Eric Riddle: Has the latest trendy Nike, under armor, adidas, yeti, whatever.Most expensive place to shop for clothes.Dunhams is much better.I only come here if I absolutely have to for a random item I know they might have...Not even to mention,they stopped selling guns and hunting stuff altogether and are anti 2nd amendment, which used to be the main basis of their buisness.

What do you know--the employees here said it would be at least 2-3 days before anyone would be in who could do the regripping. Why even have anyone working in the golf area if they aren't trained to do *basic* tasks in the golf field?? Drove all the way around the city to multiple locations to just have them tell me to go to Golf Galaxy. I should have just gone to a small business after this boondoggle.

SAMUS JC: No a good experience
Angela Papalia: Ordered a jacket for my son in a youth xl. The size of this thing is more like an adult medium with extra long arms. The first pic is the jacket we ordered. Second pic is a Bauer adult small that we got from another company. I called right after we received the order and asked for an exchange. The employee I spoke to said there was nothing they would do. I sent an email with both pics and never got a response.I also order a hoodie that was supposed to be a large, and fits like a 2xl. Don’t waste your money.
Brad Wolf: Provided apparel (hats, jerseys, sweatshirts, t-shirts, ect...) for my son's baseball team. The quality of the items was substandard (color of sweatshirt was already fading on the hems and seams where fabric came together was fraying). In addition, there is zero consistency between sizes. A youth large T -shirt fit like an adult medium where a youth large sweatshirt fit like a youth small. The gear is expensive and with subpar quality, inconsistent sizes, and poor customer service, I will not be using this company going forward.
Jim Vallimont: After a complete disaster last year in dealing with a D.is O.rganized company, we switched to the G. I have nothing but great things to say about Brian and the staff at Game Brand. Constant communication, replaced items for free that were parent/coach mistakes on sizing, and quality that is unmatched. Customer service is grade A - the owner personally drove jerseys for our entire league to my house the day before the season started so we would have them in time. All during a time when we have supply chain shortages. Not 1 issue with sizes, spelling, design, etc. I can't say enough great things about these guys. Will be back for many years to come!

greg boes: Went to Madison Heights store to buy an air rifle. The employee at gun counter couldn't have been LESS helpful. He was too busy talking to another customer about "real" guns. I couldn't see the prices as they were only visible on the small sticker price tags on the gun boxes which were on shelves so high that you would need a telescope to read them. After 15 minutes of no serviceable information or help, I left and went across the street to Great Outdoors and bought the same gun I was looking to buy for $20 less than Dunham's price, (after checking online, since I was not able to establish the price in the store itself). AND, on the way out to my car, I noticed that same unhelpful employee out in front of the store busy vaping away on the sidewalk.

Audrey Moyer: Was buying a gift under the gift recipients loyalty account & asked the cashier if the account holder would be notified of the purchase. The only answer I got was “I don’t know” He didn’t take the security tag off of my items either & when I went back in to have them removed my “thank you have a nice day” was returned with a silent stare. It’s a store like this that explains why people don’t go out to shop anymore and retail businesses are going away as the experience here was terrible.

Lauren Haight: This store is an embarrassment. Volleyball is one of the most popular sports and it never has decent shoes. Mizuno is a top tier brand, yet this tore never has any shoes in stock in sizes for women. It’s definitely catered to men. I also spent 20 minutes looking for a size/color. Couldn’t find anyone to help. I ended up settling for Nike (terrible vball shows) a few sizes up. Every time I come to this store, I can never find anyone in the show department to help and everything volleyball is out if stock.
William Osinski: Great selection of all your outdoor and sporting needs. Also has an amazing selection of boots, all types from hiking to work boots. Vast selection of sports footwear and equipment.
