Carol Lukity: Lombardo uses this contractor and several of us in the sub have flaking, pitting, peeling driveways, sidewalks, aprons, etc. They claim this is due to not following guidelines, although several of us have sealed our drives and followed the builder protocol. Have been told by 3 concrete companies, this is due to cement not being poured quickly enough or too much water in the mix. BEWARE if you use this company.

Steven Piasecki: These guys blew our transformer working on a job on the street. That's twice now. I guess power lines are invisible to these guys or something.

bobby world: Superior Materials is a good company that offers good customer service.The main issue I've always had with the company is NANCY DONAHUE who is in charge of the mix designs. She is consistently rude and very short with people.I've never had issues with any other concrete company at obtaining a mix design. They're always happy to give out the information. BUT Nancy, who I call maybe 4 times a year, always behaves as if it's a huge problem.Nancy needs to have a better understanding of her job, stop being incredibly rude and overall be much more professional!! It seems if you're not a paying customer, forget about any type of common curosity from her.

Our concrete contractor completely ruined our concrete and we even had to have a section replaced... John and the whole team at Protocon we’re extremely professional and always on time!!! John and team new we had issues and offered their services to us so that we could fix the job!!!! I just want to say thank you to the whole team at Protocon with a major shout out to John for all that you did for us you guys saved the day!!!!!

Elyse Vinson: Truck driver for this company just yelled out the window at my mother in law to go because he didn't think she was going fast enough to through a Michigan turn. I took a photo of the truck and driver and will be taking this to social media. This behavior as a company is just ridiculous and for an employee to do it in a company mixing truck is just plain disgusting.
Brad Borkosky: Don't use this company!! We were driving and one of their drivers cut us off and ran us off of the road with our ONE YEAR OLD SON IN OUR CAR. After following the truck to their building off of van dyke road and 27 mile, we called the company who then proceeded to tell us that they don't have trucks like that. Even though we followed it to their building and it had their logo on the truck itself. They are liars who like to put little innocent children and families in danger. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We were told we had a 1 year warranty on the driveway however we called multiple times to have someone come repair, each time we were told Giovanni would call us back. It has now been over 6 months and we have not heard a work from Giovanni. I would never is this company again.

alicia bell: While driving on the expressway a man driving the company truck decided to come over in my lane even though I was not in a blind spot. I hit my horn so he'd know I was there. He continued to come over. I had to swerve into the next lane almost getting hit by another vehicle. Afterwards I got in the other lane and sped up where he decided to come over in my lane causing me to slam on my brakes. I tried to get a plate number to call the police but could not. I did manage to get a picture of the individual who was smiling and laughing about what he had done. I heard about this company through others and needed work done but after this unprofessional behavior I would never go there and will tell everyone about this. This makes the whole company look bad.Update: I did contact the company about this individual and was told it would go to the supervisor. It did and I was appreciative to get an update that the man who had tried to kill me was suspended for 2 weeks without pay. I am glad something was done about this. It did make their company look better. While many including myself think this man should have been terminated for his acts, I am glad there was something done. It makes the company look better. While they would like for me to take this review down. I cannot in good conscious do that. If anyone does see this man driving...please be cautious. A leopard does not change their spots. I will give 3 stars now though due to the company doing something at least.
