She also said they would be here at 9am. I got to work at 9 and waited 20 minutes before I called asking where my tech was. They said they didn't have 9 noted and it would be between 11 and 12 when they got there. I came back after rearranging my morning to find the tech at the shop. After he set up the scale he told me it was $360. They had asked me if it was COD when I scheduled but also didn't note that so I had to wait for verification. I spoke with the office because it should have only been about $180. She said they also include drive time which she NEVER TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE WHEN I SET THIS UP. I asked about the time I spent at the building and about them being two hours late and she said there's nothing she can do. I don't get why companies feel the need to mislead a small business to make their money.
