Lisa Bidinger: Parents watching their kids skate have to pay $10 to get in, that should be free or at least reduced, I'm not using any resources sitting here. Am I supposed to just drop my kid at the door? The laces on the rental skates are horrible, one skate the ends were so frayed there was no way to lace them and they just swapped it. The replacement wasn't much better but at least my daughter was able to squeeze it on without unlacing it at all. The other skate had a knot in the lace so I couldn't get it tight.

Ken: We went there today with the New Baltimore parks and rec camp and had a blast. They had skating arcade and bounce! Kids were tired when they left so definitely going back!!!

I brought my 5 and 6 yo kids to skate because they’re in Robert’s Elementary but I was surprised that I had to pay $8 entrance for my two year old although he doesn’t skate he just sits there watch his siblings skating! Why are you guys charging me if he is not skating?! Plus the Asian guy in the front is very rude, and the place is dirty. We’re definitely not coming here anymore.

Paula Siwicki: Do not recommend for children’s party unless you like surprise billing, and complete chaos! They force you into 2 separate areas an make your guests stay out of the one area where you’d be able to hold you and all your belongings safely. They separate the gifts and food and everything else and then they make you pay for gratuities when they just set up the table an put plates out. They took it upon themselves to determine who they thought was at our party for my child and decided who to charge for extra misc things to charge to our party bill. Completely unorganized and if you order the 189$ party really it’s about 400$ out the door after they charge whatever they want an tell you you have to pay for it plus forced gratuity when no one served or helped us with anything at all. Forcing parents of PAID guests to have to pay admission a 1 yr old an another 2yr old who can’t walk or skate or bounce in the bouncy area! This place is a joke and their party packages are incredibly misleading. They’ll Nickel and dime you to pay double what was in the original agreed contract and also as parents hosting the party you’re not included (or siblings) in the overall party total to be able to enjoy said event you’re already paying for, with your actual child! You have to pay for the party and then yourself again should you decide to skate after the confusion of their service is said and done.

C Snyder: It's fun to skate here but the music isn't varied enough. It's basically just one genre the entire night, with about 5 songs from a different genre. The crowd is extremely varied, I'm sure no one would mind hearing a good mix.

Sophie Rewald: Very very disappointed. Came for a friends birthday, loved the eclectic vibe but hated the misogynistic, outdated dress code. All my friends came in halter tops, along with many other people on the skate floor dressed with short shorts and cropped tops as well. However, we were the only ones targeted by staff. They forced my friend to change because it was “in bad taste,” but what does that even mean??? A clearly objective criteria that ruined our night. Let us pay for a ticket just to be sexualized by staff. Made us feel overall uneasy with our night.

Linda Baker: I brought a 87 yr. Old lady I sit with here today for what I thought would be a great activity to WATCH. HOWEVER, We were told unless we paid the full admission price that we couldn't watch. I even said, we would only stay for 30 minutes. We came here for the same thing in February 2023. And we were not charged. She used to skate so she was excited to just watch. She enjoyed it so much in February. So disappointed!! NEVER AGAIN!! PPL need to ne a little kinder to the elderly!!

It is mostly a cash business.I wouldn't recommend this place if you have small children. Except for the training that is offered there. A lot of children were falling and getting hurt.This is a place for good skaters who don't use credit cards. I take my Granddaughter skating every week, but I won't ever go there again. We had pizza and a Pepsi. Shortly after leaving, both of our stomachs hurt. She vomited and thought she had chocolate, which was from the brown syrup, from the Pepsi.And the floor in the arcade was very dirty and sticky. I almost fell, from whatever was on the ground. I had to walk, not skate in there. 😒I don't like to give bad reviews, but I was told this would be a great place to go, and how my Granddaughter would love it. We didn't even stay an hour, because she didn't like it at all, and I felt like I let her down.😔

She would not give me her name, I think it was Darlene. Short mean lady with brown hair.From the second my friends and I walked in she was extremely rude, had a horrible tone, and made fun of the way we were dressed. She discriminated against our entire group. Was yelling at us, and was threatening to call the police unless we put on jackets because she said customers were complaining that our outfits were offensive. On adult night at 10 pm?? Please keep in mind we are all 24–25-year-old adults. Was wearing nothing near anything that could be considered offensive, just crop tops and bodysuits.She was following us around the skating rink. Completely harassing us when we were trying to take pictures.She needs to be fired. We will never be returning, and will definitely be sharing our experience.Was also given skates with broken laces twice. Had to keep returning them.

Lynne Latouf: Pretty nice rink, nice open floor plan. Out of the 2 times I have gone so far, not too fond of the music type. I usually see people with ear buds or headphones on listening to their own music. You can make song requests so that is nice. But overall nice to be able to skate, people are mostly courteous to others and go around you and don’t get too close.

Shameca Mallory: Great music on Saturday night. The kids had fun. Lots of teens. A very diverse crowd. I noticed the big kids helping the little younger kids when they would fall. If I hadn't made it around the rink fast enough to help my son when he had fallen, there was a teen already there helping him up off the ground. That's a plus for me.My 16 yr old goes to this skating rink frequently. Now my 9yr old says he wants to start going skating more. He met other little kids and they were all helping each other skate and get off the ground🤣. #greatteamworkI loved the vibe.

Liberty Justice: This place USED to be a nice place to go on the weekends, but it's gone far down hill. I dont think a single ac unit was running the whole time i was there this past sunday. The whole place smelled like b.o. and the staff was very rude at the refreshment area. They used to offer a wide range of food items from pizza to ice cream but now you have about 2 choices frozen pizza slice or a frozen pretzel it's sad. More than half the games eat your quarters, 80% of the lockers are jammed and/or eat your quarters. They are heavily understaffed about one employee ran the whole skate rental. No employee on the skating floor helping people who fall or to clean up spills... it's an absolute mess over there. Dont know what happened but that place is on its last leg. Definitely don't recommend giving this place a try unless you plan on spending the 20$ to get in just to skate on a dirty floor for 4 hours.
