Julien Karam: After calling, leaving messages and emailing the academy for over a year now I am finding no way to reach them and they will not reach back to me. I took the real estate course before covid hit. I had missed a class due to personal reasons and had to make it up. I called and was given a day to go make up the time missing. I went there but the class ended early and I ended up still needing about 1h. Ever since then I was unable to reach REO academy back. Even went in person 2 times but the person at the front desk said they have nothing to do with the academy and can't help me out. Maybe a bad review will force someone to answer.

Luxe Locs: I am extremely displeased with the time I’ve spent taking this class here. Ann and Cathy were both good instructors but let’s be real, it’s more so their character that makes you feel like your actually somewhere. We talked for hours and drank coffee and laughed about their outside stories more than anything! Anybody can read a book word for word to 10-15 people. All in all, this review is just to help the next person who’s thinking about going here and to help you go in a better direction. Never been the type to downplay I just like to be genuine and look out for Myself and those around me.

Michael Easton: Excellent company to work with (I don't). They have a terrific training staff, top notch forms and a great marketing program. Anyone thinking about a career in real estate should give them serious consideration.

R. Curley: ANN MARIE DEROSIER is the teacher you want. She kept my attention after a 9 hr. day at work. She is well versed and a great instructor.

Karl L: This class is far more about having you sit and warm up a chair for the required 40 hours than learning. If you are interested in listening to others ask irrelevant questions that start like "I know a guy who is a realtor..." or professors tell story after story on their experiences, then this class is for you.I came to learn and would have been better served online rather than in class.

Ken Doe: It's not my style to give bad reviews. I don't think I ever have before. In this case I am making an exception. You will probably get two different "teachers" at different days. Both teachers obviously could not handle the workload or the amount of students in the class. The first thing i noticed on the first day was the treachery would excise specific questions from students and saying that she wanted to cover all the material and not have to stop. That was an excuse. The material is complicated to begin with and requires the teacher to dissect each tiopc individually per student. The teachers dish through the material. They have no assistant. They use foul language and gossip about their tell estate experience wasting time when the students obviously don't r reall get the material.

Kalani Thompson: My instructors were Namir, Kevin, and Najee, and they were all outstanding. I recommend taking the in-person class very helpful lots of tools to help you succeed!

Having taken first her classroom and then followed up with her online course, I can attest to the superior and excellence in her teaching in both venues. If you can, sign up for her in person classes, she is tops! You can always attend online later on if you need to update and brush up before the exam. I believe real time classes are the best with NCI taught her! She is a national treasure to us and to NCI with her breadth of knowlege.
