I asked for a small pop and in a snotty attitude was told they didn’t have small cups so I just ordered a medium. Then, the guy working the register who rang everything up, was talking very quiet and I couldn’t hear him. After saying “I’m sorry” so many times, he gave me an attitude and I still couldn’t understand what he was saying. I walked out eventually after i waited 10 mins due to them not having pretzels, with an older lady and a kid. She also was very upset and said she will not be returning.

I wanted to try the peach lemonade frost they were promoting, but they were all out of it.So, I tried the strawberry frozen lemonade which was good and refreshing.

Pvt. lunchbox: Love this place. Every time I come to the mall I have to grab a pizza pretzel! So delicious! The lines aren’t ever long because they move pretty fast. I was third in line and was out within 3 minutes. I also enjoy the cheese dip you can purchase or get if you buy a combo. Would definitely return again next time!

Rosemary Morrow: Today is February 5th 2022. Staff is very slow. The food is only being cooked when you order. The line is long as hell. When she told me it would be a 15 min wait I asked her if she was sure and then she stated it would be 20 mins at least. They need to be retrained.

No No: Edit: I'm glad it's under new management because in 2016 they were either scheduling employees to work crazy hours at weird times or not giving them enough to even live.

All of the food we received had undercooked pretzel dough, which, in case you didn't know, can cause sickness and even hospitalization. I'm fine at the moment, but I don't recommend eating any pretzel item on the menu as it may leave you ill.

When I got up to the register, the cashier didn't even acknowledge me, she was standing there joking with the people in the back. Then, I asked for a small pretzel nugget and she pulled out a large and never asked if that would be okay. I said "Do you have any smalls?" She said "No, this is all we have for the rest of the night." in a rude voice, and started serving someone else before I was done. I thought to myself, wouldn't it be easy enough to dump a some of a large pretzel nugget into a small container? And how are you done making pretzel for the day at 4:30 when you close at 6? So I paid for the large pretzel nuggets and left. They were cold. So I paid 6+ dollars for large cold pretzel nuggets, a long wait, and rude services. Sounds like a rip off to me. Will not be returning.

Muhammed Elgammal: I like to walk around Great Lakes Crossing Outlets mall. One of the best parts of the walk is the alluring scent of the freshly baked pretzels from Auntie Anne's Pretzels! It is such a great way to be easily become distracted.Although I have been to Auntie Anne's Pretzels numerous times, I have only ever ordered one thing from their menu. I always order the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets. They are so sweet and delicious, and I love the soft centers. They are so amazing when they are hot and freshly baked.There is so much more on the menu to try. Maybe next time I will give something else a try (along with a side of the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets)!

Marie Smith: Stopped at Great Lakes Crossing and went to Apple Annie's across from Columbia. It was 3:00 p.m. I ordered a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. I asked the older man working there what was "hot" and fresh. He said everything. I paid $5.00+. Not only was it not hot or fresh but the pretzels were terribly burned and hard. No one should have paid for the mess he sold me and bagged so happily. I was going to return to the stand, however, I left before I realized it. I will not be buying from your establishment again. You should take some pride in the product you're purchasing. You obviously don't care about quality! What garbage!
