brian granader: I held and led yoga retreats here for over 10 years twice a year. I even got married there in the woods as the space is so sacred. Then, they decided they no longer wanted secular businesses to provide services there. It broke our hearts. We brought hundreds of people through their doors and treated the space with deep respect. So many people found themselves, G-D, healed old wounds and found self love during our retreats. I still can't believe they turned us away.

Marilynn Pavlov: This retreat house is warm and welcoming. Each weekend retreatant has a private room with a bath. Meals ate tasty and healthy. There is Mass, prayer, inspiring talks and time to meditate and pray.

Rose Mary (Rosie): I LOVE Manresa Jesuit Retreat Center. It is one of those "thin places" where one can so much more readily feel a connection to the Divine. The spiritual exercises of St Ignatius, and the overall spirituality of Manresa, feels inclusive and graceful, while also earthy and practical. This has been an important place for me to learn about the above. I also adore the library here and the small book "shop." It is always a comfortable place to stay. I am so grateful to have been able to come here on retreats.
Carrie Mulka: Was sad to have to leave before our day was done. The ice storm was getting bad and we were only a day event. The lunch was a lovely fish, salad, rice and vegetables and fruit all wonderfully made with care (gluten-free and soy free to my joy). Will gladly go back for events in the future. Connecting with peace and serenity is a priority.

Andrew Faber: Manresa is truly a world apart. This is an amazing place. I have been a retreatant here for 5 years in a row and will continue to attend a retreat every year. The food is delicious, the Jesuits are approachable and engaging, and there is a loving and peaceful atmosphere throughout the entire compound. I highly recommend stopping in for a seminar or public event, or even just to walk the grounds. You'll be glad you did.
