are safe, happy, and loved!!!! My LOVES coming home from telling us about what she is learning, her friends, and teachers! She absolutely LOVES Ms.Nikki and Ms.Amber!!! My son LOVES Ms.Monica (sometimes I joke and say he loves her more than me! LOL.) I trust them like I would my own family. I don't have to worry or stress while I'm at work!!! I know they are in great hands.The center does an amazing job teaching the children and they have a healthy and well-balanced diet. It's amazing to see how much they have learned just in these couple short years.The daycare also send you MULTIPLE pictures and videos of your kids throughout the day. They also write a report of what they are learning, eating, going potty, napping, literally everything!!!I also want to give a shout-out to:Ms. Madonna- She is soooo nuturing and sweet!!! She’s now 4 and the excitement in her face as we enter each morning shows how much love is in this center. Over the past 4 years we’ve really gotten to know the teachers & staff on a personal level. The communication from them is beyond our expectations and we can’t thank them enough for their dedication to our child. They know her needs as much as we do which as a parents gives us great comfort and security that she’s in good hands with wonderful people who truly want to make a connection with her. And it shows...The center provides so much for them in terms of education, summer field trips and exciting holiday themed events. Again the communication is great with a weekly newsletter that’s emailed out and customer surveys asking the parents opinions and ideas to help better the center all the time.They really try to have a great warm environment Inside the center. There are constant improvements and updates year after year so it always looks refreshed and new.My daughter is heading off to kindergarten in September but is so head over heels for her teachers that she wants to come back and visit them from time to time. That’s how much of a positive effect this place has had on her and us.

Alicia Jeffreys: I have been very pleased with the interaction of the KinderCare staff and my twins who have a lot of anxiety at drop off. By the time I pick them up they are all smiles and have wonderful days. The daily reports of activities, food and potty tracking are also a nice thing to get at the end of each day. I have been very pleased with everything so far. My twins are currently in one of the Toddler rooms.

Hands down the best and most patient teachers! Everyone has a smile on their face when you walk in. They are quick to hand out praise for great days, and handle bad days with grace and kindness. You bring your kid in looking like they rolled out of bed because it was one of them mornings, they understand, they eveb help you laugh it off. They make my child feel safe as if they where with family. Tell me stories about there day with joy. My daughter comes home with photos and crafts almost every day. Over the past couple years they have grown to be more then a day care, there friends. My daughter graduates this year and the it's truly sad that I have to say goodbye to this group of wonderful women that take care of my child.

danielle frick: Wow! Just wow is all i can say. I came to this daycare already scared of ever putting my daughter in daycare.. Seeing the reviews on here and being 5 stars i decided to give them a call.. Danielle answered and she sounded so nice and professional so i was thinking ok perfect good reviews, staff seems friendly , let me go check this place out! So i get there bringing my almost 8 month old daughter, we get into the back as the lady goes on to show me the different rooms along the way for different ages. Ok perfect! It's very loud but all the older kids look happy. As we proceed to the room for little infants before entering the door i go on to ask her how they care for the infants explaining to her i have a very attentive baby she loves attention and always want it. "Do they hold the babies when they want?" Do they tend to them when they cry or might be tired of whatever the situatuon? She goes on saying yes definitely as she's opening the door to us to walk into one little girl screaming so loud, her face is blood shot red and obviously had to been crying for awhile now. Then to look over to see another baby laying on his back on the floor crying screaming his lungs out, to another baby sitting on the floor crying. Crying so much he had so much snot coming out his nose that was left there for who knows how long. Because who even knows how long this babies were crying!! Then there's only one teacher in there and she's just standing there when we walk in doing who knows what while all these babies are crying and she's not holding one of them. Im a firm believer that babies that little cry for a reason always and should be tended too. Not left to cry. I as a mom wouldn't do that to my child at home and would hate to PAY somebody to do that to my child! I just couldn't believe my eyes, not only was all the babies crying but the lady procceded to try to finish her tour with me while leaving them there, never bothering to even pick them up. Or i don't know give them a pacifier, attention, a toy, a bottle, SOMETHING! Then the lady had the nerve to tell me this is how all daycares are. You mean to tell me all daycares make you pay all this money to not even take care of your child? The ratings and reviews fooled me. But i walked right out, couldn't even wrap my head around the fact that i was there to consider paying this place good money being they wanted 220$ a week for 7 HOURS a week and this is a TOUR of the place and she has me walking in to 3 babies just all screaming crying not attended too. Sign my kid right up! Did i mention there was only 3 kids in there too? So unprofessional, if i could give them no stars i would. Don't let the reviews fool you. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS IF I WOULDN'T OF LITERALLY TOLD THE LADY TO PICK UP THAT KID SHE WOULD'VE LEFT HER THERE TO CRY LIKE SHE WAS BEFORE I WALKED IN. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.

Amanda Peltier: I absolutely Love this place. I feel at ease knowing that the people here genuinely care. I know that my daughter is well taken care of there. I love all of my daughters teachers. They do a fantastic job with her. Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Nikki, and all of the others ladies that watch over her are FABULOUS! Danielle (the Director) always works with my husband and I whenever we need to add a day or change a day (my schedule is crazy lol). She is the best! I researched and toured many childcare facilities before I chose this one, and I am so glad I did! They are the best!!!!

Rose Barrington: Miss Cheryl is fabulous. All of the staff is just as wonderful and they've been so helpful with my 5 year old son.

Katie Pagonas: I absolutely love this daycare. My two children ( 2 & 4) have thrived tremendously because of the amazing caregivers! The transition into daycare went very well, and my kids loved it! It breaks our heart that we had to leave, but i would definitely recommend this daycare to everyone. Mrs. Patel is a great director and truly loves the kids and making sure that they are safe and happy.

Weiwei Duncan: Teachers are nice and very energetic. They kept the kids active and learning while staying fun. They give me feedback on my toddler everyday. This is my first kid and only one so I always have anxiety whenever I drop him off. Lucky that so far they have been very responsible whenever there is an incident. Knowing my son is safe and happy there makes me relieved at work.

Ashley Wilson: My daughter started here one week before school started. KinderCare feeds her a great breakfast each morning and gets her to her elementary school safely on their bus. It is clean, convenient and the teachers are great!!

MoonDancer Tess: I love kindercare! Daycare can sometimes be nerve-racking to put your child in. I have put both my daughters in kindercare learning centers. My older daughter went 5 years ago and I have a toddler currently at the center. I have always hado trust, feel comfortable with the teachers, and look at the staff as an extension to our family. They are always so organized, they have monthly themes that their lesson plans follow, they record a log everyday so I can see what my child did all day, and they always send home tons of pictures they took of her! I feel like I am part of her day! Everyone they hire is always professional and I can tell they are very picky about their hiring process because every girl is amazing there!!

Rachel: I met with the director the other day and she was so kind and you can tell she loves the children so much by her sunny disposition and how she reflects on why she loves what she does.

Kelly Ng: This daycare is very unprofessional!!!!! I sent my kids here for a month and gave them a two week notice that I am moving and I was told they cannot change their policy and I have to pay for the two weeks for tuition but yet after the first week they found someone to fill the spot and decided to pack all my kids belongings and left it at the front door and told me I no longer need to take my kids to this daycare. They did not call me the morning of or email me to let me know the situation but just when i came to pick them up on a tuesday night.Ps: this daycare is so inconsistent with teachers that I do not even know what the new girls name was that took care of my kids who was very mean to the kids and always gave a dirty look. Every time I came in to pick up my kids she was sitting there, so if you happen to go in, it’s the bigger white girl in the discovery preschool (if she last).

Carl Winslow: 5 stars and beyond. Lucillia loves her school, teachers and of course friends. And as parents we love how much they teach the children and how excited she gets to show us crafts and the science of ‘does it float or does it sink?’ So much Good we could say about this place, I could go on forever. And btw they take great pics and have an app to keep you posted on meals, potty’s, naps and all the stuff you want to know as a parent to help ease your separation anxiety while at school or work lol

The staff and Director Mrs. Marsh have provided much needed insight into my child's development in preparation for his transition into school. In addition, Mrs. Marsh's experience and knowledge in managing health & safety at our center and another KinderCare facility during the COVID-19 pandemic has given me full confidence in knowing my child is in a healthy and safe environment.

Lauren M: I absolutely love this place and the best part is that my daughter does too! My daughter is always talking about her friends and teachers. The staff are amazing and you can tell they care about each child. They give you updates throughout the day and have a curriculum so the kids are always learning. My daughter is thriving in her environment and it gives me peace of mind knowing she's safe and happy while I'm at work. I can't recommend this center enough.

Alice Zhao: My son was enrolled in this location for a few months. We actually live quite far away, but none of the daycares in our area required staff to wear masks during the worst time of pandemic, after a few calls, we found Ryanroad KinderCare and was glad to be able to get in without having to be put on a waitlist. KinderCare follow the safety protocols strictly during COVID-19, I felt safe sending my son there and James seemed to have a great time there.

Nicole Smith: We are very happy with our choice to send our two boys full time to Ryan Road Kindercare. They have a great learning curriculum, the teaching staff and the director Laura Marsh and Assistant director Ms Amanda are absolutely caring loving and above all understanding to each child’s needs and strengths. I was a little disappointed in the size of the center but realized it’s one of the original buildings but the care and curriculum are unsurpassed. My children always talk about their teacher Ms Monica and how much they love her. I can tell you that I have not worried through covid because they are very good at keeping the center well cleaned and following protocols. we have never had a covid scare or shutdown. You will be happy with your choice to send your children here they are in the best hands. In my opinion that is priceless.

Jamie Crawford: My daughter, her father, and I absolutely love this learning center! My daughter is always excited to come in and we are always greeted with a warm smile from everyone. It can be tough to put your child's wellbeing in the hands of other people, but the teachers and staff feel like family to me and they are great with communication and I'm confident my girl is receiving the care she needs. With baby #2 on the way, I can relax knowing he/she will be well taken care of when I have to go back to work. I have a very busy schedule that is random every week. Miss Emily and Miss Amanda are wonderful with accommodating my crazy workdays. My daughter loves all the fun activities and projects she gets to be involved in and she absolutely adores her teacher, Miss Brooke. And I am always surprised at how much my daughter learns! We highly recommend this center to all of our friends and family :)

Mandy Wilcoxson: Our family has had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jasmine for almost a year now and she has been ever bit of fantastic. She joined the center when our daughter in was in the infant room as a teacher, and was always warm friendly, easy to talk to, and it was clear how much she cared about our daughter's well-being and progress. She was especially vigilant while our daughter was battling several early food allergies which she thankfully grew out of most as well and when she did Ms. Jasmine was very excited for her and a great partner in reincorporating foods.. We were lucky enough that she was promoted to the lead teacher role in Toddler A so our daughter moved along with her. Just today she called me to share some developmental milestones that she had observed and she was just as excited as I was her passion for what she does is apparent in her work and we are grateful to have such warm and loving care.

Jennifer Leo: My daughter started at KinderCare when she was 8 weeks old. We first went to look 2 months before she was born and knew right away that's where we wanted her. Throughout that time, I had a lot of questions and they were fantastic with responding quickly. Ms Erica in the infant room is amazing and made us feel so welcome and at ease. I love the projects they do with them, the individualized development plan for each child, and extra activities they plan for the entire center. Baby #2 will be starting there next year and I'm excited to have another child going through their first years with the support of the teachers and assistants. My daughter is currently in the toddler room and I'm always amazed at the things she learns (songs, counting, etc.). Their meals are nutritious (all meals included) and well balanced. I can't say enough great things!!

Marie Mattos: My son attended Handprints from 2-5 years old, and the Director and her staff are just WONDERFUL. Truly. If my son had a tough day, the director and teacher would always quickly contact me if I needed to be reached and would follow up the next day with me to check on my son and how he was doing. The staff members are just always smiling, kind and so happy! I was so glad to have him in a Christian-centered environment as well! I highly recommend Handprints to any parent in need of childcare!
