Susan Achrem: This train is AWFUL. I work in Sterling Heights, on 15 Mile between Van Dyke and Mound. This train holds up traffic EVERY WEEK at least two to three times. This is during rush hour traffic (7-8am). It will stop and not move for at least 30-45 mins. I am SO SICK OF BEING LATE FOR WORK!!

Joe Vick: Check in system is really slow. Auto release typically does not work. Has errors.
