Jill Hassel: My landscape project did take some time to commence, from signed contract to finished work. This was due to many factors outside of Decra-Scape direct control. They kept me informed along the way. The initial meetings were pleasant and professional, as the patio design and suggested landscape changes were discussed. They answered my questions and brought in an outside expert to discuss health and status of various trees and shrubs on my property, which led to finalization of what could be pruned/trimmed versus what should be pulled and replaced. Once the project started, I knew I was in good hands. The team showed up early every day and were pleasant to talk to...they answered any questions that I had and provided status updates daily. When an issue arose with my bay door wood integrity, they were transparent and honest with the required repair. They cleaned up after themselves every day and took great care to protect the lawn (boards laid down) as they brought in heavier equipment. The work Nick and company did on my patio is pure artisan craftsmanship! Down to the smallest paver at the most intricate cut, the finished work is stunning! I am very pleased with the outcome of my project. There are a few follow up items for the Spring, and I have every confidence the final touches will be performed is the same quality fashion next year.

Monica Tay Belej: Our experience with Decra-Scape can only be described as five stars across the board, with no exceptions. This was a big project that included the demolition of our huge old wooden deck, followed by building a retaining wall to accommodate the extreme slope of our backyard, creating a beautiful hardscaped patio where the deck used to be, demolishing and renovating our side entry to the house, and repairing our front walkway. Throughout the process, every single interaction with this business was professional, courteous, and transparent. The owner was very responsive to our goals for the space and created something better than we could have even imagined on our own. The on-site crew was incredibly hardworking, polite and considerate. They even made sure to ask my neighbor for permission to WALK on his driveway! They worked long hours and always cleaned up and kept me apprised of what they were planning for each day. Change orders were handled quickly and efficiently. The communication was superb on all levels. I would recommend this business without hesitation. It was honestly a pleasure from start to finish.

Kara G: I hired this company after reading their great reviews. I sent in the deposit and was told the work would begin Friday or Monday at the latest. Monday comes around and my husband took the day off work to be home at 9:30 the owner Jason said he would be over in about an hour, hours go by without any word from Jason. We reach out to see what the time we should expect him mind you this is at 2:45 p.m. He texts back saying he got held up at a job and it wouldn't be until the following day or possibly wednesday. We respond saying we were disappointed since my husband changed his work schedule and missed an important meeting and a phone call would have been nice. Jason's response " I'll send the deposit back" so you are saying you can't do the job? "I don't want the job". I don't doubt the company does great work but that is not how you run a business or treat customers for that matter.

ben schock: JJW Brick was the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. It all started with the first phone call. I called JJW and four other landscapers, JJW was the only landscaper who valued my business enough to return the phone call. He met with family in the evening, helped us design a beautiful patio and gave us additional input on how to keep the cost affordable. Jason also suggested tip block border which added a more polished look against the walkway. Jason was available anytime we needed him to answer questions and thoroughly addressed any concern we had. Albert, Jason and his crew completed the project much faster than anticipated and the patio turned out beautiful. Jason even took the time to return to my home and fix a sprinkler line after the project was completed. My Family could not be happier with our choice to use JJW Brick and we would recommend him to anyone.

Lastly, I think the most important aspect of JJW was their continual communication leading up to installation, through out as well as after completion. I plan on utilizing JJW's expertise soon to add on an outdoor fireplace, which their design allowed to incorporate in the future.

He was very accommodating and willing to work with me on a price I could afford. I was impressed with how fast Jasen and his employee fixed my pavers, power-washed, sanded and sealed both patios. They look brand new again. Jasen was even willing to repair my retainer wall that needed some attention, even though that wasn't initially part of the job he was there to do. It would have taken me all summer after getting home from work and ruining my back, and I still wouldn't have achieved the accuracy/level pavers.Dealing with Jason was a pleasure, all my emails were responded to within hours, the price for the work was great, the guys that re-did my patio where there on the appointed time, 7am and worked until 9pm completing the WHOLE JOB in one day! When I say re-did, that includes removing the old paver walls, the pavers from the top and rebuilding the whole thing top to bottom.... one day.The job looks great, everything is level and straight, they were careful of my surrounding landscape.everything was professional and quick, We're very happy with their workmanship and price. Eric Andrew: We had a brick paver patio that needed repair after many years of use: leveling, power washing, re-sanding and sealing. A few who quoted wanted to rebuild the whole thing and it was going to cost up to $5,000. JJW Brick gave a quote that was so reasonable and they fixed the patio without having to rip everything out. The took out and fixed only what was needed. By the time they were done the patio looked new again and is something to be proud of. Very nice people to work with. Would highly recommend them.

G L: I was a little skeptical of the bad reviews, so I thought I'd try them myself. There's no one around to answer any questions or offer any help. God forbid you ask a question to the guy at the counter. He has only two; "no" and "I don't know". Now there is nothing wrong with not having an answer to a question, no matter how basic it is, but the attitude is all wrong. I guess he's more into "beard scaping" than hard scaping . How dare I ask him a question about pavers?!So... No staff to help, arrogant and disrespectful person at the desk why would I want to spend my money here? I'm talking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know. Stay away from these people!

Fadi Kenaya: I walked in around 9:30am. (They open at 8) Half of the lights were still off. I looked to the back to find a man sitting at his desk. Without saying a single word, he signaled with his fingers for me to walk over. I told him I was looking for brick pavers. He did as little as direct me to the catalogs they had displayed. I asked if there was anyone available to assist with some products and pricing, since I obviously am shopping for a product that I am not as familiar with, hoping I could speak to a professional in the industry. His response was 'There is no one here to help you. We are short staffed'. You expect me to spend thousands of dollars with a company like this? Disgusting experience, to say the least.

Lancy aboosh: My family has been happy customers up until today. We were treated with such disrespect it made us feel belittled. Due to a language barrier and a mis understanding, the confusion caused left us being denied service and told to take our business elsewhere. We were yelled at, given attitude and no help on clarifying what we did not understand. It is extremely upsetting especially when we have taken our business there for numerous occasions and have already spent thousands. Instead of turning away paying customers due to a misunderstanding, they need to work on better customer service and how to be more clear. Your customers are not people who you should yell at or belittle, complete outrageous.

Meghan McCatty: I will never use Stonescape again! At the request of my cement contractor, I ordered 6 yards of fill sand to be used under my cement walkway. The pile of dirt shown in the photo on the right is what was delivered. It was full of clay and completely unusable. The salesman not only refused to replace it with decent quality fill sand (see sand on left side of image obtained elsewhere) but refused to haul it away as well. He laughed at the situation -- and almost caused me to lose my contractor for the job due to the contractor's level of total frustration with Stonescape and their unwillingness to provide proper sand.
Adam Douglas: Went a few times for retaining wall bricks. Very nice people, even the workers in the yard. You don't find that at many businesses.

Pulled up and yard man/owner asks me what I need, I tell him and he says we don’t sell it like that? Woulda paid $20-30 for literally 20 shovel fulls. Told him I’ll go get my job trailer and they can load it with their loader, he says ok. Great way to treat your contractors!!!! I’ll drive an extra 10-20 minutes and spend my money at your competitors every time.

I thought 36 hours was plenty of time to move 6 yards of material 3 miles. Paid for something that was never done. Disputing the charge.

Nahel Eshaq: The worst experience I've had. I had their service about over a year ago but was too busy to add a review. First, they messed up my order when I had already paid for shipping. So I called the office, the person there said I should go to their office and replace the order. When I told him that it was not my fault and that the order was very heavy, he kept refusing. Then when I mentioned that I am spending thousands of dollars on their product, he said it was just a drop in the bucket for them.Besides the owner that was pretty nice, almost everyone there was quite rude.Secondly, they charge 20% restocking fees in case you over order something and want to return it.

Kyle: I live on a corner lot and someone gave me a lawn job, destroying about 75ft worth of my grass. Tyler came out removed the messed up grass and dirt, then came back with top soil and seed. Also gave me an estimate on sodding parts of my backyard. Rachel Chocron: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They parked on my lawn to mulch and ruined my lawn. They kept raising the charges without any reason. They brought incorrect flowers here. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. My neighbors and family even commented on what a horrible job they did. Do not believe all of these reviews. I’m sure he will have mine deleted.

The work to take down existing three tier retaining wall at front of house and rebuild was completed in a timely fashion. Debbie Rossman: I ordered a yard of top soil.After filling my gardens, I realized the top soil was not actually top soil, it is dirt.I haven't ever in my (almost) 40 years of gardening have come across a top soil as light in color and as soon as it dries it hardens.This is not top soil, this is dirt.I called the company to tell them how hard the "soil" is and the representative said that it is in fact top soil & it is normal to harden.I completely disagree. Never have I ever had top soil harden like this.I was highly disappointed.If it was top soil, I would not have allowed my grandson to play in it.
Carl Minter: Unprofessional Service! I ordered mulch for my daughter's playscape. We were told that we would get a phone call from the driver prior to delivery. Driver just showed up without a call and dropped the load where he wanted, blocking more of my driveway than was necessary. When my wife tried talking to the driver he just walked away and got in his truck to leave. When I complained to their office they said it was our responsibility to hear the truck backing up. Fast delivery, but horrible service.
Loocsinatas “Loocsinatas”: I come here about twice a week to dump trash. They've never given me any problems what so ever, everyone is helpful and efficient.

Jacob DeSantis: Rude customer service from the older women at the front desk (younger women was kind though). In addition I asked to dump a large amount of cardboard and was told $80 a ton. Arrived with multiple vehicles and was told it would be $80 per vehicle. Don't say you charge per ton and then add that it's also per vehicle after I spend my time and my friends' time getting there.

Eagle Landscape LLC: I have nothing but good things to say about the hardworking crew over at landscape source. We use this supplier regularly, and they consistently exceed our expectations time and time again. They have went above and beyond, as well as out of their way, to ensure that we get the product we are looking for and that said product is of great quality. Any questions regarding materials are always met with in depth knowledgability from the staff. I reccomend them 100 times over!Its easy to blame a supplier for plant faliure, but the real accountabilty and faliure occurs in the improper contractor installation. We have installed hundreds of plants from Landscape Source this season alone with very little to no faliure. IT IS NOT THE SUPPLIERS FAULT FOR POOR CONTRACTOR INSTALLATION!!

Open M-F something to something and Saturday something to 4:00. Great! Drove 26 miles to get here at 3:33 to buy burlap and stakes. To find they are closed. Terrible attention to detail. Don’t advertise your hours if you are not holding to them. I hope my message at least prompts this business to change the message. Now that they have taken 2 hours of my day.

Nanette Colling: So my husband and I purchased over $2500 worth of trees and shrubs in 2019. When they started dying three months later, I sent pictures of roots to the company. All trees that died had roots cut off, probably by the company Landscape Supply recommended to plant them. I called several times, no one one called me back. We probably lost $2000.0 BEWARE!!!!I paid you not the company. I was expecting someone to call me back and give me the name of the other party responsible if that's what you believed. you have terrible customer service.
