Prosecutor was suppose to remove this when I was sentenced for the crime. Now 20 years later, I'm trying to get this removed but no one here will answer the phone or an email. So now I can't provide for myself because I can't get the Driver's license that I have paid all the fines and cost to get back. This would take literally 5 minutes to do, but no one cares in this office

So I'm left to believe that the county prosecutors office is as corrupt as the city prosecutors in the state. I don't understand who a city prosecutor can deny prosecution of a person because there is civil action pending. The fact that someone steals well over a 100K and doesn't get charged with a felony is unbelievable.
