David Minsky: Think twice, call thrice.Drove 9 miles after calling to make sure I could drop off a dismantled metal shed. They said it wouldn’t pay anything if it was under 300lbs. I said it wasn’t a problem as long as I could do it.Once I got there the employees claimed “there was no room for it”, and sent me googling for other places that were already closed for the weekend. Great.

matthew sweet: Didn't tell me until everything was done that they couldn't pay me in cash, only by check that had to be mailed, even though I called them and asked if I either be able to get paid. I needed gas money, only reason I brought in my copper. Drove 7 miles from my work, wasting that gas. Attitude was pretty much go somewhere else and not my problem. Won't be coming here again. They were nice as they had to be. They did have a sign about that, but only saw it after I was done being weighed and checked out. They should have that sign posted by the scale.

JustInspire Life: So we showed up last minute with about 80 pounds of copper nothing special. They were closing the doors they happily greeted us with a smile allowed us to come in weigh even though we apologize for being their last minute. They kept telling us no problem come on in and there is hot coffee they are always more than willing to go over the top and teach. My brother-in-law was in there about a week ago they took him around to everything explained how they like their scrap what he could do to get the most money out of the scrap he had. There customer service is over the top if you're gonna scrap hands down this is the place to go I have tried out every single scrap recycling yard looking for the best customer service and honesty and these are the guys take your metal here.
Haylee Beam: This yard is clean and easy to get to. They also paid .20 more a lb for clean extruded aluminium. So when u see the company's that claim to "highest paid for scrap" they aren't being honest and if they cant be honest about that what else may they be dishonest about

I mentioned on their FB that people are destroying many good parts using sawzalls. Instead of thanking me for letting them know, they BLOCKED my account from viewing their page.Bad business practices. Driving customers away.Reply:I seen them cutting through all the underside of the car, yanking parts off the undercarriage and damaging many other parts to get to the cats faster. It is your car and you can do whatever.Regardless, if you want to take this recommendation, you can. If you don't, you can just ignore it. Doesn't mean going straight to blocking a customer's account for letting you know something about the yard practices (at least from a customer service and business stand point).

And scrapped it here for almost as much as I paid for it.I called around to scrap an 02 silverado and everyone offered under 400$. These guys gave me $500. They really do pay better then all these other places. The trick is to get the car there without a to, have aluminum rims and have a cat. Con. On it

Christopher Horton: Note that they only take drop-offs on Fridays from 10 AM - 3 PM. These hours are not posted on their website, which instead says they're open every weekday. That being said, if you can get there during that time, then the drop-off process is very easy: you just scan a QR code on your phone, fill out the online form with your contact info and what you're dropping off, then place your electronics in the bins and leave.
Joseph Bochinski: Was able to quickly drop off my consumer electronics for recycling. They used a contact less form and it was outside for covid precautions.

John: Unfortunately since changing names, this location has gone down hill. I have been a customer since 2005, and have decided to no longer be a customer. The prices vary for no reason, and then when you mention you get a mixed bag of reviews. Hoping they can figure things out and keep a clean yard for the future generation of scrappers.

Their scale 238, down the street it was amazingly 274.5.For the record, his "90#" cart is nowhere near that weight. I picked the thing up with one hand. I will be reporting my experience to the state. That is no wayou to run a businesd, making a profit is one thing, ripping people off is criminal.NEVER WEIGHT OF THE CART or see the weight of the cart before filling.

Jennifer Lied: Me being the not so smart woman that I am believed that they were weighing the copper correctly and were giving me what I brought in. Well told hubby and he told me that they ripped me off at least over 20 lbs in cooper. So if you want to use them ask to see the scale before you agree to sell them your scrap. Also make sure you weight your scrap and write it down so when they weight it you know for sure you are getting what you deserve.
