They always explain exactly what they are doing and thinking and what to expect next. I started going over a year ago for sciatica pains and they helped so much with that and my neck. I just went in for my first postpartum adjustment (6 weeks pp) because my hips are out of whack (I mean I did just push a little human out) and he pushed on areas I didn’t even realize were the problem until he touched them. I walked out feeling so much better after just one adjustment and can’t wait to go again next week.

Robert Salloum: Recently, I had crippling back pain and my wife drove me to see Dr. Brown. He gave me a thorough examination and manipulated my spine. I was able to walk again, and went home with only minor pain. The next week I was able to drive myself to see Dr. Brown and he gave a second treatment. After that, I was fine, no pain at all. My wife and son have also seen Dr. Brown with excellent results. He is an excellent chiropractor, I would rate him 5 stars.

Albert Havers: I have been seeing Dr’s Brown and Lyons for over 5 years now. Prior to seeing them I had a lifelong chiropractor that I had seen since he stated his career over 40 years ago.About 6 years ago I developed a lower back issue that for the first time ever my longtime chiropractor could not help with. Brown Chiropractic was on Beaumont hospital’s employee website as offering a discount and despite knowing nothing about them, decided to give them a try. I was becoming desperate for relief as this lower back pain had become severe and debilitating. After my first visit which included assistance from both doctors, I immediately experienced some relief. After some follow-up visits the severe pain went away. I have continued to see these wonderful doctors as part of my regular maintenance. Despite some concerning spine issues, they have continued to provide wonderful care. Some patients have a preference of one doctor over the other. I have found that though each doctor is slightly different, they both provide awesome care and take the time necessary to take care of me! For me I like seeing both doctors so when I call for an appointment I share that I don’t have a preference of doctors and that way I get a natural rotation.The two gals that work the front desk have been helpful and are personable. In fact, I feel like everyone there is my friend.Brown Chiropractic is the best!

They charge you hundreds for x-rays and tell you your insurance will pay for it, then come to find out it doesn't. He will talk fast and tell you to come back, after x-rays and at no additional charge, then say he meant no charge for the visit when you got x-rays. I was charged for both. When I called the office, I was directed to Dr. Brown to discuss this. He said he would discontinue the bill I have been receiving for the "no charge visit", but when I refused the treatment plan he continued to send the bill. Mind you, there was no reason for an x-ray and they came back indicating no substantial issues. On top of that the place is dirty with dust everywhere like it hasn't been vacuumed in a decade.

In the end it was worth the papers but be warned....they do not listen to customers and just do what they want. Meaning evasive defendants will walk scott free using them...cheap price though and therefore expect bare minimal service.
