David Keith: Ever since this location has closed off the office portion to the customers, it’s been a disaster.Service is slow often, taking up to an hour or more to pickup an order that was placed hours or days before hand. This location is tied with Waterford on the average wait it takes, which is not a good thing.The people who are actually working on orders in the garage section are understaffed, and are now forced with dealing with customers issues which is part of the office’s job. You are essentially playing the game telephone.I will give credit where credit is due though and say usually I receive my order how I placed it.Unless you enjoy wasting time, I would highly advise not doing business with this location until they add more staff, have people in the office help the guys in the back with pulling orders, or reopen their office.

Joyce McLennan: I purchased something and have a receipt. Ended up needing plastic soffit and they don't take back aluminum soffit. So if you have a job make sure you don't have any extra as they don't allow you to return-eve with a receipt.

The staff that assisted us were polite, friendly and helpful and I believe I got fair price for the things we purchased. They might be understaffed because when I went there, it took a while for me to find someone in the back to help pick my order. They do have a ton of building supplies in stock and can order really anything you need. On the negative side, the building is in a run-down part of town. The back lot where you pick up your order is really dirty. They should have some people sweep the lot.
