Tanya gave me, by far, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She was bubbly and kind, offered lovely conversation, and knew my body so well. The pressure was perfect. The scalp massage was an amazing addition. She is truly gifted at her craft. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Run, don’t walk, to see this amazing woman.

The prices were reasonable compared to my usual spa The Woodhouse , I will take advantage of the pricing to enjoy more spa experiences , I will be making a Mother & daughter pre college graduation celebration relaxation spa day.I had to edit my comment after reading some of the negative reviews and it’s disheartening to see a few reviews from some of the past customers , I know as a customer your not always right just because your spending your money , people that think that the customers always right usually the kind of people I would avoid being most of them have entitlement over the top emotions NO one can ever satisfy .Some people want freebies & they walk in the door looking to fault finding to make complaints to get extra accommodations, most of the time those type of people be the really unreasonable ones . They walk in with group on deals and want deals on top of those deals . People sometimes want something for nothing , I bet if some of the customers who was looking & I’m not saying all customers with complaints only the ones with that intent would humbly take free services if it was offered .I noticed those who called the services expensive they have never been to The Woodhouse because these prices are a lot cheaper than that establishment & you have to pay the Gratuity upfront before all services is rendered . People have to understand Massage or being at any spa is a Luxury service . That’s like going to Louis Vuitton complaint that they don’t have sales or have printed coupons .It’s to many people in this world want a certain lifestyle & accommodations at low ball prices , you can’t sit in first class on a plane , stay in a 5 star hotel suite , a Luxury car , Limousine service , eat at 5 star restaurants or go to 5 star hair salons & not expect to pay for those accommodations or try to low ball amenities to brag to someone else how you saved so much money for any luxury service , but it’s some people in this world wants something for nothing .I feel people take advantage of reviews to sabotage businesses rating because throwing a tantrum didn’t workout to well for them , so instead they use their imagination to create a false perception with a agenda to hurt a business that they would have never gone to unless ; it was free, had a sale going or get a great deal on group on . If you can’t afford a luxury service look into something else to save you money in the long run .People can invest in a jacuzzi, Massage chair , hand held massagers or maybe practice massage techniques with your partner at stay home , light some candles & massage each other in the privacy of your own home & you will save plenty . I believe it isn’t right to go into a business to find something negative to say in order to get your money back after services or look for additional accommodations beyond of what you paid for , if you don’t like the service don’t return that speaks volumes .If it’s more satisfied customers than dissatisfied customers and the ratio isn’t 50/50 than the question is something went wrong and sometimes it can very well be the customer & not the customer services . I realize rating & reviews are important but sometimes it don’t matter because some negative reviews just come from someone with a Malice intent & it’s very sad especially when it’s all made up in the customer head .So I stand as I recommend people to have their own opinion & check out these services to gain your own experience & opinion because some people are too opinionated & look for others to follow behind them & their views , I encourage everyone to judge for themselves & not always go by what someone said because you might just be missing out . Everyone is different and people need to let that sink in .

The first thing I liked about this business was the fact that Tanya called me right back after I left a message. She did inform me that her location had moved and I still booked. I appreciate that she is very strict with COVID protocols and safety. My first massage did hurt but she said it would get better after the first one and they did. I felt so much better after each massage. The atmosphere was calming and nice and Tanya was very friendly. The prices are very good as well. I recommend Your Healing Hands

BMX BOYS: Purchased on Groupon a 1 hour massage and paid extra for 15 min scalp massage. Appointment was @7. By the time they take your vitals let’s say it started at 7:15. Ended at 7:40. That’s hardly a half hour let alone an 1:15. The massage itself was nice but clearly not what we had paid for.

Clearly didn’t get what I paid for then on top of that I was rushed out so that they could get ready for the next session so unprofessional! I can not believe that the owner Tanya called me and I missed her called so I called back and instead of her apologizing she argued me down didn’t want to hear me out and hung up on me this place is horrible!! This is accupressure massage so you need to be prepared for that going in. There is a lot of pressure but it's the only way to break up adhesions and get true relief. I will be back ASAP!!!

After waiting a guy finally came out and told me to go in the room lay down and started working on my back wayyyy to heavy handed the music wasn’t soothing I’m very disappointed wish I would of just went to my regular place I’m in more pain now from before I got there way to heavy handed won’t go again! Probably the most vigorous massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot of massages over the years. My neck and upper back were so tight before I went there and it all got worked out. I'll definitely go back. I might do a table massage next time so I can get my whole back worked on. I like that there's a place to go spur of the moment without having to make an appointment way in advance. I'm sure you can make appointments if you want, but sometimes I just need to go get my neck and upper back worked on after a tough day and this place fits that need.
