Theodore Hoag: Suburban VOLVO is the dealer at this address, and NOT all the other dealers shown in the photos or most of the other reviews. BE CARFUL when reading reviews, not all Suburban Collection dealers are the same. The Suburban Volvo dealer in the Troy motor mall is great. We have three Volvos vehicles, all purchase from Suburban Volvo in Troy. Some used and some new. We have also been using Suburban Volvo for over 12 years. We also have been using them for all our service. Been happy with both their service and sales staff. Over the years, staff have changed and we have worked with many different employees and we have always had good support at Suburban Volvo. Everyone will have issues with their Vehicles, regardless of brand or model. We have been able to find equable solutions when we have disagreed with Suburban Volvo.
Tonette Morilla: I purchased my first car here and left out with a great overall experience thanks to Rocky. He was of great help and made the purchase process quick. I was looking for a used vehicle with a specific price range and mileage and not only was that met, but the car condition was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place! Very friendly staff too!

Djeni Iliazi: I bought months ago i Range Rover velar at this dealership and they didn’t told me that the car was in accident , when I moved to Naples Fl after 1 month that I bought the car I went to the Range Rover because my car started to do some noises and there they told me the car was is in accident.( and the information WASN’T at the carfax )When I contact them about this they told we can’t do anything and to think I’m paying the insurance from the dealer that’s covering anything.This guys are professional thieves and liars get the money and they don’t take responsibilities.

Robert Simmons: $8000 for engine ..2 weeks later car shut off which could've caused a deadly accident while driving with my 16yr and 19yr old daughter inside vehicle..had car towed back to dealer..after 2 weeks Russ the service guy stated it was a fuse block needed to be tighten..no charge,but Russ stated leaking power steering system...so after 3 more months without a loaner car Surburban Troy cadillac dealership decided to give me a loaner car...5 days later Russ stated car ready and my balance $1900 after carshield paid Surburban Troy cadillac dealership $4000..carshield is legit...but Surburban Troy cadillac dealership is trying to rob me..kids back to school..no one has that type of money for repairs..I driven my vehicle only 2 weeks in 3 months after giving Surburban Troy cadillac dealership $8000 for engine replacement. Pray Surburban Troy cadillac dealership brings my balance to common sense $0.
